Heirloom Tomato & Strawberry Chicken Salad 🍅 🍓 🍗 🧂
1 Large Whole Heirloom Tomato · squared
5 Large Whole Strawberries · cut
1 Whole Grilled Chicken Breast · pulled
1 Leaf of Kale · tear
Toss ingredients with 1/2 teaspoon Salt & Pepper.
Dash with Sesame Ginger Dressing & Serve. (2 servings)

Mini phyllo cups with whipped ricotta, pear & prosciutto 😍
Lay one piece of phyllo, brush with butter and layer again, for a total of four sheets. Work quickly so the phyllo doesn’t dry out.
Cut them into squares and press them in a mini muffin tin. Poke the bottom with a fork and then bake them in a preheated oven at 375℉ for 11 to 13 minutes, until golden brown.
When they’re done, let them cool slightly and then pipe in some whipped ricotta, a small chunk of pear and a small slice of prosciutto.
Drizzle with honey and sprinkle thyme over top. Enjoy!

FRENCH TOAST BAKE 🍞 🥚
1 Italian loaf roughly torn into 1 1/2 inch pieces 1 lb of breakfast sausage 2 1/2 cups of milk 6 eggs
5 tbsp of butter, divided into 1 tbsp + 4 tbsp 1/2 cup of sugar, divided into 1/4 cups 1/2 cup of maple syrup, divided into 1/4 cups 1/4 tsp of vanilla extract 1/2 cup of sliced dry almonds
PREHEAT your oven to 325 degrees. Cook breakfast sausage and break apart into crumbles. Roughly tear apart Italian loaf into 1 1/2 inch pieces. Combine together in a bowl, using a wooden spoon. Grease a 9x13 baking dish with 1 tbsp of butter and spoon in bread / sausage mixture. Set aside. Whisk together 6 eggs, 2 1/2 cups of milk, 1/4 cup of maple syrup + sugar, and vanilla extra. Pour milk mixture over bread, and press down using a wooden spoon to absorb.
Mix together remaining butter, sugar, maple syrup then add almonds. Scatter almond mixture over bread.
Bake uncovered for 35-40 minutes, until bread has browned and almonds are toasted. Enjoy!

Crispy Sourdough
Baked Brie
Truffle Cheddar
Honey Goat Cheese
Macerated Berries
Thyme & Honey Drizzle
Macerated berries: in a medium saucepan on medium heat, add your berries, half a squeezed lemon, and some lemon zest and gently stir/press down until desired consistency is reached.
Cast iron skillet on medium heat, add some olive oil and sourdough and build your sandwich as seen in video. Flip and press down until both sides are browned and crunchy. Drizzle with honey.

BLUE CHEESE STUFFED PEARS 🧀 🍐
Bosc pears
extra virgin olive oil
blue cheese
walnuts
fresh thyme
honey
Aleppo pepper
flaky salt
Place in a cast iron skillet (or a baking dish), cut side up. Drizzle with the olive oil and season lightly with salt and pepper. Transfer the pears to the oven and bake for 15 minutes.
Remove the pears and stuff with the blue cheese, walnuts and thyme. Place back in the oven for eight to ten minutes, until the cheese has melted a little. Mix the honey with Aleppo pepper in a small bowl.
Drizzle with the honey and garnish with flaky salt and extra thyme.
