One thing I’m appreciating watching the three series in release order is how ridiculously out of sync they are like. The Jaffa Factory looks different on videos released just a few days apart. it’s chronological nonsense and I love it

Talked in a discord, about ppl saying general mcyt but then like pointedly not adding certain popular SMPs as like a statement or whatever that’s not important the point of it is that it lead to me joking about suggesting increasingly niche minecraft series content to push the limits of the ‘general’ in the description.

Then I made a joke about how oh wow i should do the name 100 [blank] challenge but about minecraft series and uh.

It’s been maybe an hour? Less than than more than likely and I’m at 82 odd series.

It would be more but I decided ‘SMP’ means not using Minecraft as just a medium of storytelling ala MCD but there needing to be an aspect of the survival game mode. Uh. Without these constraints I can easily add… a Lot more

#if you wanna talk semantics I’d take maybe five or so off for either it being a single server just with a lot of people in different corners #of it only vaguely interacting once or twice #and then maybe about four off for these are technically single player series #even if they do contain an internal narrative #ala the difference between man versus Minecraft and Joel’s hardcore world #more semantics tbh like the Yogscast #BRC is in the same server as Jaffa factory #but they are functionally different series where as #dsmp is one series but there’s a bunch of povs
