Dear Y/N,

Hey, I have been wanting to talk to you about something lately but, I've been too nervous to talk to you about it. I have debating on just calling or texting you about it but, both of those didn't work with my nerves either.

So, I decided to be all retro and write you a note. I just hope this gets to you and not one of the other co-workers. That would make it way more awkward than it has to be. So, I am guessing you have most likely noticed me wanting to be around you more recently and looking at you more than usual.

Sorry if it has been weird for you. I have not been trying to weird you out or anything. I might as well just come out and say it instead of just beating around the bush. I'm just really nervous for you to read this but I need to tell you somehow.

Okay, here it goes.

I really like you Y/N, a lot. And it's okay if you don't feel the same way about me, I get it, it's totally fine. I honestly don't really think that you do feel the same way about me as I feel about you but, as I said it's totally okay.

This is just something that I need to get off my chest. I have liked you since we first started filming Outer Banks. I started developing feelings for you while we were filming Season 1 and I was pretty good at hiding my feeling during Season 2.

But, with the fact that we are now filming Season 3, I just can't hide it anymore. I can't keep working with you while hiding this secret from you. I just can't. If you don't like me the same way then I would still love to be friends, I just hope this didn't ruin our friendship because I love our friendship.

But honestly, I'd love to be more than just friends too. I'll just let you think about all the things I said in this not and I won't bug you about it. You can just call, text or come talk to me in person when you are ready to talk about it.
