Windenburg Train Station [Restaurant + Cafe ] ♥ The Sims 4: Speed Build // CC

♥ Hi guys, Today I present to you The Windenburg Train Station located in Windslar. This train station is known for it's Classical Architecture and beautiful historic interiors that has been conserved for decades. While the interior was updated with modern furniture's, the overall structure and essence of the building remains the same.

Located inside is a 5 star restaurant, "Florentine," and a café, "Stella's Cafe," where sims can dine and lounge while waiting.

The Windenburg Train Station is a multifunctional lot athat can be set as a restaurant or a Cafe. Some Spaces were left empty as I did not want to overly clutter the space with too many custom content. Feel free to decorate it!

Considering that this is a multifunctional lot, I recommend downloading LittleMsSam's Lock Door mod to lock doors in community lots. This will give you more control of the space. If you want your sims to specifically be seated inside the restaurant, I suggest locking the doors to the cafe and other parts of the building.

Ekvillan - 'The oak villa'

Ekvillan is a spacious family villa inspired by swedish architecture from the turn of the last century.

I chose to call it 'Ekvillan' - 'The oak villa' in swedish, since there is a big oak tree in the garden. It has a vegetable garden, bees, a chicken coop, and a treehouse. There's plenty of cozy little spots to hang out and eat 'fika'.

Please note that this was built using cc. The lot is partially playtested. DOWNLOAD (SFS)

I love pets, in real life and in The Sims 4. However, there's not much that we can do with our paw friends in the game, so I usually look for mods to enhance the gameplay and CC stuff to better build my pet's life. *Please make sure to read the descriptions provided by the creators at the links. The Owlry is the place for you!

This two-bedroom, two-bath log cabin has everything you need. While small, it is comfortable and elegant. There is a full kitchen, laundry, and even an under-the-eaves storage area that could be a third bedroom.

Enjoy the outdoor kitchen and living spaces, including a double-sided fireplace and a sunken jacuzzi!

Ramble down the steps to the pond and do a bit of fishing or just enjoy nature.

Close to the gorgeous mountain lake and waterfall, this secluded space brings peaceful relaxation.

Hi I’m starting a decades challenge set in 1850 and I’m building a save file first. I was wondering if you knew any cc or mods for pets

Hello! I've not come across many historical pet cc pieces but here's some I know.

The first set was actually gifted to me as b-day present by the other lovelies at Plumbob Tea Society and for pets there was a pillow bed and a litter box for cats

A semi-formal lookbook of maxis match male outfits, featuring my OCs Arthur Sapphire, Emery Ito, Graham Lambert and Alexander Sapphire. It’s wedding season in my game and summer so I guess these are their fits. Ignore the fact Graham has a turtleneck, it’s just always cold to him.

O this one. It has my heart. Not exclusively build items - there are a few CAS items for all ages. The toddler clothes are just so cute...I wanna squeeze its cheeks!!!!

Awingedllama sets

I loooove the blooming rooms kit. I use it to live out my plantmom dreams, because if I'm honest with myself, I kill my plantbabies way too often. Not even succulents survive in my house.
