Taguchi Shotaro (Kamiki Ryunosuke) is a rookie lawyer dispatched by his boss, Takagi Eiko (Minami Kaho), to Aoba First Middle School as a school lawyer under the ‘school lawyer’ system that was newly established in spring. He staunchly dislikes the school, and has a blunt personality.

One day, the guardian of a student comes to the school that Taguchi is attached to in order to complain about the fact that their ward is going to get corporal punishment. Taguchi removes the guardian from the premises and the principal is happy. However, Miura Yuji (Tanabe Seiichi), the head of school affairs, disagrees with Taguchi’s actions.

A few days later, the guardian of the student sends a letter to the school, bearing a confession from Mochizuki Shiori (Yukino Kishii), the newbie classroom teacher, that she has implemented corporal punishment.

Taguchi now has to deal with this issue.
