TILDA 2019 18” x 25” Acrylic on Wood I follow a really great photographer named @m.athildemaria, and a couple months back, I asked if I could draw one of of their photos, and they said yes. All their photos are really good, but there was one in particular that I thought would make a cool drawing. I liked what the model, @bun.tilda, was wearing, especially her oversized coat, and the light colors, even though I changed the blue to pink. What started off as a simple drawing, snowballed into a full fledge painting. On Monday I wore this @jenniferlaurenhandmade #sorreldress with my pumps for work- it was a mega stressful day supervising a new server installation so I needed my #pockets (@pinkcoatclub!) and my pumps for all the racing about. When you buy from a small business its helping out a one or a few humans who really really appreciate your support! Running your own business is very different to having a huge cooperation! They often have stability but independent businesses often dont have such a big audience of people and so it can be very unpredictable. Each of the people behind these wonderful businesses have put A LOT of time and effort into creating, designing, making and setting up the products in their shops.
