Making lots of soups to freeze today starting with żurek (a Polish Rye sour soup), then Latvian Skabenu natru zupa (sorrel and nettle soup and will just need the hard boiled eggs to go onto it when I am ready to eat it) and a second chicken bone broth for rosół (chicken soup) that I am going to add haluşka dumplings to. I have a fourth basic vegetable soup that I will finish tomorrow and that one I will can. I’ll be good for a while with all of this stuff and can share with the neighbors if the get stuck in a bind with food.
