Okay so Psych Makeup Collection
Under a Read More because this got long and rambling
On one hand I think having a singular Shawn and Gus palette would be very fitting, but on the other a Gus-focused standalone palette based around his best shirts called The Lavender Gooms palette is just *chef's kiss* so we'll go with that idea. I feel like some sort of face gloss works too, like the head oil- maybe it should just be an actual lavender-scented hair oil, a little outside of the "makeup" definition but not an ungeard of inclusion (see: Glamlite having a shimmer body oil in their first Barbie collection).
I feel like some colorful eyeliners fit well with Shawn tbh, as his part of the college. We've seen him canonically wear eyeliner more than once in his edgier phase, so colorful ones feel fitting for his brighter personality when he's older while still holding onto that same essence. Psychic Green, Pineapple Yellow, Santa Barbara Skies Blue, Hair Thicker In HD Brown. No, wait, that last one should be a brow gel, maybe a mascara.
Blushes based on Jules, yes obvious, a blush palette inspired by her extremely bright early seasons shirts. But also I want something for her iconic gray pantsuits, so perhaps an Eyeshadow stick/crayon- a little more one-and-done, practical, can be easily traveled with. I think that fits. Or maybe one of those blushes that looks dark gray in the pan but turns pink when you put it on?
Struggling with Lassie a bit because my brain is screaming Eyeshadow Palette but I want everyone to have a Unique Thing in this collection and Gus already has the Eyeshadow Palette... I can't imagine what else fits for a Lassie piece though. Gus’s would be largely purples and pinks, and while Lassie would also be largely cool-toned it'd be more blues and grays inspired by not only his sweet salt-and-pepper hair and cannonball blue eyes, but the blue shirts and such he'd wear in earlier seasons and the grays of his beloved gun.
I want to give Chief Vick something too, I feel like a line of contours fits her character but that feels not quite Enough for how important she is. We don't have lipsticks yet, but I don't know if I see her for lipsticks- if anything it'd be a line of glosses themed around Jules, or maybe glosses themed around some of the various Love Interests of both Shawn and Gus through the show like Mira and Abigail and that hippie girl and so on.
Bronzers themed less around A Character, more just a reference to the Abduction/Speed Dating episodes with the fake tanning ties.
Henry doesn't get a product. ... Alright, maybe an ocean spray scented makeup remover of some kind. But that's it!
Wanna give Buzz something, because I just like him. Maybe he can have the highlighter. Call it the McNabbin' That Glow or something, because he's a little ray of sunshine and while his wit is dim his smile sure ain't.
And a makeup bag shaped like a Pineapple, of course.
OH maybe The Chief gets a brush set? But I also see that working for Lassie... I can see a Henry set to tbh but I don't like him so I want either Lassie or The Chief to have the brush set.
Oh and Buzz still gets a highlighter but there's also another highlighter just called Mary Lightly.
I wanna give Yang something, she deserves it- maybe she gets the lipstick (not gloss, those go to the Various Love Interests). Oh but also an eyeliner pencil/liquid liner duo kit with the pencil in black and liquid liner in white... oooh...
Guh I have too many ideas. I'd need to do like 10 different collections like fucking Makeup Revolution and their billion never-ending Simpson releases

In my humble opinion, Titans did a better job than most of Berlanti’s other super hero shows in terms of giving focus to the leads and taking us on their individual journeys, while also connecting them and the rest of the cast making it feel like an ensemble/family (in the end). There were missteps, of course, particularly with Gar, DickKory and Tim. However, that stemmed from them thinking they had more time to tell their stories. I sincerely believe that if we had been gifted another season, everyone would’ve gotten close to almost everything they wanted!
Titans did do a great job and didn't have bigger missteps than every other show in this genre. They may never get their flowers. The constant dismissal of Kory's plot that didn't involve Dick is sad because it's rare for female leads to even have their own thing going on every season.
As for people getting everything they wanted for DK in s5 I think that was pretty impossible sadly. The problem people had was having expectations based on writing of shows in completely different genres. The type of scenes and tropes they wanted weren't happening here. Like what made anyone think there would be a love triangle this season other than not paying attention to anything at all the past 3?
Instead of comparing DK to like Shawn/Angela (who ended terribly btw) or Kathony they should have been comparing them to couples on action shows with short seasons. Not TVD, not Merlin, not Greys Anatomy. Hank/Dawn was the only other series-long couple. Everyone should have noted how they were written and had more realistic expectations. HD were riddled with problems and ended with Dawn propositioning Dick a day after Hank died. DK not having the type of trust issues and trauma bonding would mean they wouldn't have the same problems. I.E jealousy, cheating, half-baked love triangles, nasty fights, and distrust.
