It's been 3000 years but I FINALLY got around to doing a set for Kyurangers! I finished the series back in January and by GOD there's way too many of them but I am not immune to fun space shenanigains

#my art #super sentai #uchu sentai kyuranger #kyuranger #this show was super fun! i think its biggest issue WAS the fact that there's literally 12 of them #and while they do TRY to give everyone some level of development some JUST don't get enough and yest this is namely about garu #Spada KINDA also gets hit with it too but Garu really gets hit BAAD #anyway stinger and kotaro are everything to me if anyones seen the show and knows me for a SECOND you knew id love those guys #and while i liked lucky at first by the end they REALLY do take him in a great direction #finishing my in tags review by saying while I still enjoyed toqgers. kyurangers was just SUCH a blast to watch

Did you ever find lucky from kyuranger annoying? I ask because I either people say they love lucky or they hate him

I did at first but as the series went on, I grew to like him.

Not love mind you, but like. He became way more complex and interesting as his story was slowly revealed and that helped a lot. I feel he's one of those Reds who pretty much comes to dominate the entire series, much like Diago from Kyoryuger.

Now, that doesn't mean I hate either of those shows (my Sentai toy shelf has so many Kyoryuger transformation toys and gimmicks) but I do wish other characters had gotten some focus. Then again, some guys get all the luck.

Gira and Lucky are my favs and I headcanon them being brothers because of whacky time and different universe shit

I am also relatively new to sentai (i hopped on with lupat and kingoh in february) but the series is very my style with the themes and hyper colored heroes and big action and robots, so i settled in quick lol!

Kyuranger was the second series i watched (and completed) so i’ve got a massive soft spot for them, they’re all so cute! Here’s a collection of doodles i made of Lucky a long time ago and never posted for whatever reason just because.
