Happy Camp - Pink Powder

The Happy Camp episode with Gong Jun and Zhang Zhehan is one of my favorite things, ever.

This episode is what actually turned me into a full fledged Junzhe fan. You can watch it on YouTube here, unfortunately without English subtitles, but I've watched it before without subtitles and it's still utterly delightful.

The crazy thing about this episode is that it's not just one funny zany event haha, it's one after another for the whole episode, culminating in this absolutely wild pink powder game.

It has to be seen to be believed. I was laughing so hard the first time I watched it I was hiccuping trying to breathe. It's absolute chaos and literally everything I ever wanted in a variety show with these two.

I added the screenshot that shows the timestamp on the video if you want to check it out - the pink powder game is at the end. But honestly, watch at least the entire pink powder game from the beginning, even if you don't have time to watch the whole thing. It's so worth it!

Here's the figs in all their sprinting glory. These guys do not stand on their own under any circumstances, so you can see where I have puttied them down in order to take pics.

Their heads are enormous, so even if they did somehow manage to stand up on their own on the one running leg, it would be a very delicate balance.

The putty isn't strong enough to even hold them - I had to prop them against the back wall to keep them standing up.

I even overused the putty in a desperate attempt to keep them upright! They kept falling down, so I kept adding more putty. Dear figthusiast reader...it did not work well.

I have some acrylic bases on order, so when they arrive I will use some fig stickers so that they can stand securely.

I love the pink mottling on their hair from the powder. The fig artist picked an earlier segment of the game, so these boys aren't yet fully covered in pink.

Silk, nylon, and of course true waterproof fabrics will fit any vacation scenario this season.
