No wonder. People go, sometimes with a clash, other times with a quiet heartbreak. In this fandom, schisms were particularly nasty and undignified, at any critical juncture point of the timeline.
But then, new people also come. Not in droves, but they still do. What kind of place do we offer them? Miss Havisham's eerie parlor or a place of decency and dialogue?
