I do not think Bruce is capable of retirement. I do not think he would ever hang up the mantle willingly #unless he almost became the very kind of person who got his parents killed: a gun-wielding coward. the pain in his eyes. #I could see that. Bruce realizing that he is incapable of being Batman.
