MORE INTERESTED IN BIRD: Tiny Leslie Bogart seems more interested in this parrot than watching her father perform before the cameras. Leslie and Lauren Bacall visited Bogie on the set of Paramount's We're No Angels, hilarious VistaVision comedy (1955).

Christmas Classics: We're No Angels (1955)
A lesser known Christmas flick directed by Michael Curtiz. Most people instead lavish undeserved praise on the boring “White Christmas” while this is a distinctly better film. It’s set on a tropical island and there aren’t too many decorations about, but the mood and themes of the story are perfect for the Yuletide.
Three convicts escape prison and plan to rip off a store owner, but upon meeting his tyrannical cousin, they switch gears in their plan. It is actually a very wholesome story, with a lot of funny scenes, and the performance caliber of every actor couldn’t be better. Bogart is well adept at playing for comedy, his delivery is so impeccable, and forms a great triple act with Peter Ustinov and Aldo Ray. Really solid technicolor entertainment.

Love the idea of these 4 going on a double date and it gets chaotic
(Husk complained about being the get-away driver but he secretly loved it)

Been a while since I've fallen so quickly and so thoroughly into a hyperfixation, but Hazbin Hotel has me by the neck. Especially the pairing of Angel Dust and Husker.
My favorite parts of this to draw: Husk's murder face, Valentino's coughing and retching sound effects, and Angel draping himself over Husk at the end.
(The last panel came to me as an afterthought, hence why it's a separate image.)