Dickkory had everything other couples on the show didn't have. They were wholesome, supportive of each other, and in love. No triangles, jealousy, tears, insecurities over being just an option, or pining. Just pure love.
You can find epic love speeches in those shows and then if they go on long enough those same couples break up or end up tainted after one too many violent disrespectful fights.
I'll always love what we got with these two. I just wanted one more season. I'll never blame the writers for creating such a beautiful ship and showing us their bright future together but not being able to expand on it. That's on WB. They were phenomenal in s4.

I would like to ask from the Emoji Writers ask. This one:🧐 how much time do you spend researching for your stories?
Okay! Thanks for the ask!
And...It depends on the story, honestly.
FNAF:
For FNAF stories, I don't normally do much research besides studying character models and looking up canon locations. But sometimes, I spend about 15-30 minutes studying animatronic functions, medical anatomy (specifically for Springtrap & Scooped Michael), the FNAF timeline, the ages of the characters, and more.
FNAF Time:
For animatronic functions, it usually lasts 10-15 minutes.
For medical anatomy, it's a good 20-35 minutes.
For character model study, it lasts for up to an hour sometimes, especially with Springtrap. (I once spent more than 2 hours just studying an HD Springtrap image zoomed up close, so I could make my theories on what body parts the spring traps impaled and how he died.)
Lastly, I spend about 5-10 minutes studying ages for the characters and rough estimates for the years born, and the present year in each fanfic. Lots of math.
Jacksepticeye Egos:
For Jacksepticeye Egos, it more so depends on the character. For Jacksepticeye, Chase and Shawn, I type 'Irish slang' into the search bar quite a bit. But not as much as I type 'English to German translation' for Henrik. Henrik is the one character I do the most research for. Because of the constant translating and matching of his accent. For An Unexpected Roommate, I spend a lot of time studying human anatomy, zombie decomposing, and the irl decomposing process on humans. (Images and everything...It's a little concerning, I know...But I swear it's just for the writing!).
JSE Egos Time:
Overall, it's about 15-30 minutes of research on the slang.
30-45 minutes of google translate for Henrik.
20-40 minutes on Robbie's physical anatomy and health.
Sanders Sides:
For Sanders Sides, I...barely ever do research on those stories! The only times I've ever really had to do research, is for 3 Letters Will Make you Scream (Or Laugh), and for Logan's Trip to [REDACTED]. for 3 Letters Will Make you Scream (Or Laugh), I had to do something extra: I had to grab an Uno Card game, shuffle the deck, and start flipping up the cards randomly. With every new card, I would resume writing.
And for Logan's Trip to [REDACTED], that was 90% SCP-Foundation research.
S.S. Time:
'Research' for 3 Letters Will Make you Scream (Or Laugh), took roughly 30-45 minutes altogether.
When doing research for the SCP-Foundation (for Sanders Sides), those research sessions last 25 minutes to up to 50 minutes sometimes.
SCP Foundation:
Research is always about different SCP's, and reading their original info logs and extra dialogue moments. It's quite time-consuming at times.
SCP F. Time:
It takes about 30-50 minutes to look through all the SCP's, read up on the SCP's, and put together how to add each personality to the fanfic.
The Good Doctor:
95% of my research goes towards medical anatomy and real stories. The last 5% of my research goes to researching character information and relationship pairings.
TGD TIme:
Medical information research will last hours. 2-3, to be specific.
Character information will last 15-30 minutes.
Animal Crossing:
I'll only research all the villagers choices from New Horizons, and just scroll through them to figure out which ones I want to do. I'll also do character information research for the villagers and usual cast of AC characters.
AC Time:
Villager research will take 20-30 minutes.
research for cast & villagers will take 20-25 minutes.
Youtubers:
Other than researching confirmed tickle spots, I barely ever researched for this fandom. I mostly had my own fun. But For Sean and Evelien's fanfics, time went into watching compilations of their cute moments, and figuring out how their chemistry might work in real life.
YouTubers Time:
Researching Sean & Evelien chemistry took about 40 minutes, to a couple hours. It depended on if I was watching short compilations, or watching long videos of Sean and Evelien together playing games or fooling around.

