TIE/br boarding shuttles were a type of transport used by the Imperial Navy. A variant of the TIE/sa bomber, TIE boarding shuttles were used to brinig troops to enemy starships, usually once they were inoperable or disabled, in order to secure control of them. They were particularly useful against smaller craft that standard transports were unsuitable for. The shuttles could hold up to twelve stormtroopers.
