Hello! I hope you’re having a wonderful day, i just have a request if that’s okay.
Could you maybe do Spencer Reid x fem!reader who is smart but doesn’t really get the chance to show the areas she’s smart in? I don’t know if that makes sense, but like in other words she’s insecure because everyone else is so smart and can figure out things so quickly, yet her brain works slower and it takes her a while to figure things out? So she just feels dumb around them? And one day she overhears (I know none of them would do this but it's for the purpose of the story) someone talking bad abour her and uses the word dumb?
And then sweet little Spence finds her crying? You can have fun with the ending, I want you to have some freedom with it!
Thank you for taking the time to read this, I hope you have a wonderful day. And you don’t have to write this just a suggestion. (AND I LOVE YOUR SPENCER STORIES THEY’RE SO AMAZINGLY WRITTEN LOVE) 💗💗💗
I LOVE YOU STOP IT. this request is gorgeous and so real. i get really bad imposter syndrome so i hope yall find this as comforting as i did 🫶 i also haven’t been giving reid any love lately send some reid stuff my way!!

You sat at your desk, methodically typing out a report, trying to ignore the soft chatter of your colleagues in the bullpen. The rest of the BAU team always seemed to crack cases so effortlessly, piecing together intricate puzzles with the speed and precision of master craftsmen. You admired them, but the admiration often turned into a gnawing insecurity. Despite your intelligence, you struggled to keep up, your brain needing more time to process and connect the dots.
Your fingers paused over the keyboard as a murmur from the break room caught your attention. You couldn't help but eavesdrop when you heard your name.
"...she's nice, but she just doesn't get things like we do. It's like, I don't know, her brain works slower or something. Maybe she’s just dumb."
Your heart sank. The word "dumb" hit you like a punch to the gut. Fighting back tears, you slipped away from your desk and found refuge in one of the empty offices. The door clicked shut behind you, and the dam broke. You sank into a chair, sobbing quietly into your hands.
Spencer Reid, with his keen observational skills, had noticed you slipping away. He had always been drawn to you, your kindness, and your unique perspective, even if you didn't see it yourself. Worried, he followed you and after a moment gently knocked on the door.
"Y/N? Are you okay?"
You quickly wiped your tears and tried to compose yourself, but your voice wavered as you responded. "Yeah, I'm fine, Spencer. Just needed a moment."
He wasn't convinced. He opened the door and stepped inside, his face etched with concern. "I heard what they said. I'm so sorry, Y/N."
Fresh tears welled up in your eyes. "It's true, Spencer. I just... I can't keep up with everyone. I feel so stupid."
Spencer's heart ached at your words. He moved closer, his eyes soft with empathy. "Y/N, you are not stupid. Your intelligence is just as valuable as anyone else's here. You see things differently, and that's a strength, not a weakness."
You looked up at him, sniffling. "But I never get to show what I'm good at. Everyone's always ten steps ahead."
Spencer knelt down beside your chair, his gaze earnest. "That's not true. You contribute in ways you might not even realize. The way you connect with victims' families, your attention to detail, your intuition... those are things none of us can do as well as you can."
His words were a balm to your wounded heart, and you managed a small, grateful smile. "Thank you, Spencer."
He smiled back, a warmth spreading through him at your expression. "How about we get out of here? It's the end of the day, and I know a great place for ice cream. My treat."
You chuckled softly, feeling lighter already. "I'd like that."
As you both walked out of the office together, the tension began to fade. You exchanged stories, laughed about cases, and for the first time in a while, you felt seen and valued.
Sitting in the ice cream parlor, the two of you shared a banana split, your shoulders brushing occasionally, sending sparks of electricity through both of you. Despite your insecurities, Spencer's presence made you feel safe and appreciated.
As you finished the last bite, Spencer looked at you, a hint of nervousness in his eyes. "You know, Y/N, I've always admired you. You're smart, kind, and incredibly strong. Anyone who can't see that doesn't know what they're talking about."
Your heart fluttered at his words, a blush creeping up your cheeks. "Thank you, Spencer. That means a lot to me."
He reached out, gently squeezing your hand. "Anytime. And remember, you're not alone. We all have different strengths, and together, we make a great team."
You squeezed his hand back, feeling a surge of affection for the man sitting across from you who would never grab anyone else’s hand normally. "I think so too."
As you left the parlor, the evening sun casting a warm glow over everything, you couldn't help but feel that maybe, just maybe, things would be alright. And perhaps, you weren't the only one with feelings that had been hidden for far too long.

Unexpected Encounters
Tumblr media
fem!reader x spencer
super cutsie bakery bookstore drabble :)
~~~~
Dr. Spencer Reid stepped out of the bustling FBI office, his mind still processing the details of the latest case they had been working on. As an integral part of the BAU, he was used to diving deep into the darkest corners of the human mind, but today's case had left him particularly introspective.
In need of a break, Spencer decided to take a walk through the streets nearby, wandering aimlessly as he let his thoughts wander. As he passed by a quaint bookshop, the inviting aroma of freshly baked pastries caught his attention, drawing him inside.
The bell above the door chimed softly as Spencer entered the cozy bookshop bakery, his eyes immediately drawn to the rows of books lining the shelves and the display of treats behind the counter. He couldn't help but smile at the charming ambiance of the place.
"Welcome to Storybook Sweets," a warm voice greeted him, pulling his gaze to the counter where a woman with a frenzied smile stood. She had a dusting of flour on her apron, giving her a flustered, adorable look.
"Hi," Spencer replied, his curiosity piqued by the combination of books, bakeds goods and her. "This place seems… like a hidden gem."
The woman chuckled. "It is, in a way. I'm Y/N, the owner of this ‘gem’."
Spencer nodded, forcing his focus away from her and onto the books. As he perused the shelves, Y/N moved away to help another customer, leaving him to explore the bookshop at his own pace.
Lost in the world of literature, Spencer found himself engrossed in a book on mythology. Time seemed to slip away as he delved deeper into the pages, unaware of Y/N's occasional glances in his direction.
