Sure thing!! I´m super excited to write for my favorite pink blorbo, honestly it´s about time that I finally wrote some yandere headcanons for him ^^

Still crying about the fact that I couldn´t get this card btw, it´s so beautiful! But sadly all my orbs were gone because of Mika😭 I swear that was a targeted attack from happyele

General Yandere! Kohaku headcanons

Kohaku grew up very sheltered so I wouldn´t be surprised if he has zero experience with love. All he knows about being in love is what he picked up from the internet - the best place to learn important things about life, obviously

Because of this, Kohaku wouldn´t realize his feelings for you for the longest time, nor would he notice that he felt way too intensely for you than what was considered normal

Sometime after meeting you, Kohaku would notice that he starts to feel strange whenever you're around. He feels his heartbeat speed up and he gets nervous when he feels your gaze on him. At the same time, your presence and attention make him so indescribably happy that he can't seem to focus on anything else except your gentle smile directed at him!

He´s usually very sharp-tongued but with you, Kohaku can´t seem to utter even a single harsh word. The thought of you feeling worse about yourself because of something he said is horrifying to him!

As I said, Kohaku grew up completely sheltered, so he really has no idea what these strange feelings mean. Why does he feel so different whenever he is spending time with you?

Deciding that asking his unit mates isn't an option ( god forbid asking Rinne about this, he would rather die!), he goes to ask Aira for advice

After listening to him rant, Aira brightens up and tells him that he must be in love!

Kohaku is shocked but after looking up advice on the internet, he assumes that it must be true. The internet never lies! He's in love with you!

It starts off innocent enough, he likes being in your presence and gets a bit flustered when talking to you. It´s very unlike him and it´s also very noticeable because his cheeks have such a cute pink flush to them whenever you praise him in any way. No doubt he would have harshly scolded anyone else that tried to tease him, but not you. He might complain a bit if you keep it up because he´s so embarrassed but he doesn´t really mean it. He doesn´t want you to stop

He also gives mean glares to anyone he deems too close to you for comfort. Can´t they see that you´re busy with him and go away? He doesn´t hesitate to show his displeasure, either by verbally lashing out at the offending party or by quietly asking you if you could move to somewhere else where you wouldn´t be interrupted

But it´s really nothing to worry about, Kohaku is just being a bit childish of course! Young love can just be so troublesome sometimes so don´t think about it too much when he starts to get a little bit possessive

But it noticeably gets worse. Much worse

Harsh remarks soon turn into insults. Insults soon turn into actual threats against all the people that constantly swarm around and bother you

Kohaku knows that the world is a bad place and so he feels like he has to protect you from it at all costs. He´s willing to do almost anything for the people he cares about and you, as his dearly beloved, are his top priority. He has to make absolutely sure that nothing happens to you

Which is why I think Kohaku is one of the few yanderes that would murder without any guilt over what they are doing. While others might be scared or horrified because of what they had just done, Kohaku feels no remorse

They had it coming for messing with you, all he did was deliver a swift judgment and get rid of a troublesome person that no one would miss anyway

He doesn´t tell you that he does this, preferring to act in the shadows, but he certainly wouldn´t hide the fact that he is glad that they are gone

Oh, you think it´s horrible that someone so close to you died? Well, they were a bad person anyway so who cares?

He genuinely thinks that this is the right thing to do, that he needs to get rid of anyone that he deems a threat to you and your safety. Kohaku outright refuses to admit that his violent jealousy might have also played a part in his killings and specifically who he went after. He thinks himself way too mature for something like that

If you end up being scared because so many of your friends and people close to keep getting found dead, then Kohaku is more than willing to act as a bodyguard for you. It gives him an excuse to be close to you without secretly following you around town, and you´ll start to see him as strong and reliable, someone that can protect you no matter what happens!

Can´t you see just how much he cares about you? How much he loves you? How he would do absolutely anything for you?

