alongside @idem-obscura, we've created a Discord server for LIOMOGAI archivists, as a place to talk about archiving and build a community for archivists!! there are dedicated channels for different aspects of archiving, and you can have your own channel to talk about your archive and the process of archiving in

while the server is geared towards archivists, non-archivists are perfectly welcome to join as well!!

the server rules are:

Be respectful to others in the server. Label and flag discourse will not be tolerated here, and neither will bigotry.

Don't post screenshots or links in the server for the sake of starting discourse or starting drama, censored or uncensored.

Please try to stay screenreader friendly. This includes adding image descriptions and offering typing quirk translations.

Usage of reclaimed slurs is okay, but don't call others slurs without express permission to do so.

Archiving goes across discourse boundaries, so while anyone of any syscourse stance may join, please be aware that the server takes a pro-endo stance and syscourse in the server will not be tolerated.

SLEDERIC

A term to describe individuals who are attracted to men in both a queer or gay way and a non-queer or gay way. This can be for any reason; including being multigender, non-binary or genderfluid, having a fluid sexuality, etc. A counterpart to Strelian.

I did not technically coin this term. It was coined by the original coiner of Strelian. They had mentioned coining this at some point in the coining post of its counterpart. However, they have since left the community and their blogs have been archived. From what I can see, they never made a post for this term, but they gave it a name and a simple description.

According to the coiner, Strelian was made as an alternative for the term Straight Lesbian with a clearer yet similar meaning. I'm assuming Slederic is supposed to be the same but for Straight Gay/Veldian/Vincian/etc.

For all extensive purposes, this is just a flag for the term and if they at some point return to the MOGAI or LIOM communities, they have the full right to make a post of their own with their own flag. Strelian just really resonated with me and I really wanted to have a flag for this term to throw into my hoard.

If the original coiner sees this and prefers I take this post down, I'll do it no questions asked.

This is a blog run by @cybertroniancoining intended to archive any coined terms that relate to Liminality, Liminal Spaces, Weirdcore, Dreamcore, and anything else that may overlap with these topics. Most commonly you will see me archiving genders, but we'll also archive many other terms as well.