When he finished the book, Spencer realized that the afternoon had turned into evening, and the bookshop bakery had become quieter as customers trickled out. Y/N approached him with a warm smile, noticing his engagement with the book.
"Finding something intriguing?" she asked, her eyes twinkling with curiosity.
Spencer nodded, a faint blush coloring his cheeks. "Your selection is quite impressive. It's refreshing to find a place that combines intellectual stimulation with, well, food."
Y/N chuckled softly. "I'm glad you think so. Books have a way of captivating our minds, and pastries have a way of captivating our souls. It's the best in the world."
As they continued their friendly conversation, Spencer found himself drawn to Y/N's intelligence, warmth, and passion for her store. Little did he know that this chance encounter would mark the beginning of a delightful experience filled with warm croissants and even warmer feelings.
dinner’s almost ready | spencer reid x reader
summary: spencer asks for some homely comfort after a case
Tumblr media
Spencer Reid trudged into the office, the heaviness of the latest case pressing down on him like a weighted blanket. The gruesome details and tragic outcome had left him emotionally drained, his usually sharp mind dulled by exhaustion and sadness. He collapsed into his chair, staring blankly at the stacks of case files on his desk.
He picked up his phone and dialed your number, his fingers trembling slightly. You answered on the second ring, your voice instantly soothing to his frayed nerves.
"Hey, Spencer," you said, a smile evident in your tone. "How's your day going?"
He let out a long sigh, his shoulders slumping. "Not great," he admitted, his voice barely above a whisper. "This case... it was really tough."
"I'm so sorry, love," you said softly. "Is there anything I can do to help?"
Spencer closed his eyes, imagining your warm, comforting presence. "Could you cook for me tonight? I really need something comforting right now."
"Of course," you replied without hesitation. "Come over as soon as you can. I'll have dinner ready."
He felt a small spark of relief at your words. "Thank you, Y/N. I'll be there soon.
An hour later, Spencer stood outside your apartment door, the familiar scent of your cooking wafting through the air. He took a deep breath and knocked softly. You opened the door almost immediately, pulling him into a tight hug.
"Hey, Spence," you greeted, stepping forward to wrap your arms around him. He melted into your embrace, feeling some of the tension begin to dissipate.
"Hi," he whispered into your hair, holding you tightly. After a moment, you pulled back slightly, looking up at him with concern.
"You okay?" you asked gently, your hand coming up to rest on his cheek.
He nodded, though his eyes still held a shadow of the case. "I am now," he replied softly.
"Come in," you said, guiding him inside. "Dinner's almost ready."
He followed you to the kitchen, where the table was set with two plates and a steaming pot of your famous homemade soup. Spencer's stomach rumbled at the sight, the first sign of hunger he'd felt all day.
You ladled the soup into bowls and placed one in front of him, sitting down across the table. He picked up his spoon and took a tentative sip, the warm, savory broth instantly soothing his frazzled nerves.
"This is amazing," he said, giving you a small, grateful smile.
You reached across the table and took his hand, your thumb rubbing gentle circles on his skin. "I'm glad you like it. It's good you asked."
Spencer nodded, feeling a lump form in his throat. "I don't know what I'd do without you."
You squeezed his hand reassuringly. "You don't have to go through this alone, Spencer. I'm always here for you."
As you both ate in comfortable silence, Spencer felt the heavy weight of the case slowly lifting from his shoulders. The warmth of your presence and the simple act of sharing a meal together made him feel more grounded, more at peace. For the first time in days, he felt a glimmer of hope. No matter how tough the cases got, he knew he could always come home to you. And that made all the difference.
Hello! I hope you’re having a good day. I heard you were taking requests so I have an idea!!
How about a Spencer Reid x Fem!shy!reader who is really quiet around the team? And so she doesn’t talk to them much? (Especially Spencer because she likes him!)
So to show her love/affection she does small things for him but doesn’t admit she was the one who did so. (Like making his coffee, secretly organizing his desk, like little kind things)
I want the confession to happen but I don’t know how I want it so you can decide! Have a little fun with it if you will.
I hope you can write this, and I’m so so sorry if it’s something you don’t want to write or feel uncomfortable with it. I just wanted to give you an idea for a story! Let me know if you don’t want to or if you will either way is fine with me!
I’m sorry if I didn’t include enough details and thank you for taking the time to read this!
Have a lovely day. 💕
(ALSO I READ YOUR OTHER SPENCER STORIES THEY WERE SPECTACULAR)
I LOVE YOU SO MUCH STOP IT MOST POLITE ASK EVERRR
acts of service | spencer reid x f!reader
let me know what you think <33
~~~~
The BAU office buzzed with its usual energy as Spencer Reid meticulously poured over case files, his mind racing through complex connections only he could decipher. Among the team, a shy figure often went unnoticed, working hard behind the scenes. Y/N, the quiet and reserved member of the team, kept to herself, her actions speaking volumes that words couldn't describe.
Spencer often found his desk mysteriously tidied up, papers organized, and his favorite pens neatly arranged. Coffee appeared magically beside his laptop, always sickeningly sweet, just how he liked it. At first, he attributed it to the office fairy, a playful term Morgan coined. However, as time passed and the small acts of service continued, Spencer couldn't ignore the pattern.
One evening, as the team gathered after a long day, Derek leaned back in his chair, eyes glinting with mischief. "Hey, pretty boy, you ever notice how Y/N here keeps your world in order without saying a word?"
"What do you mean?" Spencer furrowed his brow, glancing at her, who was discreetly arranging files nearby.
Derek chuckled, nudging Spencer. "Come on, Reid. The coffee, the desk, all those little things. It's like having a secret admirer right under your nose."
Spencer's gaze softened as realization dawned on him. He watched you for a moment, noticing the slight blush that dusted her cheeks as she worked. In that moment, he saw beyond the quiet demeanor, understanding the depth of these silent gestures.
