Bell 47G-3B-1 ‘LN-ORB’ (really SE-HME) by Alan Wilson Via Flickr: c/n WA/583, l/n WAS/184. Built 1967 for the Yemenian Air Force as ‘AF404’. Sold back to the UK in 1974, she was registered as G-BBZL until June 1982 when she was sold to Sweden and became SE-HME. Written off on 21st August 1982 when engine failure led to an emergency landing in lake Iraft at Adolfsström, Sweden. Recovered, she is now on display, representing ‘LN-ORB’ of Scancopter, at the Flyhistorisk Museum, Sola, Norway. 10th June 2017
