Dude my old-new therapist that I saw 5 years ago is honestly so good in an entirely different way than my last one. Theyre both REALLY good at what they do and honestly maybe if possible I bounce back amd forth every 5 years or some shit XD

My last one that was a trauma dissociation specialist was really good at exploring the indepth personal trauma and internal issues

My old new one is really good at cutting through the bullshit and finding additional ways to fix shit I havent looked at and keeping me focused on the current moment

And Im like *shook* shit man.