The next morning, Spencer arrived at the office earlier than usual, a determined gleam in his eyes. He set about making coffee, meticulously following Y/N’s routine, ensuring every detail was perfect. As she entered, surprised to see him there, he offered a shy smile, holding out a mug of freshly brewed coffee.
"Morning," he greeted softly, his usually fast-paced words slowed by a newfound nervousness.
Y/N blinked in astonishment, taking the mug from his outstretched hand. "Th-thank you, Spencer.”
He nodded, his cheeks tinged with pink. "I just wanted to say... I appreciate everything you do. Your actions speak louder than words, and they haven't gone unnoticed, I just hope you meant it in the way I interpreted it."
A smile bloomed on her face, warmth spreading through her chest. Finally feeling understood, she replied, "I like you too, Spencer. And not just for the coffee."
From that day forward, Spencer and Y/N shared more than just a quiet understanding. Silent acts of love were now met with drawn out conversation and reciprocated gestures, creating a bond that spoke volumes even when rooted in the absence of sound.

~~~
In the heart of the Smosh office, where creativity never ends, Spencer Agnew sat at his cluttered desk, his attention focused on his and Alex's empty idea list. He adjusted his glasses and ran a hand through his tousled hair, deep in thought. The rhythmic tapping of his foot was interrupted by the soft steps of mary janes approaching his desk.
"Hey, Spencer, got a minute?" A cheerful voice broke through his concentration, and he looked up to find Y/N, standing in the doorway of the games pod with a warm smile.
"Of course," Spencer replied, giving her his full attention. Y/N was known for her infectious and gorgeous smiles and unwavering dedication to her projects, qualities that everyone obviously admired. Today she was wearing something only Spencer could describe as librarian chic, while still having her own edge. Everyone in the office was cool, but Y/N was cool in a way he was enamored by.
Y/N walked next to him, her smile brightening the room from her excitement. "I just wanted to run a few ideas by you for the new video. I think we can take it in a totally different direction and make it stand out."
Spencer leaned back in his chair, intrigued. "I'm all ears. What do you have in mind?"
For the next, who knows how long, they dove into brainstorming, bouncing ideas off each other with ease. Spencer found himself suddenly energized by Y/N's creativity. Slowly they dived into a conversation about common interests and nerdy gossip, and Spencer couldn't help but notice the way her eyes lit up when they landed on a particularly intriguing concept. Their conversation flowed effortlessly, blending professional insights with personal anecdotes. Spencer learned about Y/N’s love for travel and her quirky sense of humor, while she discovered his penchant for classic literature and obscure movie references.
As the clock ticked towards evening, they wrapped up their discussion, satisfied with the direction they had charted for the new video. Y/N stood up, stretching her arms with a contented sigh. "Thanks for the brainstorming session, Spence. It was exactly what I needed."
“… Oh yeah, of course," Spencer replied, a genuine smile gracing his lips at the nickname he enjoyed too much coming from you. There was a spark between them, one that went beyond professionalism. It was a spark he couldn't ignore, a silent promise of something more waiting to be explored.
As Y/N bid him goodnight and left the office, Spencer sat back in his chair, his mind buzzing with thoughts. The lines between friendship and something deeper blurred, leaving him with a sense of anticipation and uncertainty.
- - -
The days that followed their fruitful brainstorming session passed in a whirlwind of scripts, rehearsals, and endless cups of coffee. Spencer found himself looking forward to each interaction with Y/N, their bond growing stronger with each passing day. Yet, beneath the surface of their professional behavior, an unspoken tension simmered, a delicate dance of hidden glances.
It was during a particularly chaotic day, with agonizing shooting delays and creative blocks hindering progress, that Spencer found himself seeking solace in the quiet of the meeting room. He leaned back in his chair, eyes fixed on the ceiling as he tried to untangle the jumble of thoughts in his mind.
A soft knock on his door pulled him from his silence, and before he could respond, Y/N peeked her head in, a sympathetic smile on her lips. "Hey, mind if I come in?"
"Of course, please," Spencer replied, grateful for the interruption. Y/N stepped into the space, closing the door behind her with a gentle click.
"Rough day?" she asked, taking a seat two spots away.
Spencer chuckled wryly. "You could say that. Sometimes, my mind just..."
Y/N nodded in understanding, her gaze softening. "I know what you mean. It's fighting gratefulness that your job is this but… your job is this."
They shared a moment of quiet understanding, the weight of shared challenges weaving a bond between them that went beyond words. Spencer found comfort in Y/N's presence, a sense of calm amidst the chaos of their days.
"I have an idea," Y/N said suddenly, her eyes lighting up with enthusiasm. "Why don't we take a break from the scripts and go grab some fresh air? A change of scenery might do wonders for our creativity."
Spencer hesitated for a moment, his mind already racing with deadlines and unfinished tasks. But the genuine warmth in her eyes told Spencer to follow her anywhere she wanted to go. "That sounds like exactly what we need," he agreed, standing up and grabbing his jacket.
They stepped out of the office into the crisp afternoon air, the sun casting a golden glow over the bustling streets. As they walked side by side, their conversation shifted from work to personal anecdotes, sharing stories and different favorites, ones even Shayne couldn’t guess.
With each step, Spencer felt the unspoken tension between them growing stronger, a magnetic pull that left him both exhilarated and apprehensive. He stole glances at Y/N when she wasn't looking, admiring the way her eyes sparkled with passion and her laughter filled the air. Unknown to him, Y/N did the same, watching his eyes crinkle at every joke, searching for that look after every one she made.
They found a quiet bench in a nearby park, surrounded by the gentle rustle of leaves and the distant sounds of city life. Spencer took a deep breath, the weight of deadlines momentarily forgotten as he savored the simpleness.
"Thanks for dragging me out of the office," Spencer said, breaking the comfortable silence that had settled between them.
Y/N smiled, her gaze softening. "Anytime. Sometimes, we need to step away from the chaos to find clarity."
