Plus too many Little Croquettes jam sessions to count. I went to many of these with @lessjokes and a few with @lizzylizzylizzy. NOFX with @vicwomg was the most memorable since we got to be on stage with the band the whole time. Taylor was the best though, followed by Annabelle Chairlegs and Ruth Radelet and Agar Agar (all of which were part of the Psyched Radio festival, can't wait for next year), and also all the Curling shows were a blast, especially the one with Plash. (Check all of them out if you haven't already!)
Sweet pea! Hello 🌻 how are you? I hope you're having the best day! 💕💕
𝐃𝐚𝐠𝐠𝐞𝐫 - What songs are included on the soundtrack to your life?
A single soundtrack? I feel like I'd have like 3+ versions. It would be varied with songs from heaps of different genres.
Mains would be any Beatles song. (Special mentions to Oh Darling) any Paramore song, roses/lotus/violets/iris by Hayley Williams (this song is so good & perfect and so underrated!), SOS by Abba, can't help falling in love Elvis Presley, anthem part 2 Blink 182, ball and biscuit white stripes, unforgettable Nat King Cole, pink moon nick Drake, suck it and see arctic monkeys, don't need you Genesis Owusu, and a butt ton of others.
𝐀𝐫𝐦𝐨𝐫 - Can you tell us the most important lesson you’ve learned by yourself?
Not to listen to everything my mother says, learnt at a very young age but still the most important. I love her but she's fucking mess 😂
𝐌𝐚𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐒𝐭𝐨𝐧𝐞 - In your opinion, what makes a great relationship?
Hmm I've only been in one, but it has been 11 years so maybe we are doing something right! I guess good communication, being able to laugh with each other, never leaving a fight unresolved, mutual respect. And just caring for each other even when you are mad. Oh yeah and keeping it spicy in the bedroom!
I'm just never bored of him, even when he is trying to explain computer code to me.

Hi Chris! I followed you a few years back because you posted a lot of Jazz and Hip Hop but I know you're into other genres as well. I've been trying to branch out a bit and you seem like a good person to ask for recommendations, so I was wondering if maybe you could post some of your favorite band/artists currently or anything you'd recommend? Any genre is fine! Love your blog btw, glad to see you're still on here :) Cheers!
thanks for the kind words anon, always nice to feel like the time i've spent on here wasn't a complete waste. sorry it took a few days to respond to this, but i wanted to give a more in depth answer. i can throw out some recommendations for sure, i basically just went through my last.fm from the last year and added all the non hip hop / jazz stuff to a list. you didn't mention if you were into metal or hardcore at all and there's quite a bit of that on here, but if you're not interested in that let me know and i can suggest some other stuff. i'm not a genre expert or anything but i did my best to give a brief description, so maybe if you end up liking one of these artists it'd be easier to find something similar. also a good chance you might be familiar with some of the ones that are more hip hop adjacent. you can also click the name of the artist and it'll take you to an album i recommend on bandcamp or spotify. i'd also be down to do another one of these later if you want, you can even hit me up off anon if you want. i appreciate you and i hope you're doing well! peace.
tried to make this as neat as i could so i put it in alphabetical order and made it a read more.
