My void sucess story

HII TIA!!! I can barely contain my excitement as I type this but I got into the void and manifesting my dream life. You @gorgeouslypink and @charmedreincarnation are my absolutely favorite blogs, and I couldn’t have done it without y’all. I think charm and pink are on break so I’m gonna send this to you I hope that’s okay.

Quick backstory: I’ve been in this community since the OGs, angel, Cleo, maya etc. I’ve seen all the dumb drama, the liars, the successful people, the exposing, and etc. I’m just sharing this because people think having bad experiences can hinder you from getting your desires and I’m here to remind you nope that it can’t. Nothing can. I had a phase where I would ugly cry trying to make sure all the success stories are true….I became a cop and started looking for inconsistencies on pages and liars to help me feel better. Which it didnt, It drove me mad, and I lost faith.

Until… I read pink’s doubt post which was God sent. Her entire page is God sent tbh and I recommend it to everyone. After I felt better and realized outside of tumblr people have gotten into the void, I decided I’m gonna be the next success story. So I went on your lovely page because I don’t think there isn’t a method you haven’t talked about.

You’re so educated and conduct amazing research on everything, we truly don’t deserve you Tia. Thank you for all your hard work. Anyways I was feeling good! I had so many methods to choose from, I felt like a fat kid at a candy store. And I decided my logical brain needed a logical method so I went with lucid dreaming.

This is where charm comes in. I read her lucid dreaming guide and it is literally also God sent so thank you so much for that. She had a method I had never heard of called SSILD, and even made a post about that as well… like I felt like the universe was handing me everything on a silver platter. And I saw another post that her and pink talked about using a reclining chair. So I combined SSILD with that method to make an ultimate one. And on the second day of trying I entered a lucid dream, asked a dream character to take me to the void and then manifested my dream life.

What I manifested: my dream house, dream family, dream body and face, dream amount of money, money always coming to my family and I’s bank account out of nowhere (but it’s natural and normal ) socialite Status, 25k insta followers (my lucky number) famous loyal dream athletics boyfriend (I was so scared this wouldn’t work but it did!), master manifesting abilities, dream college acceptance, (future) good self concept, a great fashion taste, never gaining weight, clear glass skin, revising my abusive past, and so much more. My list was like a whole ass essay, I obviously can’t list everything but my life is perfect now.

This was last week and I immediately booked a trip to LA with my family to look at the USC campus because that’s where I want to go and where I will go next fall, (I’m a senior). I was also looking at apartments around my school and I found my dream one so I’m manifesting no one leases it 🤭

Quick note: a lot of my desires were weird or I wanted them to manifest a specific way, or they weren’t realistic to happen immediately so I was afraid it wouldn’t work out the way I envisioned. Not only did everything work out the way I envisioned but it worked out even better and exactly how I would want them to apply to life but in a realistic way. So if that’s something you worry about don’t worry, you are God, and it will work out perfectly.

Anyways, I just wanted to share this because I failed for a while and everyone on this app was so supportive. Tumblr is genuinely like a little magical family so now everyone will see my succeed… though this on anon mode bc people have been attacking success stories lately. And honestly it doesn’t matter bc I just want to live my new spoiled life but I want to express my gratitude because my life was in shambles and you three helped me so much. So thank you again and I hope everyone who read this. No, I know everyone who reads this will get what they deserve.

Having three or more planets in the 10th house or in the 10°/22° degrees (in the natal chart and persona charts) means you'll be sucessful in life and will achieve your desired job (or at least a dignified job), now, the way you will achieve it will depend on the planets and its aspects.