“Poetic.”
Their eyes met, a silent understanding passing between them. In that moment, Spencer knew that their bond was something special, something worth exploring. But as the sun began to set and they returned to the studio, he couldn't shake the lingering question in his mind - what would happen if they were more?
“clay”-full of surprises | spencer agnew x reader
gender neutral btw!!
~~~
The Smosh studio was alive with chatter and laughter as the crew prepared for their clay sculpting live stream. Bright lights illuminated the table covered with an array of clay colors, sculpting tools, and creative reference materials. The anticipation in the air was palpable as the chat filled with excited fans.
"Are we live? Oh damn! Hey, hey, hey! Welcome, everyone, to another Thursday games stream!" Spencer Agnew's energetic voice greeted the camera. "We've got a special treat today because my partner, the incredible Y/N, is joining us!"
Everyone’s favorite crew member, Y/N, waved at the camera with a grin, their eyes sparkling with excitement. "Hey, everyone! I'm so pumped to be here and get crafty with all of you!"
Angela couldn't contain her excitement. "This is gonna be a riot! I can't wait to see what kind of mess we make!"
Shayne, always ready to poke fun at Angela, chuckled. "Hopefully not too much of a mess. Let's keep it somewhat together, Ange.”
Chanse responded extra quickly, “Says you, personally I'm actually trying to make something good.”
“Okay sureee” responded Shayne, sparking the competition for the stream.
“Also, make sure to stay until the end to vote for your favorite creation!” Spencer concluded, letting the chaos begin.
The group dove into their clay projects, each with their unique style. Shayne decided to sculpt a caricature of Ian with exaggerated features, while Angela molded a cat that somehow resembled a bizarre hybrid of horse and dog. Chanse, true to form, meticulously crafted a stunning clay sculpture of a phoenix.
Meanwhile, Spencer worked on something special, exchanging knowing glances with Y/N throughout the stream.
"Spencer, what are you up to over there?" Angela's curious voice broke through the focused concentration of the others.
Spencer grinned mischievously. "You'll have to wait and see, Angela. It's a surprise."
As the stream progressed, the chat buzzed with speculation about Spencer's mysterious creation. Y/N, while focused on their own clay masterpiece, couldn't help stealing glances at Spencer's work, a sense of excitement building.
Finally, it was time to reveal their creations. Shayne proudly displayed his exaggerated Ian sculpture, earning laughs and playful jabs from the others. Angela's chaotic animal mix garnered both confusion and amusement, while Chanse's phoenix drew genuine admiration for its beauty.
"Okay, Spencer, show us what you've been hiding!" Angela exclaimed eagerly.
Spencer carefully unveiled a small clay box, intricately detailed. With a flourish, he opened it to reveal a delicate clay ring nestled inside.
The room fell silent for a moment before Angela burst into laughter. "No way, Spencer! Are you pulling a fake proposal on us?"
Spencer chuckled. "Well, sort of. Y/N, will you pretend marry me with this clay ring?" He winked playfully.
Y/N played along, a grin spreading across their face. "Of course, Spencer. I'll always pretend to marry you."
The rest of the crew erupted into laughter and applause, catching on to the inside joke. Shayne teased, "Looks like Spencer's already whipped!"
Chanse, between fits of laughter, managed to say, "Congratulations, you two. I better be in the bridal party."
Spencer stood up, still holding Y/N's hand. "Actually, this fake proposal is a nod to something real. Y/N and I are getting married!"
The studio went silent in shock until it suddenly filled with cheers, hugs, and congratulations from Angela, Shayne, and Chanse. The chat exploded with excitement and well-wishes from fans.
"We wanted to share this special moment with all of you," Y/N said, smiling at Spencer. "Thank you for being part of our journey."
As the live stream came to an end, the crew continued to celebrate, the playful atmosphere and shared laughter making it a day they would always remember.
“Wait… should we still vote on the best?” Angela asked, willing to fight for her ‘cat’.
Shayne laughed before waving goodbye to the camera, “Yeah I really don’t think we need to.”

It was a lazy Sunday morning, the kind where the world outside seemed to slow down just for you and Spencer. He was in the living room, putting together a new Lego set, while you decided to surprise him with a little something you had recently ordered online.
You slipped into the Smosh hoodie you had bought, a perfect replica of one Spencer often wore during their shoots. It was a couple sizes too big, wrapping you in a cozy embrace, and the familiar Smosh logo felt warm against your skin. You checked yourself in the mirror, a playful smile spreading across your face. You couldn’t wait to see his reaction.
With a deep breath, you walked into the living room, doing your best to keep a casual demeanor. Spencer glanced up from the set, his eyes widening as they locked onto you. He blinked a few times, his mouth slightly agape as if his brain needed a moment to catch up with what his eyes were seeing.
“Hey, babe,” you said casually, twirling a little to give him a full view. “What do you think?”
His reaction was immediate and altogether amusing. Spencer’s face lit up with a smile so wide it practically split his face in half. “Oh my god,” he breathed, his voice a mix of awe and excitement. He stood up, Legos forgotten, and moved towards you as if drawn by some invisible force.
“You look… incredible,” he said, his hands reaching out to rest on your hips. His touch was gentle, almost reverent, as if he was afraid you might vanish if he wasn’t careful. You could see a hint of something more in his eyes, a glimmer of heat that made your heart race.
“I just thought I’d surprise you,” you said, feeling a surge of confidence from his reaction. “Figured I’d borrow a bit of your style.”
Spencer chuckled, his cheeks flushing slightly, an adorable sight given his usual self-assured demeanor. “Well, consider me thoroughly surprised. And, uh, maybe a little more than that,” he added with a playful wink.
You felt a giddy warmth spread through you, emboldened by the effect you had on him. “Yeah? You like seeing me in your merch?” you teased, wrapping your arms around his neck and pulling him closer.
“Like is an understatement,” he murmured, his voice dropping to a whisper. “I love it. You look so good, it’s driving me crazy.”
