Alright so Meap Me in St Louis theory time. I've discussed before that I think they could create something thematically coherent with the last Meap episodes' "looks can be deceiving" and "don't judge from appearance" theming... and I think the fake trailer accidentally created something perfect for that. Two words: Suzy Johnson.

Suzy's whole thing was literally seeming like a cute and sweet girl but being possessive of Jeremy to the point of being sadistic towards Candace, and nobody (except apparently Buford) knows her true nature (tho Isabella is salty about her stealing her thunder lol).

Also, if anyone remembers, she was exposed in Let's Bounce when that truth inator made her confess her whole scheming in front of her family. We haven't really seen her since then.

So my suggestion: Meap Me in St Louis is Suzy's revenge story. Maybe she teams up with Mitch genuinely, or they're begrudging partners who not so secretly hate each other. But maybe Suzy wants people to think she's the cute innocent girl again and will do anything to achieve that.

How will this happen? I don't know, maybe she's into evil science now. Maybe there's some secret last stash of pure cutonium in St Louis she will use to make everyone adore her again and make them forget her crimes. Who knows?

The only thing I'm not really sure on is how Isabella would play into this. She had a big role in the past Meap episodes, but if the story was related to Suzy, I'm not sure how it would connect. If Suzy did enhance herself though, she might be able to "take it" like with Mitch.

Maybe have her as some kind of foil in some way? Maybe there's things that make Isabella wonder if she's going to become like her? Especially if absolute cuteness corrupts absolutely.

Anyway, who even knows? Only Dan, Swampy, and whoever worked on the episode (I presume Jon Colton Barry is at least involved in the writing process) know the answers. I just wanted to put my pitch out there that I think Suzy has potential to be more important than she seems.

Is Jeremy really 100% unaware of Suzy's true nature or does he just not know the full extent. Like. Does he know how smart his sister is he just thinks she's sweet.

And I know this isn't really a new thought but what Candace and Suzy's relationship is like in the future? Suzy will grow up. Also it's not like Jeremy is going to stay oblivious? More Meapless theorising: it's likely Mitch will return based on past Meap episodes so... what if there's a chance he now really hates Isabella after she singlehandedly defeated him and his artificial cuteness with her natural cuteness?

If this is the case, his new plan could directly involve her. Maybe he wants to somehow weaponise or even drain/steal her cuteness for his own ends. Of course, whether that would even work is another thing, but I could see him thinking this way.

Also would be lowkey funny if he suddenly regarded her as his nemesis over Meap lol. Like an even more pathetic version of Doof's feud with Isabella in CATU.

Of course if he tries to steal/drain from her there's also the chance of a not-cute Isabella which I'm sure would instantly gain attention lol