He´ll prove himself, even if it means having to get rid of the competition one by one

Trickstar is like the unofficial "main" group of enstars and tbh i dislike their music but they're a cute little unit. best friends. love mao btw. mao is also ritsu's childhood friend and also they're kinda gayasses together. RYUSEITAI is based off of like, superhero shows :) their whole gimmick is being superheros and their music is very upbeat and fun :) silly little guys. ALKALOID is a new unit in !! and they are silly. mayoi and tsumi are gayasses. hiiro and aira are gayasses. the entire unit is in gay love. #win. for realsies tho they are touted as "underachievers" and are the main unit in the !! main story alongside crazy:b :)

Switch are my beloveds. my meow meows. natsume is a magician and a flirt and calls anzu "kitten" and i hate him but also would kiss his very punchable face. gayass with tsumugi btw. he's actually very caring underneath his rough exterior. tsumugi is the resident cringefail malewife. guy who goes "uwah!" i love him. knew natsume as a kid and made a promise that if their red string of fate ever broke that he'd grow his hair out to tie it back together with his hair. which he does btw. he grows his hair out bc of that promise. believes a lot in luck and stuff. sora is a cute little guy ! very energetic ! he has synesthesia but it manifests as him seeing people's "colors" kind of like auras, and every enstars character has a color from sora :) people's colors also reflect their mood !! Double Face died. yeah they're dead. ANYWAY. mama and kohaku kill people. that's it. did i forget to mention that kohaku was raised to be an assassin and kills people? yeah. that 15 year old has killed. anyway df died and mama is going on hiatus and kohaku is just kinda there.

Horrortober Day 21

Okay so in no way at all is it still october and I´m not really planning on doing the other days for this challenge as it´s way past that by now but I had this sitting in my drafts half-finished for almost a year now and it´s been staring back at me every time I worked on a different post.

Today, I decided to finally finish this piece because I thought what I had so far was enjoyable! Also yes, the fact that this piece was about Kohaku and that he´s one of my favorite enstars characters definitely played a part in this.

I feel like this might be more brutal than what I usually write for my yandere posts but I felt it fit well with the prompt and as a contrast.

Day 21: Favor --> “I did you a favor by getting rid of this pest.”

It was supposed to be just a normal meet-up with the four members of Crazy: B, no one could have foreseen what would happen on that day.

You were their producer and had proposed this meeting yourself to discuss plans for the upcoming live event but here you were, sitting around a large table in Café Cinnamon and talking about anything but work. You sighed defeatedly as you stared at the cup of coffee you were holding in your hands but then shook your head. Well, it was nothing to get too worked up over you supposed, it wasn´t like this was the first time it had happened.

Kohaku and HiMERU were usually more than willing to be productive and you could even get Niki to concentrate if there was enough food in his stomach. Yes, in truth, the real issue laid with Rinne alone. The older Amagi was loud and chaotic, always doing whatever he wanted and generally not listening to what other people told him. Sadly, that included you. It had gotten harder and harder to get anything done with Crazy: B when everything was just a gamble to Rinne. There have been many sleepless nights where you had laid in bed and stared at the ceiling while pondering on what you could possibly do to get through to him.

You didn´t believe he actually had any malicious intentions with what he did but you just wished he would take things more seriously. Surely, he did care about his idol work at least to some extent so why did he feel the need to give you such a hard time? You had complained about it to the more cooperative half of Crazy: B on occasion and they too agreed with you.

“Ahaha producer-chan, how about we play some poker? Stuffy meetings are so boring so let´s spice it up a bit! While we´re at it why don´t we use some real cash for it? Makes it way more exciting! What do you think?”

Of course, it was Rinne that made that suggestion and you had to hold yourself back from groaning out loud as he leaned over the table to look at you expectantly.

“HiMERU believes you are a menace to society, Amagi”, HiMERU said in a flat tone as he regarded the presumably older male with a disgusted look. “HiMERU is going to leave now if there is no more business to talk about.”