His words sent a shiver down your spine, and you leaned in to kiss him, a slow and tender meeting of lips that said everything words couldn’t. Spencer reacted eagerly, his hands moving up to cradle your face, deepening the kiss.
When you finally pulled back, both of you were breathless, but the smiles on your faces were enough. “I might have to wear this more often,” you said, running a finger down the Smosh logo on the hoodie.
Spencer grinned, his eyes sparkling with tenderness. “Please do. But fair warning, I might not be able to keep my hands off you.”
You laughed, your heart filling with joy. “I think I can handle that.”
In that moment, wrapped in each other's arms and the cozy comfort of the Smosh hoodie, you both knew that this was exactly where you were meant to be—together, happy, and more in love than ever.

too cool pt. 2 | spencer agnew x f!reader
Tumblr media
the hair i’m crying.
thank you for the love on the last one!! here’s part 1
i was so busy recently but i love this story so let me know what you think! new part soon trust
~~~
In the days that followed their impromptu trip to the park, Spencer panicked over his feelings for Y/N. He hadn’t felt this close to anyone in a non platonic way in a while. After endless hours of thinking about her and their excursion, Spencer realized something haunting. No way was he cool enough for someone like her. Yes they could nerd out together, but why would she want to be with someone like that? He concluded that Y/N would never choose him as the ideal guy for her.
The next few days passed in a blur of meetings, rehearsals, and editing sessions. Spencer and Y/N maintained their easy rapport, but the unspoken tension simmered beneath the surface, growing more palpable with each passing interaction.
It was during a casual lunch break that the topic of relationships surfaced. They sat at a small table, sandwiches forgotten as they engaged in a lighthearted debate about romantic comedies.
"I've never been a fan of those over-the-top love stories," Spencer commented, taking a sip of his Kickstart.
Y/N raised an eyebrow playfully. "Oh, really? You’re too cool for a good slow-burn romance?"
Spencer chuckled, a faint blush dusting his cheeks. "Well, I suppose there's something nice about the anticipation, the build-up between two people. But maybe I'm just not cool enough to get it."
Their eyes met briefly, a shared misunderstanding of their words passing between them before they both looked away, the moment lingering in the air like an unspoken confession.
As the days passed, their dance of denial continued. They buried their feelings beneath layers of professional camaraderie, exchanging playful banter and supportive gestures while tiptoeing around the undeniable chemistry that crackled between them.
It was a delicate balance, a silent agreement to keep their emotions in check for the sake of their work and friendship. But with each passing day, the longing glances and fleeting touches spoke volumes, unspoken desires waiting to be acknowledged.
As the days turned into weeks and the unspoken tension between Spencer and Y/N continued to simmer, Spencer found himself grappling with a realization he couldn't ignore—he was falling for her.
It was an unusually quiet Tuesday afternoon in the office, the usual hustle and bustle replaced by a serene calm. Spencer sat at his desk, fingers tapping absently on the keyboard as he tried to focus. But his mind kept drifting, thoughts consumed by Y/N and the unspoken emotions that had taken root in his heart.
He replayed moments in his mind—the shared laughter, the stolen glances, the way her eyes lit up when they discussed their favorite games. Each memory was like a whispered confession, a testament to the depth of his feelings. Spencer leaned back in his chair, a heavy sigh escaping his lips. He knew he couldn't continue denying his feelings, couldn't keep pretending that his heart didn't ache every time Y/N walked away.
“Hey, you good man? You’re looking pretty… gone right now.” Spencer's friend and closest working relationship, Shayne Topp, asked him.
“Yeah… yeah uh what’s up?” Spencer coughed out.
“Well I was going to ask what your dinner plans are but… do you want to talk?” Shayne asked, his eyebrows sewing together in worry.
“No it’s dumb I don’t- I don’t even know what i’d say.” Spencer answered, slumping down in his chair farther.
“Shoot.”
“Well… I really like someone. I- I can’t get her out of my head. I can’t work, I can barely sleep when I could just stay up thinking about her.” Spencer admitted.
“Damn, to be honest I never thought I would see this day. What’s stopping you from getting her?” Shayne questioned, laughing at his school yard confession.
“I don’t man have you seen me?”
“Uh yeah you’re the ideal man.”
“Very funny. But no I'm serious she’s- let’s just say she is way too cool for me. Very far out of my league.”
“Dude have you seen my relationship? If you like her that much it’s dumb to torture yourself like this.”
“Yeah but, we're friends. What if I screw it up?”
“But what if you don’t?”
I LOVE paisley prattles!!!!
JUST RAMBLES ABOUT SPENCER CONEPTS AND HIM BEING SO SEXY!!!!
OMG
how do you think spencer agnew is to make out with!? i need to knowwwwww
GUYS ITS TIME TO PRATTLE ( thank you for the reassurance!!) CAUSE OMG I NEED TO TALK
ok obv WARNING: kissing, macking, the whole thang you already know
also psa: I am not interested in writing smut but this is not how I would describe that, this isnt going to be descriptive like THAT so yeah
Tumblr media
also lets all be SO CASUAL ABOUT THIS GIF?!
~~~
⋆ FIRST OFF, he is so sweet with the approach of everything he does. he just holds you so gently like you’ll crack if he is too harsh.
⋆ he also takes his time, in the pace of your relationship and in a kiss. if it doesn’t feel right to kiss you HE WONT. he wants it to be perfect and he trusts his gut enough to know. but once he wants to kiss you he would start slowly and let you choose when to make it more aggressive.
⋆ everything is passionate. not rough but every action has purpose and (because he took his time) knows how every move is making you feel (AHHHH IM SQUEALING)
⋆ he would def do the classic hands on cheeks face hold, but i don’t think he moves his hands that often. it would be like a casual up and down the sides of your torso and maybe the small of your back but i don’t think he is too grabby unless you initiate that. though actually he pulls you in from the waist when they’re resting like that, as a way to deepen the kiss more gently
⋆ i think he would prefer if you moved your hands around though, through his hair and tracing along his tattoos. the comfort of that silent assurance to make sure that both of you are enjoying it in the same way is for sure a need
⋆ if you guys were in a very established relationship i think you guys would have like full conversations in the middle of making out lmao. like it started as a bit but now its like
“where did you want to go for dinner?”