Also, having juno in the 10th house is a huge indicator of having a spouse who's gonna be successful in life, you'll be on the same page regarding your career life

Having the asteroids angel (11911) and angelou (9011) in aquarius degrees (11° and 23°) means your guardian angel and spiritual guides communicate to you through angel numbers, (specially 111/1111), equal hours, butterflies (specially white ones), repetition of specific names and number patterns on the internet... Also, have you realized both of these have 11 in their codes? This is too much of a coincidence lol

Juno (3) conjunctions in your chart means which characteristics your spouse will have. Having angel conjunct juno means you'll have a very intuitive/spiritual spouse. Having psyche (16) conjunct juno means you'll have an intelligent spouse. Juno conjunct ceres means you will have a nurturing spouse. I have a theory that the asteroid atlantis (1198) means what's repressed inside us that need to be worked on, also represents what's hidden in us even to ourselves sometimes. for ex: having atlantis on the 12° and conjuncting neptune can mean your dreams are repressed and you can't remember them clearly, but they feel like they're important, or, when you remember them, they're more of a nightmare than a dream, with disturbing feelings regarding them, this also can indicate having premonitory dreams

Having pluto, neptune or uranus in the 6th house is a very difficult aspect to have, because you deal with these issues daily in your life and you literally can't run away from them. Neptune in the 6th can indicate being prone to addictions and sleep problems (insomnia or sleeping too much), pluto in the 6th can indicate self destructing and obsessive tendencies, uranus in the 6th can indicate having a turbulent life in general, and all of these can happen daily and even in your work place.

Now I'm gonna expose the big 6 of the worst person I could ever meet: sun (7h) and mercury (6h) in taurus, leo moon (10h), gemini venus (7h), pisces mars conjunct uranus (4h) and scorpio rising (I can't believe the audacity this b* had to have the same moon & rising as lana del rey, you don't deserve it!!!!!!)

The 5th house can also indicate how you love, so having a 5th house in scorpio or capricorn is difficult because these people tend to try to repress their feelings and have a blockage when trying to speak with their crush (specially capricorn, scorpio do it more in a way to hide it) but both are very afraid of rejection and they feel uncomfortable opening their hearts to someone they like

I think the planet jupiter and jupiterians in general are very underappreciated in the astro community, I mean, yes, jupiter brings luck and all of this, but it's also much more than that, It's literally the planet that represents the god of the gods, let's talk about how much power these people can have, and not just about limiting stereotypes (specially with sagittarius 😹).

This also applies with neptune, people forget how important neptune is/was in the mythology, being the second more powerful, behind Zeus only. I'm not gonna say pluto is underappreciated because everyone talks about its power (which is also true, let's be real lol), but both pluto, neptune and jupiter, being represented by the big 3 in greek mythology, can have an impactant power, if they learn how to use it 🤌

I think the hour and day you were born can also determine your general vibe that people mistake with your ascendant. For example: I know someone who was born day 6 at 6:47 am and I was sure he was a virgo rising but it turns out he is actually a cancer rising, but until this date I find really impressive how much virgo energy he has even though he doesn't have any virgo placement...

Hey there, Maya! I just had to take a moment and express my appreciation for all the fantastic posts you put out. I can now confirm, without a shadow of a doubt, that shifting is real, manifesting is real, and so is the void. Our desires and ambitions aren't in vain.

I've been part of the shifting community since 2020 when it exploded on TikTok. It might not matter much, but as a gay man, I rarely saw other guys in the community (though Reddit and Amino have a more diverse crowd). I've always felt more comfortable in women-centric spaces because they tend to be less judgmental.

I never saw success stories from guys, especially the kind I wanted to see - like waking up in a new world, not just manifesting money or a girlfriend (or boyfriend in my case >.<). I've always been spiritual and interested in witchcraft, voodoo, deities, and now manifesting and shifting. But it felt like nothing would let me shift.

Growing up with homophobic and physically abusive parents, struggling with poverty, depression, homelessness, anxiety, suicidal thoughts, and more, I began to feel like you could only manifest and shift if your life was okay. I didn't have the luxury of time or safety to practice methods, constantly dealing with noise, verbal abuse, or physical violence.

Then, I read this post

It led me to your Tumblr because OP used some of your old posts and talked about the concept of the void. All searched lead to tumblr. A couple of months ago (2.5 ish) after one of the worst days of my life, I went to bed sobbing, trying to block out the noise around me, praying and crying for anything - death, shifting, a new identity...

Everything around me started to fade - it was as if I was being engulfed by a white, serene blanket of nothingness. It was completely silent, and I couldn't see or feel anything. The only thing that seemed to persist was my awareness.