You only nodded weakly in agreement as he got up from his seat with a frown and bid you and Kohaku farewell as he steadily walked towards the door.

“Aww come on Merumeru don´t be such a spoilsport! Scared you´re gonna lose?”, Rinne yelled after him, still with a wide grin on his face as he laughed to himself.

HiMERU only turned his head to look back one more time before heading out the door with his last parting words: “HiMERU wishes you would drop dead”. Then the door closed behind him.

You couldn´t hold back your laugh at his blunt words, you could definitely understand the sentiment.

Rinne instead leaned back in his chair and focused his attention on Niki who was sitting next to him and still filling his stomach with the food he had brought to the table earlier. The redhead decided that this was the perfect opportunity to start pulling at the poor guy´s ponytail and pulled him back while the other protested in alarm.

“Ow ow ow! Rinne-kun please let go you´re hurting meee!”

“Aww, I thought you liked it when I did this, huh Niki? That damn Merumeru just left us all coldy like that, can you believe it?”

As if to emphasize his point he pulled on Niki´s ponytail one more time for good measure while the other struggled.

“I´m not too surprised he left if I´m being honest, we haven´t gotten any work done at all recently thanks to your efforts to distract everyone..”, you sighed tiredly as you rested your chin on the back of your hand.

Kohaku regarded you with a careful glance at your obvious frustration before looking back at Rinne with a frown on his face.

“Y/n-han and HiMERU-han are right, you know? Crazy: B has gotten zero jobs as of late and now that the producer has given us this opportunity we are wasting time that we could have used to plan ahead. You´re just giving Y/n-han more trouble than they already have.”

Kohaku had spoken up against Rinne just like HiMERU had but even though his words were not as blatantly rude as his, for some reason the tone of his voice was still harsher.

Rinne stopped what he was doing and let go of Niki for a moment, which allowed the gray-haired man to escape with a hasty “I should probably get back to the kitchen now to clean up!” as he retreated back to safety, away from the argument that was bound to unfold now.

“Aww Kohaku-chan you really wound me, you know? I´m just trying to have a little fun with the producer, what´s wrong with that? We still have a lot of time until the actual live show, you know?”

You gulped uncomfortably when you turned your head to look at Kohaku´s face only to see that he looked even more annoyed than he did before. His facial expression was dark and you could see how tightly his hands were clenched around the edge of the table. Something about what Rinne just said must have really set him off but you couldn´t quite guess what that might have been.

“I think Y/n-han would appreciate it way more if you actually did your work, Rinne-han. There is no need to try and annoy the producer every second of the day, ya know?”

For some reason a shit-eating grin suddenly appeared on Rinne´s face, he looked excited somehow even though Kohaku obviously wasn´t happy with him. You weren´t either if you had to be perfectly honest.

“Aww, Kohaku-chan could it be? Are you jealous of the time I spent with the producer because I´m Crazy:b´s leader?”

He had the audacity to playfully wiggle his eyebrows at that.

You did a bit of a spit-take at that, definitely not having expected it. Kohaku next to you was also fuming if the red on his cheeks was any indication.

“That- no obviously not! Don´t say such stupid things Rinne-han! I´m only mad because you´re wasting everyone´s time because you don´t take anything seriously!”

You gaped like a fish when Kohaku said aloud what you had secretly been thinking but Rinne didn´t look impressed. In fact, he looked even more excited for some reason.

“Is that true? Well then you won´t have any issues if I get a little closer to the producer, right?”, he drawled with a teasing smirk as he got up and walked around the table to instead sit down on the empty chair to your right that HiMERU had stood up from before.

Then before you could protest in any way, Rinne wrapped an arm around your shoulder and pulled you closer so your head was resting against his chest. You felt your cheeks heat up at the close proximity to the man as you felt his chest rumble beneath you as he laughed loudly like a hyena.