Rockstar Games Facts You Should Know
There are some theories that suggest that all of Rockstar’s titles are all part of the same universe. This is untrue, especially considering the GTA games take part in 3 different universes: the 2D Universe, which consists of GTA 1, its London expansion packs, and GTA 2; the 3D Universe, which consists of GTA III, Vice City, San Andreas, GTA Advanced, Liberty City Stories, and Vice City Stories; and the HD Universe, which consists of GTA IV, its DLC expansions The Lost and Damned and The Ballad of Gay Tony, Chinatown Wars, GTA V, GTA Online, and the upcoming GTA VI. We can rule out the Midnight Club and Max Payne series as well as L.A. Noire, since they use real-life locations as the main locations, plus the fact that Midnight Club uses actual real-life vehicle manufacturers. The Manhunt series and Bully are part of the GTA 3D Universe, and the Red Dead series could be argued to be part of the GTA HD Universe.
There exists a theory that suggests that Jimmy Hopkins from Bully and James Earl Cash from Manhunt are the same people, due to the two having similar hairstyles, and the fact that both their names are James.
With the exception of the Midnight Club series and Bully, Rockstar’s games have the M rating. Over the years, Rockstar has pushed some boundaries over what’s acceptable in an M rated game. During the development of San Andreas, Rockstar originally intended to implement a sex mini game after you go on a date with one of your girlfriends in the game, but this would’ve given the game the dreaded AO rating, meaning many retailers wouldn’t even have it on the shelves. More on that later. Also, if Rockstar hadn’t heavily censored Manhunt 2, it would’ve gotten that rating in the US.
Jack Thompson had an infamous reputation for being the worst enemy of video games, period. He especially had a hard-on for the GTA series, as he looks connections between the crimes the player would commit in the virtual world and crimes individuals have committed in the real world. Who’s the mysterious man John Marston keeps running into throughout Red Dead Redemption? This man sends John out to “test his morality,” and when John meets him the last time, he gets frustrated that this man would not tell him who he is, and as he walks off, John shoots him, but the bullets just pass right through him. Many people have speculated that the man is actually God. Now as an atheist, I find that absurd, but to each his own.
Remember the sex mini-game I mentioned in San Andreas? Well, Rockstar, instead of simply removing mechanic, they just simply bury it in the game’s code. But thanks to some modding and some open-heart surgery on the game, PC gamers have unearthed this mini-game. The ESRB caught wind of this, and gave the game the AO rating, and many stores pulled the games from the shelves, and they were put back on the shelves once the “Hot Coffee” mod was removed entirely. So THAT was why my dad and I couldn’t find it at Blockbuster when it first out…
In Vice City, the main protagonist, Tommy Vercetti, was voiced by the late Ray Liotta. Employees at Rockstar have stated how difficult the actor was to work with, with one occasion with Ray pulling a Joe Pesci Goodfellas moment when they’re all eating and drinking at a steakhouse, and suddenly Ray says “What the fuck are you laughing at?” After a few seconds of awkward silence, he finally says “I’m fucking with you!” They even said Ray would groan before recording all his lines. Needless to say, this was just one of the reasons Rockstar decided not to employ big actors for future projects. Insult to injury, the late Burt Reynolds was also in Vice City, and Rockstar also did not enjoy working for him.
Young Maylay, the voice of CJ from San Andreas, and Shawn Fonteno, aka Solo, the voice of Franklin from GTA V, are cousins in real life. Fonteno even voiced a Grove Street NPC in San Andreas, which made it easier for him to secure a role in GTA V.
Gamers have sworn they saw Bigfoot in San Andreas. This has been proven a false myth, as modders have added a skin to an NPC seen in the wilderness. But Rockstar added a Sasquatch encounter in Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare, and the completion of this awards the achievement/trophy named “6 Years in the Making.” In the GTA V mission “Predator,” when you control Michael holding a sniper with a thermal scope, you can see Sasquatch in the corner of the screen. Once you aim your reticle at it, it disappears. Also, upon achieving 100% completion of GTA V, you’re given one more Strangers & Freaks mission named “The Last One,” where you’re helping a hunter hunt for a Sasquatch that he’s been looking for “for 9 years.” Gotta love the meta references that allude to the year 2004.
A fan has asked Steven Ogg to send a message via Cameo to Jason and Lucia, the protagonists of the upcoming GTA VI, as Trevor Phillips. Steven did the opposite by stating he’s not Trevor. Clearly he doesn’t wish to continue being associated with the character that essentially made his career. He’s been in AMC’s Better Call Saul and The Walking Dead, but I always referred to his characters as Trevor, even if his TWD character is named Simon.