“im feeling chinese”
and you’re literally devouring each other idk
⋆ and yk that little smirk he always has going on AND FEELING IT WHILE OMG I CANT
⋆ ALSO THE STUBBLE your opinion DEFINITELY matters to him sooo
if you like it:
⋆ it would be well maintained and soft (ok gifting beard cream!)
⋆ going back to the smirk it would be extra accentuated by the beard and you could feel the little tickle every time
if you don’t:
⋆ he def wouldn’t get rid of it, its what he enjoys and it also prob makes him feel more mature
⋆ but he would do more of the fred darts goatee situation (idk why thats what came to mind) or just a stubble
⋆ he would focus more on the other things whether to distract you or emphasize solely his lips or tongue instead
~~~
OKAY I THINK THATS IT THANK YOU ALL FOR READING OMG I NEED TO BE KISSED SOMEONE PLSSS
also tomorrow a fic including some of this WILL BE DROPPING!!
too cool pt.3 | spencer agnew x f!reader
Tumblr media
pls send me spence pics pinterest isn’t giving anymore 😔
folks we did it last part!! shes a lil short but like this gets to the point yk yk
part 1, 2
~~~
Spencer couldn't shake off the conversation with Shayne. What if he didn't screw it up? What if he could muster the courage to tell Y/N how he felt and things turned out better than he imagined? The idea was both terrifying and exhilarating, a leap of faith he wasn't sure he was ready for but knew he had to take.
The following day, as he and Y/N sat in the kitchen during their lunch break, Spencer's heart raced with uncertainty. He had rehearsed what he wanted to say a hundred times in his mind, but now that the moment was upon him, his words felt idiotic.
Y/N glanced up from her sandwich, catching Spencer's nervous expression. "You seem quiet today. Everything okay?"
Spencer took a deep breath, readying himself for what was about to come. "Y/N, there's something I need to tell you. Something I should have said a long time ago."
Y/N's curiosity was piqued, her gaze fixed on him with genuine concern. "What is it?"
Spencer's heart hammered in his chest as he spoke, his voice a mixture of nerves and sincerity. "I... I really like you, Y/N. More than just a friend or a coworker. I've been trying to hide it, but I can't ignore how I feel anymore."
There was a moment of stunned silence, the air heavy with anticipation. Y/N's expression softened, her eyes searching his as if trying to read the truth in his words.
"Spencer," she began, her voice gentle, "I had no idea you felt that way. I... I'm not sure what to say."
Spencer braced himself for rejection, his heart sinking at the thought of losing their friendship. But to his surprise, Y/N reached out and took his hand, a small smile playing on her lips.
"I've been feeling the same way," she admitted, her cheeks tinted a rosy hue. "I didn't know if you saw me the same way, if you could ever like someone like me."
Spencer felt a rush of relief and joy flood through him, a weight lifted from his shoulders. "Y/N, you're incredible. You're smart, funny, and so damn cool. I've been drawn to you since the day we met. I still think you’re too cool for me.”
Y/N's smile widened, her eyes shining with happiness. "Shut up. This is... unexpected, but in the best possible way."
And just like that, amidst the buzzing of the break room and the aroma of lunch, Spencer and Y/N's unspoken feelings were laid bare, their hearts intertwining in a moment of raw honesty and mutual affection.
“So, where are you taking me to dinner first?” Y/N asked playfully.
“See, only someone cool with that level of confidence could say that.”
“Hmm, so maybe this won’t work.”
“Don’t you dare.”
As they sat there, faces red from embarrassment and laughter, Spencer knew that this was just the beginning of their story. A stupidly cheesy love story that had been silently brewing beneath the surface, waiting for the perfect moment to bloom.

Tommy's parties were legendary, and despite not knowing many faces in the crowd, you felt a sense of ease knowing Tommy was there. As you navigated through the room, you eventually found Tommy with some of his work friends, including Spencer Agnew. Tommy had mentioned Spencer before, describing him as someone you'd get along with.
"Y/N, meet Spencer. He's part of the games team at Smosh," Tommy introduced.
"Nice to meet you," you said with a friendly smile.
Spencer returned the smile. "Nice to meet you too."
Throughout the night, you and Spencer found yourselves gravitating back to each other, drawn by shared interests in quirky movies and hilarious college stories. The more you talked, the more you realized how easy it was to connect with Spencer's nerdy and sarcastic personality.
As the conversation circled back to Spencer's work, he asked, "So, what games are you into?"
You hesitated before admitting, "Honestly, I don't really play video games."
Spencer's eyebrows shot up in surprise. "Really? That's rare to hear these days."
"Yeah, I wasn't allowed to growing up, and now I feel a bit out of place jumping into it," you explained with a shrug.
Spencer leaned in with a mischievous glint in his eyes. "It's never too late to start. How about we break the ice with some Mario Kart? Unless you're afraid of getting beaten by a pro."
You chuckled. "Not afraid, just not keen on embarrassing myself here."
"Fair enough. How about we try at my place? If you're up for it, of course," Spencer suggested with a playful grin.
You paused for a moment, considering his offer. "You know what, why not? Let's do it."
Back at Spencer's place, the gaming setup was ready in no time. Spencer handed you a controller, guiding you through the basics of Mario Kart and as the race began, Spencer's teasing comments and your laughter filled the room. Despite your initial fumbles, Spencer's patient guidance helped you improve with each lap. Between races, you and Spencer shared stories, jokes, and friendly banter, creating a new dynamic between you two.
“Thanks Spencer, this was really nice.” You got up to leave his apartment, him getting up too to walk you out.