“Nyahaha, well what do you think Kohaku-cha- “

Rinne´s voice broke off when he suddenly fell off his chair and crashed onto the ground with a loud thud. Kohaku had apparently harshly kicked the chair he was sitting on, causing it to tumble. You too would have fallen had he not quickly grabbed your arm and pulled you back to him instead. You were glad there weren´t any other customers around otherwise the loud noise would have gotten quite a bit of attention. Niki also must have left by now or he would have immediately stormed out of the kitchen to check up on what had happened.

Rinne rubbed his head as he was sitting on the floor of the restaurant, groaning all the while, obviously in pain from the sudden and harsh fall.

“Aw heck, what was all that about, Kohaku-chan? Hit a nerve or something?”

Kohaku merely tightened the grip he had on your hand from preventing your fall, the same dark look still on his face as he watched Rinne in what could only be described as hatred and disgust.

“How dare you”, is what he replies through clenched teeth, his voice shaking with an unbridled amount of rage.

“You know, I should be the one saying that? You got up on the wrong foot today or something?”

Then, despite his obvious pain, a mischievous smirk crossed Rinne´s face as he regarded the way Kohaku had protectively pulled you against his chest and how he was holding onto you as if his life depended on it.

“Or did my little teasing hit a nerve or something? Aww, Kohaku-chan really does have an adorable little crush on our dearly beloved produ- “

He wasn´t able to even finish his sentence, it had all happened too fast. In what seemed like a mere second, Kohaku had let go of your hand, much to your confusion, only to pull something from his jacket pocket. It looked metallic and shined in the dimmed lights of the café.

Only when the floor turned red from Rinne´s spilled blood did you realize that the mysterious object was a knife, one of the ones that were given to customers when they ordered food here.

Even when you heard Rinne scream in pain, your brain couldn´t process what had just happened. There was red. Everywhere.

Rinne´s hair. Rinne´s clothes.

The floor. The knife.

Kohaku´s face. Kohaku´s clothes.

It was all seeped in a dark crimson color.

You felt your vision blur as your knees gave up under you, causing you to tumble to the ground. Your whole body was shaking in fear, it caught up to the situation way quicker than your mind did. You could only rely on instincts, it was all too much to bear right now.

You were sure this scene would haunt you for the rest of your life. The shocked and pained expression on Rinne´s face, the lifeless look in Kohaku´s eyes.

As you watched Kohaku stab the knife into Rinne´s chest a second time, as if to make sure that he was really dead, you finally got a hold of yourself and started slowly backing away from the person that you had once thought of as someone you could trust. How wrong you were.

But you couldn´t dwell on that for too long, you had to worry about your own safety now. Your friend had turned into a violent murderer in the blink of an eye and you had to get away as quickly as possible. You could properly mourn Rinne later, for now, you had to make sure that you wouldn´t be joining him.

But as luck would have it, as soon as you tried to make your way to the exit, Kohaku turned around to face you. You felt rooted to the spot with the way he gazed at you. There was still a burning rage inside his violet eyes but the storm broiling inside of him seemed to calm as you two made eye contact. His expression softened and there was what could only be described as a sick smile on his face, considering he had just killed someone.

But that fact didn´t seem to bother Kohaku the tiniest bit. It´s as if this wasn´t the first time he had done something as terrible as this, he paid no attention to the blood that soaked his shirt or the smell of death that lingered in the air.

No, instead he was solely focused on you. It sent shivers down your spine that he could act so calmly in a situation such as this. You honestly would have preferred it if he was screaming, crying, anything at all that would show that this had an impact on him!

But no, instead he only smiled.

He smiled and walked toward you.

You screamed, you turned around and ran, but it seemed the past would repeat itself, for he once again grabbed your wrist and pulled you towards his chest, as he wrapped his other arm around you, dropping the knife in the process.

But compared to earlier, you didn´t feel relieved that he had grabbed you. No longer was his presence a comforting one to you, instead all you could feel was horror as you heard the way his heart sped up when you were pressed against him so closely.

You shivered and cried, scared and afraid and uncertain about what would happen to you now.