Remember the 2021 disaster known as the GTA Trilogy: The “Definitive” Edition? Well did you know there was another “remastered” version of GTA: San Andreas released on the PS3 and Xbox 360 in 2014 to celebrate the 10 year anniversary? Yet there was no such version for Vice City or GTA III. Well, the “remaster” is actually the shitty mobile version that was ported for consoles. And yes, that version is ass! And guess who was responsible for that version? War Drum Studios, aka Grove Street Games. The same assholes that gave us the Defective Edition…
San Andreas’ “Wrong Side of the Tracks” has quite a reputation. Not just for being one of the toughest missions in GTA history thanks to Smoke’s Galactic Empire Marksmanship training, but due to the infamous “Mission Failed” cutscene: “All we had to do was follow the damn train, CJ!” That line has become a meme, that even one of the lines in the main menu in Minecraft said “Follow the train, CJ!” Hell, there’s even a gold medal requirement in GTA V’s mission “Derailed” called “Better Than CJ,” which is given if the player, controlling Trevor, hops onto the train in the very first attempt.

2019's The Addams Family and 2021's The Addams Family 2 animated movies will be released together on 4K Ultra HD + Blu-ray on May 7 via Shout Studios.
The Addams Family is directed by Conrad Vernon & Greg Tiernan (Sausage Party) and written by Matt Lieberman (Free Guy). Oscar Isaac, Charlize Theron, Chloë Grace Moretz, Finn Wolfhard, Nick Kroll, Snoop Dogg, Bette Midler, and Allison Janney star.

ROCKPORT, Mass. — January 2024 — For Immediate Release — Vintage film restoration and distribution company Film Masters continues its tribute to the pope of pop cinema, Roger Corman, with the third installment of The Filmgroup series on Blu-ray and DVD, The Devil’s Partner, available Jan. 16.
Corman and his brother, Gene, founded The Filmgroup to distribute their own films. While the company did produce the majority of its films, including the cult classic Creature From the Haunted Sea, it also occasionally acquired projects by other filmmakers, as is the case with The Devil's Partner (1961). From director Charles R. Rondeau, the film is a macabre tale of an elderly man who regains his youth after making a deal with the devil. During the summer and fall of 1961, the two films were often paired as a double feature.
Half Man, Half Beast, He Sold his Soul for Passion — Director/actor Edgar Buchanan (best known as Uncle Joe on Petticoat Junction) appears in this supernatural thriller about an old codger trying to reclaim his youth, employing black magic to lure a woman away from his rival. The film also stars Jean Allison, Richard Crane and Ed Nelson. This well-crafted, independent feature has been hailed for its atmosphere and as a pioneering film in the devil worshiping subgenre made popular in the ‘70s.
Made in 1958, The Devil’s Partner languished with no release date until it was picked up and distributed by The Filmgroup, becoming a steady presence on the drive-in circuit, often appearing in tandem with Creature from Haunted Sea, another Corman classic from the golden age of drive-in schlock.
This spoof of spy/gangsters/monster movies stars Anthony Carbone as a gangster and smuggler who decides to kill members of the ship’s bungling crew and blame their deaths on a legendary sea creature. What he doesn’t know is that the creature is actually out there! Also starring Betsy Jones-Moreland and Academy Award-winning screenwriter Robert Towne (Chinatown) under the pseudonym Edward Wain.
The film was conceived when Corman finished shooting The Last Woman on Earth in Puerto Rico and discovered he had enough film left over to make another film. He enlisted long-time associate Charles B. Griffith, who—legend goes—had six days to write the script. Ever the pragmatist when it came to budget, Corman recruited locals to appear in this film as extras.
Special Features: Commentary for The Devil’s Partner is by Larry Strothe, James Gonis, Shawn Sheridan and Matt Weinhold of the Monster Party podcast; theatrical-length commentary for Creature From the Haunted Sea is by fan favorite Tom Weaver, with contributions from Roger Corman, Kinta Zertuche and Larry Blamire. Weaver also provides the liner notes for the film. Ballyhoo Motion Pictures contributes Hollywood Intruders: The Filmgroup Story with Part III of the story, as well as their new interview with Roger Corman on the formation of The Filmgroup; recut trailers, based on the original theatrical trailers; original Creature From the Haunted Sea theatrical trailer (from 16mm archival elements scanned in 4k); and a full essay for The Devil’s Partner by author Mark McGee.
Both films are presented with a theatrical aspect ratio of 1.85:1, as well as in a 1.37:1 television format. The televised version of Creature From the Haunted Sea includes an additional 15 minutes of footage shot years later to extend the film for a sale to Allied Artists. Discs are region free and include English SDH. Audio is DTS-HD/Dolby AC3s.
