4/30 - Ethiopian food!! This picture is of shirowat, gomen, stuffed pepper, and injera. Shirowat is ‘gravy’ made with chickpea powder, onions, oil, water, and berbere (a local spice much like cayenne pepper). Gomen is stewed collard greens. Injera is the sour ‘pancake’ used to eat the wats. Delicious!
