Derrick’s brows shot up, “You’re joking. I’ve got to be twice your age.” 

Nathan put on an expression of mock surprise. 

“Oh, sorry. I didn’t realize it’d be a problem...”Nathan’s glance toward Oriana was less than friendly, “Age has never been an issue with Auntie’s boyfriends before.” 

She grimaced at the dig. It was one she’d heard from Elaine’s mouth before, and that was no doubt where the teen had picked it up. Derrick opened his mouth to respond, but Nathan continued.

“Speaking of which… Where is your husband?” He turned, putting his full attention on Oriana instead, “I wonder what my mother would think seeing you out with some other guy…” 

Oriana tensed before pulling away and stumbling back from the boy, “That’s not—” 

“We were simply catching up,” Derrick cut in, his mouth set in an obvious frown, “I’m sure Oriana’s husband, and–... whoever your mother is… would understand” 

Nathan crossed his arms against his chest. Tilting his head he gave Derrick a considering glance. After a tense moment of silence, his grin was back in place, “Oh, you don’t know her. She absolutely wouldn’t.” 

Oriana, rubbed at her wrist. Elaine would certainly misunderstand, whether genuine or for her own benefit. 

“Well, her opinion doesn’t particularly matter, does it?” Derrick frowned. Oriana tried not to flinch at the thought of Elaine Helios hearing those words.

Sims 2 ikea stuff fix♡‧₊˚

Hey guys, so i have seen recently that some people have the sims 2 ikea stuff pack missing from their ultimate collection, if you do not have it you can follow this tutorial or watch the youtube video ill link below(you do need to click the link to get the folders needed)

Step1- Click this link and open the link to the folders you need downloaded https://youtu.be/UWU3__aECuE?si=iQPgGZrys7RbI_6a

Step 2- Extract the zip file onto your desktop

Step 3- copy those files into local disk c/programfiles86/the sims 2 ultimate collection/the sims 2 ikea home stuff.

^Most people should have the ikea folder in their ultimate collection just without the files needed, what your copying into that folder is those missing files.

^for those who have a different version of the ultimate collection you put those files into local disk c/programfiles86/ Mr dj/The sims 2 ultimate collection/ the sims 2 ikea home stuff.

Step 4- Now open your game and the ikea stuff pack should now show up.

New Simblr Alert! 🎉

Sul sul!

So there's a lot going on in my personal life at the moment (I won't go into details) which has made me feel stressed and overwhelmed, and when I feel that way I turn to my comfort game - TS2!

I recently started a second BACC and I decided to start a sideblog (@pinewaterbacc) to document that one as well. The town is called Pinewater and it's very loosely set in the '70s.

I'm mostly playing and writing to nourish my own mental health, but if you have any interest in reading yet another BACC, you can do so here! The good news is, the introductions and the first family of the first round are already up, with the rest of the first round queued to go!

I will still be posting about Wildflats Peninsula on this blog as well - the queue is filled till the end of April currently and I still have the rest of Round 11 to finish writing - so don't worry if you're a fan of Wildflats!

Episode 28 - Alexander Goth - Teen heart throb wannabe?

Alexander celebrates his birthday and becomes a teen, but it is pretty clear that he has other ideas about who he wants to be than his father has. He craves social acceptance and approval. He becomes a pleasure aspiring sim, who hopes to design games for a living and at the same time he hopes to have loads of friends and be Mr Popular with the "in-crowd". Will this land him in trouble and will his dad approve or will he keep these aspirations secret in fear of disappointing his father?

Of course, no sooner had she said that and given Derrick a pleasant smile, that she was proven right. 

“Hey Auntie~” She flinched as Nathan Chun-Helios seemed to appear out of thin air in order to demonstrate that she couldn’t have nice things. He propped himself on her shoulder, and from the corner of her eye, she saw the teenager grin wolfishly, “Who’s your friend?” 

“N-Nathan.” Oriana started. Of course it had to be Elaine’s kid. Of course, it was the one known for causing problems. Not that Oriana really knew any of them well. The few times she’d met any of them had been in the presence of Abraham or the police. But she knew he’d certainly never been this friendly with her before, “I’m–... I am not really your aunt, you know that right?” 

“Oh, I know.” He smirked, “but would you really prefer it if I called you grandma in front of your cute friend?” 

“I–...” Oriana didn’t even know how to respond to her own teenager, and unlike Nathan, Nicholas was generally well-behaved. She sighed. 

“Derrick,” Oriana waved towards the teenager who’d taken up residence on her shoulder. Frowning slightly, she said, “this is my… daughter in-law’s son, Nathan.” 

Derrick slid a look at the boy, “Derrick is a friend from when I was your age Nathan. Did you… need something?” 

Whatever it was he did want, she’d rather find out now, so she could get away from Elaine’s problem child as quickly as possible. 

He only hummed in response; it was not a promising sign. The teenager took Derrick in for a moment, and then bit his lip in another smirk, “So Derrick…Are you busy later?”

Judith Hart is the second youngest child of the two founders Jack Hart and Julia Hart (previously Adler) who were one of the first couples in Neptune, way back in rotation 1.

Julia was also, sadly, one of the first sims to die in Neptune. She died giving birth to their fourth child Jane Hart, and it happened right in front of Judith.

Jack took her death very hard and he went on to make very questionable decisions throughout the rest of his life. But we'll touch on those in other households.