“Shh, it´s all okay now, y/n-han. I did what needed to be done. He was always bothering ya, making more work for ya and such. There´s no reason to cry over someone like him. I did you a favor by getting rid of this pest. I did us a favor.”

Kohaku gently whispered the last part, only serving to frighten you further. You didn´t understand. Did he kill Rinne because of you? But why? Even with his explanation, you couldn´t understand. Couldn´t understand why he had thought extreme measures like this were necessary.

But you were exhausted. You didn´t want to think about this entire disaster for another second. Just for a moment, you wanted to forget. Forget this ever happened.

But you couldn´t when you felt Kohaku tighten his hold on you as if he was afraid that you might try to escape again. He didn´t want to let you go, he wouldn´t let you.

“I love ya, y/n-han. No one is going to bother ya anymore so long as I´m with ya. I won´t let anything happen to you.”

There was a brief pause there that made your breath hitch as you anxiously waited for Kohaku to continue.

“I´ll remove anyone that comes between us from now on. I won´t allow it any longer. I promise.”

Family rivalries in the Yandere! Self-aware Ensemble Stars AU

Oooh, you just know it's going to be mighty chaotic with so many characters fawning over you and for me at least, these kinds of love triangles are really juicy and neat to think about! Characters that either get along really well or not at all, both loving you and wanting you to themselves!

Rei and Ritsu have very different approaches when it comes to getting your attention.

Rei capitalizes on his charming vampire act to hopefully win over your favor, and he hopes that his maturity and willingness to help will shine through. It's hard not to fall for him when he sweet talks you all the time, right?

He cares a lot for his younger brother and can see just how much Ritsu adores you, so he would be willing to share you with him. They could work together and maybe Ritsu might even learn to forgive him for abandoning him in his time of need if he allowed him to hog some of your attention

Ritsu on the other hand doesn't try to hide his love for you in any way, he's very upfront and often outright demands your time and attention. You will often see lines from him that go something like “Hahh, I feel so tired. Why don´t you lie down with me? Let´s cuddle and forget about everyone else~”

He´s also very easily jealous and possessive and more than anything, he would not allow Rei to lay even a single finger on you. He still holds a lot of resentment for his older brother and so he won´t let him steal you away, the person that brings him more joy than anyone else. Over his dead body

Rinne and Hiiro have an interesting relationship, they both really care for each other but due to their different perspectives on their home village and their goals, especially at the beginning of the main story, their bond has grown a bit strained.

Rinne as with everything is loud and bold and though he can be lazy at times, he does not waste any time trying to win over the player. He´s very in-your-face and his loud voice and laugh are quite handy when he tries to shift your attention away from the other idol having the pleasure of being on your home screen right next to him. How could you ever look at someone else when he´s there to cause trouble? I think he would somehow find a way to mess with the other idols in the game, shifting things around so they won´t get any time with you. How does he do it? No one knows. And you´re probably too distracted by the fact that he just proposed to you out of the blue.

Since Rinne does feel fondly for Hiiro ( they´re actually pretty close), I think he might also try to help him out in a roundabout way? Like he may mention his little brother from time to time, talking about how he seems to have grown fond of you, and you wouldn´t really think it strange. You knew that some characters had lines where they talk about other characters they are close with, so this isn´t any different!

I actually haven´t considered Yandere! Hiiro too much but I can see that he would be very passionate when he talks to the player! I think he´s probably pretty confused with how this entire thing works though. He doesn´t know how to use a phone due to his upbringing, how are you going to explain to him that he´s actually only a character in a game and that there´s someone looking into his life and looking at him whenever they want? He´s pretty quick at learning new things but this is going to take some time. There´s one thing he´s sure about though, you are the person that has supported him from the shadows all this time and he really appreciates all of the efforts you put in for him!