Now, I've read about the void before, but mostly in the context of it being a black, empty space. So, I'm not entirely sure if what I experienced was indeed the void or something altogether different. The concept still baffles me a bit, but I'm learning and growing through these experiences.

Regardless of where I was, my heart was set on reaching my dr.I kept praying and hoping, to wake up in my DR.

I woke up in my Twitch streamer DR! I found myself in a completely unfamiliar yet perfect place. My room was equipped with a high-end PC, top-notch gaming gear, and quaint decor items. Milo, my dog, was there too. I was sharing a mansion in LA with my boyfriend and four other streamers. The house was beyond my imagination, and streaming here was a dream come true. As night fell, my friends and I explored the vibrant LA nightlife, creating lasting memories.

After a week, i can’t lie I almost forgot I had shifted here. Then, I set an intention to shift back into this reality but where I had moved out, lived with my best friend and their supportive parents, mastered shifting and manifesting, had my desired looks, and money came easily to me. And it worked!

Since then, I've been living my best boujee gay life, and I shift all the time. I even created a waiting room where I'm immortal and use it whenever I need a break. I wish I could offer better advice, but like everyone says, there isn't a key to shifting. It's different for everyone. But you can and will shift. You can manifest your dream life. You can and deserve to be happy

Oh my god, I'm so happy for you, love 💕💕. I also completely related to what you felt. I know it can seem like your circumstances are holding you back, but believe me when I say this - that couldn't be further from the truth.

It's that same resilience, and your ability to persist despite the odds, that paved the way to your dream life. There’s nothing, I mean nothing that can stop you. Not wavering, crying, or doubt. Nothing. If you want it, it’s yours.

𓆩♡𓆪 recently a trend's been going viral, called the 'lucky girl syndrome'

it refers to the people who are actually a bit too lucky, it's almost as if they're the universe's favourite and it's always working in their favour no matter what the situation is !

their belief that they're 'lucky' is so damn solid, it materializes in their reality everyday

most of us often keep complaining how life isn't fair and how god keeps testing us everyday, well darling instead of roaming around hopelessly, walk everyday with a belief that you're lucky; completely discard the assumption that you're not, because it's the only thing STOPPING you from being that lucky girl/guy

walk as if nothing could go wrong, seize every opportunity as if success is guaranteed, believe that you're extremely lucky no matter what.

I also like to call it the

Kokomi Teruhashi

effect 🌷

for example, she herself thought that nothing could go wrong for her and therefore everything always ended up in her favour, it's mentioned several times in the show how people thought she's the god's favourite and SO DID SHE, her own beliefs were so solid it was pretty obvious why she was so lucky

luck isn't some kind of gift given to some specific people that you can't have, it's their mindset and beliefs that differ from a normal person's

the reason why most people aren't considered lucky is because ever since we were born, we were told that life isn't fair and luck is a matter of chance; this belief has been rooted deep into our subconscious minds and thus most of us feel unlucky

just switch your beliefs to positive ones, and you'll observe a drastic change in your life

hii! I wanted to share a sucess story !! I thought abt sharing this for a while now because it changed my whole life.

TW! suicidal thoughts

I’m lia, 16 and diagnosed with last stage brain cancer. I got diagnosed in september 2022. The doctors told me theres nothing they can do cause my brain already started to shut down (problems with speaking, not being able to move some parts of my body). Therapy’s didnt work and they werent able to do a surgery because the chance I’d pass was too high. They basically just kept me alive in the hospital. I cried a lot the last months and thought that it would be better if i go by myself if you know what I mean.

In january I discovered the LOA and I was like what no way but i tried it out and simply said IT WORKED.

I woke up a few weeks ago and were able to move my body like its supposed to be and i were able to speak properly. I screamed and my mum woke up cause of the way i screamed😭(she had a bed next to me in hospital cause she didnt want to leave me)

When the doctor came in he asked whats wrong and i explained everything, He checked me and he was shocked cause the tumor got smaler and stopped affecting parts of my brain. He literally didnt spoke for minutes cause it was 100% safe i’d die in the next weeks. The last few days i had daily check ups and the tumor is gone. FULLY GONE.

