out of genuine curiosity why do you think people draw characters tanner/poc non poc characters? I noticed you did it with eduardo and it got me wondering

Okay so like, I'm gonna answer this gently but like, Aside from the main 4 who are some secondary characters you see fanart of? The neighbors? Bing? Larry? Paul? You ever notice the most commonly drawn minor characters are all canon light skinned? Or how the main 4 are a bunch of canon quirked up white boys? I mean I can think of two characters that have a canon darker skin tone that get loads of fanart and they're like, a tone darker.

Eduardo's Ambiguously a non white character just by his first name which is why so many of us Hispanic/Latino fans kinda drift towards him, as such it's no surprise a lot of us tend to make him fit in with our cultures/features (I mean I'm light skinned Mexican but I just prefer drawing him with tan skin, we could use more diversity idk)

Skin tone headcanons are no different from eye color headcanons, height headcanons, sexualities, and whatever. It's just a bunch of free fun, we like to relate to our fave characters, idk I think that's beautiful.

And tbh, that's probably the reason or at least the main reason you see varying skin tone headcanons. We loves these characters and we project so much, why should it stop at non visuals?

Make your South Asian Edd, have your Black Matt, your Hispanic Tom idk man just have some fun

And if you don't and you just see the main 4 as a bunch of quirked up white boys and you don't change up the skin tones that's fine too just don't bother people who do.

little bit personal but i’ve gone through lots of weight fluctuations in my life and no matter what size i am, summer is always hard for me.

which is why i cannot stop thinking about being ghost’s partner through summer.

we already know that he’s a man of few words, prefers to observe more than anything. so he really doesn’t miss the meticulous way that you plan out your outfits.