I think similar to his brother, he wouldn´t try to hide his love for you but he´s more just straightforward compared to the aggressiveness of the older Amagi. I think after he realizes that Rinne only wanted him to live in freedom, independent from the village, and they reconcile, he may be willing to share you with Rinne in some fashion. Even after everything that happened, Hiiro looks up to his older brother and trusts him to think of a good plan to ensure you will favor them.

Ooh, the Aoi twins! I have to admit I don´t know too much about them but I will try! They´ve spent their entire lives together and know each other well so I would assume they would probably have the easiest time out of everyone to work together. Hinata is the more active and mischievous of the two, making sure to attract your attention when they think you may have looked at one of the other idols for too long. Yuta is more introverted than his brother and is usually the one that has to remind him to tone things down a bit when he thinks you might become a bit uncomfortable with how insistent the other is with having your attention on them. Not that he doesn´t want you to look at them obviously, he just doesn´t want to drive you off because they´re being too overwhelming for you!

I feel this need for attention stems from the way their father treated them :/

But that doesn´t mean that there won´t be bickering among them. They still want to be seen as their own person and wish that you would grow to love them for who they are and not just as a group. In their childhood, people haven´t been able to tell them apart at all so they hope that you will grow to love both of them as individuals that are different from each other and yet make a whole together. There will definitely be some jealousy if one of them feels like you´re preferring one of them over the other.

And yes, now let´s talk about Tsukasa and Kohaku, my boys who I love a lot!!

Tsukasa wants to act all mature and elegant when you have him on the screen, the picture-perfect image of a gentleman but he can´t help but slip into childish antics whenever he isn´t the only one on screen. Oh, dear player, you are the most wonderful and gracious being that has ever existed, you make his heart beat faster than ever before and he swears to serve you loyally until the end! Please, it is the least he can do when you´ve guided him all this time! Oh, how he wished he could be there with you! I mean have you seen how he sometimes simps for Anzu in the main story? And then he discovers that it´s actually you and combine that with him being yandere and completely separated from you by a screen? Yeah, he gets pretty desperate for your attention.

And then you pull the ultimate foul move. You put his cousin on the home screen with him and Tsukasa feels like ripping his hair out because why can he not have you for himself? Has he displeased you in some way so the privilege of being your only one was taken from him? Please make him understand so he can improve!

Meanwhile, Kohaku can only shake his head and chide Tsukasa for acting so childish in front of you. Well, I guess he doesn´t mind as it only improves his own chances with you. Why would he need to spend the effort to make Tsukasa look bad when he´s already doing all of the work for him? Kohaku is quite proud of how much more mature he looks in comparison and he´s banking on leaving a positive impression on you through that. Because while yes, he could just try and get rid of every last rival for your love and attention, that wouldn´t automatically mean that you´d love him then, so he needs to work hard and prove himself to you! ( Also side note but what would actually happen to the game if Kohaku were to kill one of the other idols? Would the game just crash? Would it be riddled with bugs, almost unplayable? Would all of your cards of that character disappear? So much to consider honestly)

But in all actuality, Kohaku isn´t any more mature than Tsukasa and they will bicker endlessly whether you are or aren´t watching them. When you´re directly looking at them, they´ll do it in less obvious but not really subtle ways. Tsukasa might say a line where he asks you if you would like to drink a cup of tea with him and eat some sweets. And then, without you even tapping on the screen, a new line appears, this time from Kohaku, telling you that the atmosphere at the Suou estate is very stuffy and uncomfortable and that you would have a way better time trying some traditional Japanese sweets with him!

Which then soon turns into a full-blown argument where they´re metaphorically playing tug-of-war with each other, constantly trying to shoot down the other´s attempts at flirting with you or asking you out on a date through the screen, while still trying to one-up each other and impress you. Both are more childish than they would ever admit.