I’m so happy i cant even describe how i feel. Its still too much for me to comprehend. I’m able to go out with friends without worrying abt anything & more.

before you read!♡ ~ many writers have already covered this idea, so in no way am i claiming that i came up with this topic! the writer areislol have really inspired me with her streamer au. in no way am i trying to copy her work, but i must admit that reading her fics a while ago has inspired me, and sparked more ideas with this au.

♡ at first, he never really had any dreams of becoming a streamer himself. although his two close family friends, ayato and ayaka, had tried to persuade him into trying it, he honestly thought that he wouldn't be very entertaining.

♡ it kinda changed for him when he was vcing with ayaka during her own stream- ayaka being a vtuber and gaining a quick following after ayatos quick sucess after debuting his model months prior.

♡ when chatters aked about the mysterious, yet warm and friendly friend, who joined and chatted regularly, she was more than happy to introduce him. ayaka, being protective about her private life, of course aked thoma beforehand.

♡ he had gained fans from hyjacking his friend's stream- and that's when it really hit him that.. i could also do this. in honest, he loved being with ayaka while she streams. never getting enough of chatters- whether trolling or doting.

♡ asking ayato where to even begin.. a second twitch channel on ayaka's reccomended popped up.

♡ although he chose not to be a vtuber, fans still adored him. his quick humored yet warm and caring personality drew thousands of fans just within a few months of starting. a small community growing and growing until it's more than a few thousand- and slowly climbing upwards.

♡ thoma hadn't really branched out from the community of ayaka and ayato. he still felt new to the career, and nervous that he wouldn't be able to branch out to others. that all changed however, when a new friendly face raided one of his streams, hundreds of views sending variations of: "y/n raid!!" or, "y/n sent us!!"

♡ he had seen your name before- he recognized you as another smallish channel that started around the same time that he did. reacting quick, a warm smile spread onto his face, waving a sheepish hand to welcome you and your overly excited followers.

♡ "thank you so much for the raid, y/n! yes-yes, we're playing minecraft today! how was your stream?"

♡ he found that you're channel was entertaining- deciding to stlak (all) your socials once his own stream ended. something about your personality and voice seemed to pull him into a trance, deciding to follow you immediately. and smiling when he noticed a few moments later, you followed him back.

♡ it was rare for another streamer to attract him as much as you did, and you felt the same. the funny horned-headset he wore on top of the messiest blond hair made you feel helpless. the witty remarks to his two close friends making you fall harder.

♡ you two hit it off pretty closely, both of you making similar content, it was almost too easy to become close friends with you. he found streaming with you more fun than the ones he did alone, without ayaka or ayato.

♡ speaking of his friends, ayato and ayaka both seemed to love your content. if you were a face cam streamer like thoma, they would laugh about how out of the four of us, only two have faces. if you preffered to stay faceless, or become a vtuber, they would welcome you with open arms to their community, adding small hints of your character to their streams aswell.

♡ ayato, as mentioned before, had started streaming before thoma. his cool persona reflected his little blue haired vtuber. with a complex design, his vtuber avatar was single handedly fueling artists artblock world wide.

♡ he charmed every person withim a hundred mile radius, and the idea of even meeting The Ayato felt impossible. more than impossible actually.

♡ similar to thoma, you probably met him when you befriended thoma or his sister ayaka. of course you didnt intend to meet ayato through them, not even thinking about doing any malicious things to the two, but you’d be lying if you hadn’t dreamt about meeting him one day.

♡ if youre a streamer yourself, best be prepared to be constantly raided and included in ayatos community. it would take a while for him to open up to you, having previous encounters similar to this end poorly, but he cant deny that he found himself attracted to you.

♡ if your a vtuber, again, he would do literally everything to include your model. going as far as commisioning a little plush of your character to go alongside his avatar during chatting streams.

♡ facecam streamer? its basically all the same! he feels smitted whenever he hops onto your stream, losing that poised and cool attitude when he even glances at your face.