Spencer opened the door for you but paused, “I'm glad, I had a lot of fun tonight, maybe we could do this again sometime.”
“Definitely, there is still so much more you need to teach me.” You laughed before leaving his apartment.

GREAT MINDS THINK ALIKE!!! love this request all this writing the hyper fixation is GOING BANANAS (also pretend they never played munchkin on the channel, its just both mine and spencers favorite so!!)
chemistry | spencer agnew x streamer!reader
You were beyond excited as you stepped into the Smosh building, heart pounding with a mixture of nerves and exhilaration. The email inviting you to join Smosh Games for a session of your favorite board game, Munchkin, had been a dream come true. As a Twitch streamer with a (not to brag) rapidly growing following, this collaboration was a huge milestone.
You were greeted by Ian Hecox, whose welcomeness immediately put you at ease. "Hey! You must be Y/N. We're really excited to have you here," he said, giving you a friendly smile.
"Thank you so much for having me," you replied, trying to keep your voice steady. "I've been a fan for years."
As Ian led you to the set, you caught sight of Spencer Agnew, who was busy setting up the game. He looked up, a pair of glasses perched on his nose, and gave you a shy smile. You felt your stomach do a somersault.
"Hey, Y/N. I'm Spencer," he said, extending a hand. "I'm a producer here and also a huge fan of Munchkin. Can't wait to play it with you."
"Nice to meet you, Spencer," you said, shaking his hand. His touch was warm, and you noticed the slight flush on his cheeks as he pulled away. "I've heard you're the go-to guy for games around here."
He chuckled, running a hand through his hair. "Yeah, something like that. I've seen some of your streams. You're really funny."
You felt your cheeks heat up. "Thanks. I love what you guys do here."
As the rest of the cast arrived, you were introduced to Olivia Sui, Courtney Miller, and Shayne Topp, who all welcomed you enthusiastically. The energy on set was infectious, and soon you were deep into the game of Munchkin, Spencer by your side, helping everyone else through the more complex rules.
Throughout the game, you and Spencer developed an easy chemistry. He had a quick wit that matched your own, and your banter flowed naturally. There was a moment when you both reached for the same card, your hands brushing against each other. You glanced up to find him looking at you, his eyes twinkling with a mix of surprise and something else that made your heart race. Once you even teamed up against Shayne to stop him from reaching level 10, and while it could’ve been anyone, it felt different with Spencer fighting by your side.
"Looks like we're a good team," he said, his voice a bit lower.
"Yeah, we are," you replied, your voice equally soft.
The rest of the cast couldn’t help but notice it all. Olivia and Courtney exchanged knowing glances, while Shayne made a few lighthearted comments that made Spencer blush and you laugh nervously.
After wrapping up the Munchkin session, Ian asked if you would be willing to shoot a Try Not to Laugh video too. You were thrilled; it was one of your favorite Smosh series. You couldn’t help but say yes.
As you headed to the new set, Spencer walked beside you. "You nervous?" he asked, his voice gentle.
"A little," you admitted. "But mostly excited."
"Don't worry, you'll do great," he said, giving you an encouraging smile. "Plus, it's always more fun when we have new people. Brings better energy."
The Try Not to Laugh shoot was a blast. Spencer made a surprise appearance, joining in on the antics. The awkward flirting between you two continued, much to the amusement of the rest of the cast. There were moments when Spencer would glance at you, his eyes lingering just a bit too long, or when your laughter would cause him to smile wider than usual.
During a break, you found yourself alone in the hallway, trying to catch your breath from all the laughter. Spencer approached you, a bottle of water in hand.
"Here," he said, offering it to you. "Thought you might need this."
"Thanks," you said, taking it gratefully. "This has been so much fun."
"Yeah, it has," he agreed, shuffling his feet a bit. "Hey, I was wondering if maybe you'd want to grab coffee sometime? You know, outside of the studio."
Your heart skipped a beat. "I'd love that," you replied, smiling.
The rest of the day went by in a blur of laughter and camaraderie. As you were packing up to leave, Spencer approached you again, this time looking a bit more nervous.
"Hey, um, there's a little gathering tonight at one of the crew's places. You should come. It'll be fun," he said, his voice hopeful.
"Sure, that sounds great," you said, feeling a thrill of excitement.
The party was lively, filled with music, chatter, and the familiar faces of the Smosh crew. You and Spencer gravitated towards each other, finding a quiet corner to chat. The chemistry between you was undeniable, and it felt like everyone in the room could sense it.
At one point, you excused yourself to the bathroom. As you were washing your hands, the door opened, and Spencer slipped inside, closing it behind him.
"Hey," he said, his voice soft, eyes locking onto yours in the mirror. "I just… I couldn't wait any longer."
Before you could respond, he stepped closer, his hands gently cupping your face. Your heart raced as he leaned in, capturing your lips in a tender kiss. It was soft and sweet at first, but quickly turned more passionate. You wrapped your arms around his neck, pulling him closer as the kiss deepened.
When you finally pulled apart, both of you were breathless. Spencer rested his forehead against yours, a soft smile playing on his lips.
"That was… wow," he murmured.
"Yeah," you agreed, your voice barely more than a whisper.
You both left the bathroom a few minutes later, trying to act nonchalant. But the knowing smiles and teasing looks from the rest of the Smosh cast told you that your secret wasn’t much of a secret at all. The night ended with Spencer walking you to your car, his hand gently holding yours. As you said your goodbyes, he leaned in for another kiss, this one soft and lingering.
"See you soon?" he asked, hope shining in his eyes.
"Definitely," you replied, smiling. "I can't wait."
As you drove home, your heart was full. What had started as an invitation to guest on Smosh had turned into so much more. You couldn't wait to see where this would lead.

whispering waves asmr | spencer agnew x asmr!reader
Tumblr media
guys i did it!! i love this so much if you want more from asmr!reader lemme knoww. thank you @easy-peezy-squeeze-a-lemon for the inspo!!
