props to the third doctor for continually resisting alliances and offers to rule the world and run away together from the master because GXD would I not be able to do the same. I mean, think about it.

your old best friend, who you were sort of in love with when you were younger, shows up in your life again, HOT, in all black and suits and leather, calls you "my dear" and "darling", and asks you to rule the world with him, and you just say no??? like???

fuck, if that were me, I would have agreed to it after the first "my dear doctor~". that is one of the flirtiest things I have ever heard, and if it were to be used while referring to me, I would simply smile and agree with what he said, because yes, I am his "dear doctor". you wish you were me.

and honestly, that is exactly how the third doctor acts when he and the master do happen to team up. so maybe he's just better at resisting, but it seems like he wants it as much as I would.
