Peter Pan collar, 9 covered buttons up the front, cuffed short sleeves, nipped waistline and a pleated/gathered full skirt complete this classic silhouette. Please note the black belt is not included. **Note: The background shade of red was hard to capture. It is an unusual shade with orange and coral undertones. Measurements: —————————————- Please allow extra room for comfortable fit and ease of movement. Item is laid flat, measurements are taken and then doubled for bust and waist. Fits like: Medium Shoulder to shoulder: 15.75" Bust: 37” Waist: 29" (snug) Hips: full Sleeve length: 11.5" Sleeve width: 6.25 x 2= 12.5" Length of bodice: 16.5" Length of dress: 39.5” Details: Circa: 1950s Brand/maker: n/a, probably handmade Fabric: cotton Condition: very good to excellent. Two of the covered buttons show some slight wear (at the bottom of the dress). Under one arm there is very slight discolouration - does not show up when I tried to photograph it.
