I usually tend to do my own recipes when it comes to my kitchen work. Tonight I felt like doing something a bit different. I got out my @gordongram cookbook and made this pasta dish, but I made it #vegan! Pasta, peas, seitan bacon with a dairy free cream sauce. Put some Italian seasoning and pepper for a twist. Cook quinoa or brown rice according to package instructions and set aside. 2. Chop assorted colorful vegetables into bite-sized pieces. 3. Once again made one of my favorites. Pad Thai: brown rice noodles, broccoli, tofu, bell pepper, onion, and garlic. The tofu was seasoned with paprika and pepper and it was cooked with the veggies instead of it on its own. @wholefoods has an addicting peanut and coconut sauce that I use every time.