~~~
Spencer Agnew sat in the Smosh Games pod, headphones firmly in place, eyes glued to his phone. On the screen, the soothing voice of Y/N, the ASMR content creator he admired filled his ears. He found her voice calming, and her intricate roleplays were a perfect escape from the daily chaos of filming and editing.
“Spencer!” Shayne’s voice jolted him out of his trance. Spencer quickly paused the video and pulled off his headphones, looking sheepish as he turned to face his friend.
“What’s up?” Spencer asked, trying to act casual.
“Watching your girlfriend again?” Shayne teased, nudging Spencer with a grin. Across the room, Alex caught the tail end of the exchange and joined in.
“Yeah, Spencer, are you ever going to meet this Whispering Waves ASMR, or are you just going to keep crushing from afar?” Alex added, his eyes filled with amusement.
Spencer rolled his eyes, but a blush crept up his cheeks. “She’s not my girlfriend. I just like her videos, okay?”
“Sure, sure,” Shayne said, laughing. “You’ve got to admit, you watch her a lot. Why don’t you just reach out? Who knows, maybe she’s a Smosh fan.”
Spencer shook his head, but couldn’t help the small smile that tugged at his lips. “I doubt it. Besides, she probably gets tons of messages. She wouldn’t even see mine.”
Before Shayne or Alex could respond, the conversation was cut short by a call for a meeting. They all headed to the conference room, but Spencer’s thoughts lingered on her. Maybe Shayne had a point. It wouldn’t hurt to try, right?
~~~
The bustling convention center was packed with fans, creators, and endless rows of booths. Smosh Games had a prominent spot, and the crew were busy meeting fans, signing autographs, and taking pictures.
During a rare lull, Spencer found himself scrolling through Twitter, checking out the convention hashtags. That’s when he saw it – she was at the same con today.
“Hey guys,” Spencer said, trying to keep his excitement in check. “You’ll never guess who’s here.”
“Who?” Shayne asked, looking curious.
“Whispering Waves,” Spencer replied, holding up his phone to show them the tweet.
Shayne’s eyes widened. “No way! You have to meet her.”
Alex grinned. “Yeah, dude. This is your chance.”
Spencer felt a mix of nerves and excitement. “Maybe I will.”
As the day went on, Spencer kept an eye out for her. Just when he started to think he’d missed his chance, he saw her across the hall, talking to a small group of fans. Gathering his courage, he walked over, his heart pounding.
“Hi,” he said, once the fans had dispersed. “I’m Spencer. I love your ASMR videos.”
She turned to face him, a warm smile lighting up her face. “Thank you so much! I’m a big fan of Smosh Games.”
Somehow she was more captivating in person. Spencer felt a rush of relief and excitement. “Wait actually? That’s insane! I wasn’t sure if you’d know who we were.”
“Of course I do,” she replied, laughing softly. “Your videos are hilarious.”
They chatted for a while, the conversation flowing easily. Spencer couldn’t believe how well they clicked, and he had affirmed he could listen to her voice forever. Eventually, he gathered the courage to ask, “Would you like to grab a coffee sometime? Maybe after the convention today?”
She smiled, her eyes sparkling. “I’d love that.”
~~~
After the convention ended for the day, the two of them discovered a charming coffee shop close by. They had a great time chatting about everything – their jobs, hobbies, and hilarious behind-the-scenes anecdotes. It felt like they had known each other for years.
“You have really pretty eyes. The blue suits you” Y/N complimented him.
Spencer’s mind went blank at the comment, feeling suddenly giggly. “I have spent a lot of time looking at yours. Not in a weird way but like- shit- through your videos… if that makes sense.” He muttered looking away.
“It does, maybe give me a little more time to look into your eyes.”
Spencer looked up to Y/N’s eyes, which were looking into his with such adoration, he couldn’t believe it. So they sat there gazing in a comfortable silence, the tension between them growing. They both would occasionally burst into laughter at the same time, feeling the same energy.
“So,” she said, letting the tension ease, “I guess we’ll have to do a collab sometime.”
Spencer grinned. “I’d love that. The Chosen ASMR sounds very…”
“Scary. But funny.” Y/N quickly laughed.
As they finished their drinks, Spencer couldn’t help but feel grateful for Shayne and Alex’s teasing. Without it, he might never have had the courage to approach her. He had tried to picture what it would be like to be with her, but now it was real. He wanted their future together and somehow it was so close to being real.
The jingle of keys in your lock immediately made you relieved, he’s home. You sat up expectantly but didn’t look for him yet. Spencer had been gone for two weeks, the longest he had been away in months. The team had it as easy they could have the last few months so you knew it would hit hard, and you had to be gentle and ready. That role was taken gladly, waking to an empty and cold right side of the bed built your anticipation every morning.
“Do I smell Chinese?” You hear from the doorway. Spencer's voice was hoarse and tired, but happy.
“Yes you do, with extra egg rolls to share.” You said seeing his smile appear from around the corner, god did you miss that.
Spencer slowly took off his shoes and coat, dropping them at the door. He walked over with his arms outstretched. You got up to graciously except the first cuddle of many, until...
“Oh my god!” Your body recoiled at his touch.
“What, are you okay, what happened?” Spencer responded, his eyes scanning across your frame.
“I’m fine, but are you okay? You’re freezing.”
“Well then I guess you need to warm me up,” Spencer said, quickly leaping further into your arms.
You fought his touch as much as you could but you couldn’t resist for long, sinking into his touch.
“I missed you so much.” His words muffled into your neck, giving you goosebumps.
“I missed you more.”
“Impossible.” He rebutted. He left your embrace to go and get his food. You instantly missed the shivers you got from him.
You saw him come around the couch shoving the food down, sitting on the arm rest.
“Um, Spence?” You coughed.
“Yeah?”
“Where’s mine?”
“Oh yeah.”
You chuckled watching him run back to the kitchen, flopping on to the couch with two containers, chopsticks, and a bag of egg rolls.