♡ even though he doesnt enjoy showing his face, preffering to stay hidden, he loves yours. hes one of the busiest streamers you think, yet youd never expect him raving about you to his sister, smiling at how absurd he sounds. an opposite to his mature outlook and personality.

♡ months after meeting you does he realize that he likes you. he actually likes you..

♡ “ haha, greetings chat. how have you all been today? oh? it seems that plenty of you are mentioning… y/n? hehe.. what about.. them?”

♡ he'd console thoma immediatley, with a cute blush on his face he'd call him. only when he starts to talk about you, thoma would yelp, yelling that "AYATO IM STREAMING!!!" ♡ if ayato didn't dc almost immediatley, he would awkwardly stay silent in the vc. clicking to thomas stream, where thoms himself has a blush on his face as the chat goes crazy.

♡ the next stream he does, chatters would basically interrogate him. poor mods would have to go to sub only- or even emote only for half of the entire stream.

♡ his voice would be shaky in that stream, on the verge of stuttering but seemingly composed to the naked eye.

♡ he doesn't confess early on. although he thought about having a spurratic impulsive decision to sputter out his feelings, it was always just too embarrassing to do in real life. this isn;t some manga fanfiction.. right?

♡ if you don’t confess to him first, there may be a period of awkward mutual pining!! the tooth rotting-just-tell-each other-before-i-vomit kind of period!! ♡ always subbing to your twitch the day it expires, as you do the same. subscribing to your pateron if you have on, and generally being the most generous almost-boyfriend-but-just-friend ever.

♡ falling asleep on call with eachother, he’d do a face reveal to you early on. he trusts you with everything at this point.

♡ he somehow gets your address, and sends you plushies. always telling you beforehand of course- he doesn't want to seem creepy!

♡ when he confesses- it would be in person. he’d buy you a ticket and fly you out to his and ayakas place, letting you sleep on his bed while he takes the couch- or falling asleep with you by accident. who can really tell if this was an accident, or an attempt to cuddle? lolol

♡ he’d buy ayaka and himself face masks and ridiculous sunglasses- the stupid reflctive kind just to get a laugh out of you and thoma.

♡ inviting thoma over, you would all do a sort of baking stream- failed baking at least..

♡ “ayaka- did you add the tapioca starch or the corn starch?” “oops…” ♡ it would be okay, though! all laughs and giggles, the stream eat it up.

♡ down time, while the almost brownies cooled (they gave up on making boba) thoma and ayaka cleaned up while you and ayato brought the computer to entertain the stream. you trying on ayakas sunglasses because she wasnt in frame.

♡ talking to chat, he couldn't keep his eyes off of you. you’d only been in his house for almost a few days, but he wished it was like this forever.

♡ you smiled, answering a peculiar question, when he cracked. you were going to go home soon, and he couldn't miss this chance! ♡ pulling down his mask, you looked at him before he pulled you into a hug. you un-stiffened and hugged him back, asking if he was alright.

♡ pulling away, you sat a bit closer, worried about your (obvious) crush..

♡ would confess to you off stream for sure. he's smart- like really smart- and doesnt want anyone to figure out! he's a detective- he knows this stuff

♡ although he's wary of edating- like i said before he knows himself and he has clues!!

♡ right off the bat- this man has imposter syndrome. although he knows people like him because of his well crafted and imbreakable persona he's slowly sculpted around himself- he still feels like he doesnt deserve it.

♡ his persona is like a giant, multilayered wall and mask. a disguise that people like more than the real him- and he gets lost in it. all these identities- famous streamer "scaramouche"- his mothers "kunikuzushi"- or himself. a wanderer that everyone likes to label.

♡ on top of this, he didn't have many friends. people were turned off by his abrasive attitude, and although he was popular bordering famous, it felt so lonely.

♡ probably plays competitive games like valorant and overwatch and rust- and prefers it. another distraction to get petty in these lobbies, and somehow hidding radiant in valo...