It seems very unlikely that they would share you, they both kind of refuse to hand you over to the other

Welcome back!! Yeah, there has been a lot of new stuff about the self-aware AU indeed! I think the masterlist is up to like 37 posts now? Which is kind of crazy to think about when you remember that the inital ask that started all of this wasn´t even to long ago ksdbbd

But I´m really pleasantly surprised with how enthusiastic everyone is about this AU! I never thought it would catch on this quickly and now everyone is sharing these cool and interesting ideas! Double Face as partners in crime

Yessss unhinged Anzu my beloved! You might not be able to fix her but she appreciates you trying because it means you will spend more time with her <3

And omg yes double face! I love pretty much all of their songs, how do they keep doing it?? My favorite is probably Stippling, I don´t know why but it just gives me this really calm and comforting vibe, it´s become some sort of a comfort song for me honestly. I might be biased because Kohaku is one of my favorite characters anyway but he sounds so soft and lovely in that song 🥺

Once again having to out myself as a fake fan because I actually don´t know too much information about double face in particular? I´ve been wanting to read A dark night´s passing for so long now but I´ve just kept putting it off because I´m anticipating that it will probably be pretty angsty? I also really want to read the Valkyrie x Double Face tour event story but I don´t think that one has been fully translated yet so I don´t want to start reading and then be stuck on a cliffhanger :/

But from what I know about them so far, the partners in crime thing sounds very possible! I´ve already talked about Kohaku in his general yandere headcanons and his horrortober oneshot, but he literally would not hesitate killing someone for his darling. He may not like this type of dirty work too much when it was demanded of him due to being part of the branch family but when it´s “for the benefit” of the person he loves? Well, he sure is grateful of all the experiences he´s gathered so far, to say the least

Madara is also someone that would go very far for a loved one, all with a smile on his face that looks more unhinged the longer you look at it. He´s so fiercely protective and he´s just willing to do anything to protect his loved ones, even if it´s reprehensible. He´s already willing to do some messed-up stuff in canon but when he´s a yandere? Yeah he can be for real scary under that cheerful demeanor. Around you he would be very friendly and passionate so you would never even imagine that there are these dark thoughts hidden inside of him. I mean sure, he has his overprotective moments but that´s nothing too bad, right?

Since they´ve gotten closer due to their work as a unit now, they´re also bound to find out about each other´s willingness to do anything for you. I think for Madara it stems moreso from an intense urge to protect you from any possible threat, while Kohaku likes to pretend that´s also his motive even though his true reason probably has a bit more to do with jealousy than he would ever like to admit.

So for that reason, they would be happy to partner up with each other if there was a target that needed to be removed ( in their opinion at least). Though Madara is the older one of the two, I feel like it´s more likely that Kohaku is going to do the actual killing most of the time. He´s been trained to do it quietly and efficently so he´s the safer option if they don´t want to get caught. Madara may serve as a means to get their victim to go to a specific place where Kohaku can ambush them. I mean he seems very friendly and caring to most people so there´s nothing to be afraid of when he leads them into a pretty dark and secluded part in the middle of the night, right?

If he´s especially angry at something their target has done, then Madara might throw some insults their way or throw a few hard punches of his own, but he´s mostly involved with the cover-up and cheering you up if you happened to be close to the person they killed. Kohaku isn´t that good at comforting words so he just kind of sits beside you awkwardly as he pats your back.

Kohaku meanwhile obviously shines when it comes to eliminating the target. He doesn´t feel any kind of remorse while doing it, believing that they deserved their fate. And while he´s usually pretty quick about it, he may sometimes let his emotions get the better of him when he´s especially jealous of today´s victim because they happened to get too close to you for his tastes. Maybe he takes some more time with this person, not striking any vital organs on purpose to draw out their death so they´re able to feel the sort of anguish he goes through when he saw them talking to you so casually.

In the end he´s relieved knowing that he made your life a little easier by getting rid of this troublesome person.

