he loves the mass attention he is getting; the media coverage, the fans, the donations… everything is piling up in such a beautiful way. yet he notices how nervous it makes you, how sad you get when he has to work and you texting him to check up every few hours of him driving. he loves what he does but is almost juxtaposed by your need for him to be okay.

Kurt unlocked the passenger door, allowing you to step in. He smiled and cleared his throat, “Hi I’m Kurt.” You looked back at him and gave a light smile back in response, “y/n”. He turned the key and started the car with a rumble. The ride was quiet for a time until Kurt spoke up. “Do you use instagram?” The question struck you as odd but you answered nonetheless, “Uh yeah?” 

“Cool, you should uh follow me,” He stumbled over his words a bit, “Kurtsworld96, I always follow back.” He did what looked like a wink, but it was a bit awkward. You chuckled a bit and pulled out your phone, opening the app. You typed it in, finding the account instantly. 

“Followed.” you turned the phone his way. He grinned as he turned into the apartment complex driveway. “Thanks for the ride dude.” you looked at him as you climbed out of the car. “Of course, I mean it is my job.” he did a stupid little side smile. You closed the door and he drove away.