♡ he's a total god at almost any pvp/competitive game- but he is also the pettiest and most spiteful gamer-rage fueled player to exist

♡ you probably arent a big fan of his, actually. i feel like if you were a watcher before meeting him, you would also be sucked into this dark humored- petty little character he built for himself. for a non vtuber- he has lore alright!!

♡ of course you'd heard of the name scaramouche mentioned somewhere, but you hadn't actually seen of his content- or any clips for that matter

♡ you were a fairly new streamer, garnering around 10k followers on twitch with a nice 13k subscribers on youtube! good job, y/n!

♡ so when he heard the giggle of your voice sit down on the chair next to his, he felt his eyebrow twitch almost involuntary. what was this loud, annoying noise that felt a little too farmilliar doing here?-

♡ yk that awkward moment when you make eyecontact with someone who was staring at you, but you know exactly who that person is? it's a very niche expirience, but BOY IS IT EMBARRASSING

♡ he braced himself for all the weird and uncomfortable fan expiriences coming his way, and started prematurley praying for there not to be a weird photo request..

♡ "hey- kunikuzushi! how have you been dude- it's been like forever!"

♡ his eyed widened and he really looked at you again- "y/n??"

♡ after that first interaction, you two had started talking. at first he felt uncomfortable in his own skin- like maybe it had been a little too long since he had a real friend. but soon, he started melting for your personality.

♡ insanely protective of you- but not like in a weird way. at this stage he values your friendship, and like everything about his personal life, he really wanted to keep it under wraps for the prying eyes.

♡ if you’re a streamer, he defienetly gives you streaming tips and will help- but don’t expect him to carry you to fame. he actually doesn’t want to taint your own career with his crazy and weird fans, so you and him stay quiet about your growing relationship.

♡ it doesn;t take him long to fall, and he defienetly fell first, but boy did he try to ignore everything. this connection fuels him, but it feels like it’s eating him aswell. he’s kinda scared on the hold you have on him lol

♡ he doesn’t fold though, even after three or four months of reckless platonic flirting and sleepovers and weird romantic tension, until his coord breaks

♡ his chat had found your channel in an open tab- a mistake of his- and after weird speculation tiktoks they had raided you essentially

♡ some had good intent! but others left a nasty trail on your quaint little community that he wanted to desperatley to avoid. he actually found out with you when you two were hanging out at his place and a mod had dmed him

♡ you were none the wiser, but apparently your name was trending on twitter with kuni’s aswell...

♡ he kinda liked seeing your names together

♡ he really liked seeing your names together

♡ for how he confesses- i think that it was private and clumsy and messy but the most loveable

♡ he asks you to sleepover- which you oblige after mentions of snacks and games and drinks- and when you arrive you see him sitting pensivley on the couch

Sucess story everybody 🤗

I'm finally goint to tell you guys my true story of enlightenationing on how i got all of my desires 🤩🤩🤩

it all started when i was manifesting my dream life !

i was trying to get in the void every seconds of my life, affirming without any stop to the point i was fainting and my nose kept on bleeding non stop (ahah so silly, i know 😜) but it was obviously a sign that it was working so i kept on going as i was also reading absolutely every single existing post on tumblr, reddit and twitter, and amazon, youtube, amazon prime, uber eats and also stopped seeing my therapist because she was obivously bringing me back too hard to the 3D 🙄

but one day, after 5 years of constant affirming and only manifesting coincidences like bird pooping on my car (common symptoms and signs of money manifestation), i found THE post.

THE post that made me click, that made me understand it all.

I was trying to get in the void, in the dark when my power truly stood in the light.

i followed the post, accidentaly got pregnant because i messed but it's okay, and after correctly re doing it (i have 9 children now), i woke in my desired reality with a mansion, dating John Cena, famous actress and model and singer and uber driver and mastering everysingle skill ever know to men.

i can't show you but it's 999999999% true !!!

A little ✨️rant✨️

Start living your dream life, not others.

Disclaimer: this is not hate in any way or form for people who genuinely love and are manifesting their dream life.

But I'm noticing something in the sub and LoAssumption community, for the longest time society fed us this idea on how a Dream Life is and how it should be, and within these both communities these ideas are only reinforced.