So in a nutshell : There´s a lot of potential here! ^^

So recently in the EN server I spent all the daiyas i saved since release for honey bee kohaku... But i didn't get him, sadly :( instead though, i kept getting rinne's four star and niki's and himeru's three stars from the same gacha, and I got three five stars!! .... none of them were kohaku's. I got keito's, hinata's and hokuto's, and eventually a second copy of kohaku's initial four star after getting one too many other four and five stars that weren't him 😭 in total i ended up with 160 coins, not enough to buy his card :(((

So I can't help but think about the self aware enstars au, and how it feels like everyone just came to an agreement of not letting kohaku come home with his cute bee costume :(( all orchestrated by rinne because mf kept coming home without being asked to, and I feel like kohaku was just so frustrated he just jumped in as his initial to at least try to compensate for the trouble :")

I think I'm kind of funny for answering this ask right after the one discussing if Kohaku was able to kill the other characters in the game😭 He definitely wants to more than ever now djdjdj

You and me both, anon! I have honey bee Kohaku on my jp account and I'm super grateful for that! But then I tried pulling for him again on the en server now because I need to have my boy on both accounts! But I didn't have enough dias and he didn't come home. Instead I somehow managed to get Tsukasa twice. Can't believe he'd betray his cousin like that and slip through the gacha when the other wasn't looking for a second😭

Yes, it looks like they all conspired against you and Kohaku, trying to prevent him from coming home to you by keeping him busy in some other way. I think if I remember correctly the scout story of this card was that Rinne and Kohaku had a bet or something on who could find a job for crazy b the fastest and Kohaku tried so hard to find something and Rinne I think played lazy to push him to experience that for himself? Something like that

But what if instead of Rinne actually wanting to help Kohaku with putting on his lazy act, this time he makes Kohaku do all the work in hopes that he won't be around for when the scouting event happens? Like he's so busy running around trying to find a job for crazy b because his unit leader isn't doing anything while in actuality it's all just a ruse to keep him busy!

And Rinne of course has more than enough time to come home several times while the other is away <3

Of course, after some time Kohaku realizes what is actually going on so since the event is almost done and getting to you with a 5-star card is so difficult due to the low gacha drop rates, he decides to just appear as a 4-star!

He knows it's disappointing because it's not what you were looking for but at least it's better than not getting any card of him at all, right? He'll try his hardest to come home to you soon!!

OUI this is m first time submitting an ask just peeking outta nowhere but i just rlly wanna say my thoughts on a what if kohaku kills another idol from that one fic you inquired this in heheh

i like to think that you cant rlly kill the idols as long as theyre the ones making their debuts in game. like theres just this something stopping them from doing it yk?? a programmed game is a programmed game nonetheless, so even if they can gain free will at times, killing is still off limits.

BUT AT THE SAME TIME im also thinking abt smt like what if you dont have any cards of them (any chara) except for their free 1-3 stars?? and said character is not your favorite either, so even if its still gonna be very difficult bcs of the program— that kind of thing can make more openings for other characters to kill them, maybe??

its kind of like putting on and removing plot armor to the characters, self aware aus are so fun to explore gheheheheh

For anyone confused, this ask is referencing Kohaku's part in this ask where for a second I was wondering if it was possible for him to kill another character to have less rivals for your attention. Could Kohaku "kill" one of the other idols in the self-aware AU?

Honestly what you say makes sense, it wouldn't be reasonable for Kohaku to be able to just delete a character from a game just like that. I feel like the entire game would just break if he tried to do that to one of the idols. The game works with the assumption that they're there so there would be many glitches if Kohaku ever attempted to do this.

It's probably impossible for him to kill them after all. They were put in there by the developers and they're needed for future event stories and gacha, they can't just disappear like that without anyone noticing! It's a huge bummer for Kohaku honestly, things would have been way easier for him if he could just have gotten rid of all the other idols that are unworthy of your attention

Now, hmmm so if the player doesn't have any of their cards, huh? Well, it's not like the game can just take away the cards you already have but maybe severely harming the characters ( because he can't kill them🙄) might prevent them from showing up in future scout events. I mean, how are they supposed to dress up and show up to a photo shoot for their 5-star cards when they're lying in a hospital bed?

They'll just have to wait a little bit longer until it's their turn again~