Look you can manifest your dream life and have everything you want, genuinely there is no limit.

But are you manifesting your "dream life" or are you just following what society thinks should be your dream life.

I am saying this, because for the longest time I was sad and depressed cause I would see all of this success stories of people living their dream life's of becoming a models, living in Paris and go to expensive restaurants and all that, I was sooo sad because I would think "¿why can't I manifest that?", but recently I am realizing that I never sat down and actually manifested it because that "dream life" was never what I wanted. At all.

I thought I did because id see so many other people manifesting it, but it was never something that I wanted, and to me At least, that's the most important thing in manifestation.

I no longer want what i was taught to want, my dream life now looks different, is more calmly and magical. But it's mine, it's what I want, and nobody can take it away from me.

This is a reminder

Ask yourself, if you really want what you are manifesting, are you manifesting your desires because you actually want them or are you just manifesting it to be accepted by others?

Like I said, this Is no hate to anybody, y'all can live however you want, but make sure you're living a life based on YOUR DREAMS, not OTHERS.

While the previous exorcism was fairly sucessful, new brain gremlins appear with repeated rewatches. So, here's another incomplete list of my rambling thoughts and favourite moments from the Red White and Royal Blue movie:

1. Breaking doors down to get a wedding cake through - actually a thing that happened. Well, almost. Prince William and Kate Middleton's gigantic 8-tier wedding cake was so large a palace door had to be removed to allow it through. Apparently the Queen was "unimpressed".

2. Henry snubbing Alex in the reception line at the wedding is hilarious. Way to ensure Alex doesn't fixate on you for the whole party, Henry. A+ job.

3. Alex drunkly navigating the wedding reception, swiping drinks, petting rich people and hiding foul smelling canapés behind furniture. Adorably comedic.

4. HeNnrrYyy!

5. Aww. I wanna see pictures of Jonathan the Shih Tzu too.

6. Shaan's scathingly dry wit is everything - I can see why he's such a great match for Zahra.

7. "No-one is more mystified than I" is another phrase I am stealing for people who exist purely to vex me.

8. Shaan shoving Alex bodily through the low hanging branches of a chestnut tree to stand beside Henry for a photo op. That had to be at least partially improvised on location.

9. Dogs in jumpers. This must be some British thing that I have simply failed to notice. Is this a thing Americans associate with the UK?

10. The ridiculously small child's costume that Alex is wearing for the puppet show in the hospital.

11. Alex saying "WRONG!"

12. Henry, on the phone, opening with "Good God, man, what have you done?" Honestly, is there any other response when your crush sends you a picture of a caged turkey, in their bedroom, in the small hours of the morning?

13. Nora strutting into the NYE party in that head turning, jaw dropping, red outfit. Stunning.

14. Henry's face after Alex tells him he's going to do "very bad things to him". Every single fantasy he's ever had about him and Alex is flashing rapid-fire through his brain and he just... overloads a lil' bit. Error code 54 [NETWORK_BUSY].

15. The emotional connection between Alex and Henry when they are making love in Paris. The eye contact, the unspoken communication. Ugh. Hats off to all involved - especially Robbie Taylor, the movie's intimacy coordinator - for creating this scene.

16. Alex, talking about being someone his father never had: "You can't know what that means." Henry responding with a heartfelt "I'm learning". Just... yes. All the yes.

17. In the mood for love might be one of the swooniest movies of all time, but it's heartbreakingly sad. It's a doomed romance - two people who are irrevocably in love but can't be together, trapped as they are by the pressures of societal expectations and their own psychological barriers. That this is a version of romance that Henry holds dear is telling and painful to think about.

18. Alex's bloodshot eyes when he's laying on his bed with Nora, hugging that cushion for dear life, pining hard for Henry. Did they do that scene after another intense emotional one? Were there lots of other teary takes of that same scene? Did they rub onions in Taylor's eyes? I need to know.

19. I often think that the core of who we are as teenagers - our hopes, our desires, the things we cherish - are the beings we settle back into as older adults after we're done trying to fit in or live up to other people's expectations.
