A guy that I don’t know and has his profile private (so couldn’t really see what he looks like) has been stalking my page for about two months just viewing all my stories I’d post not liking or anything and then today he followed me I requested to follow him back just to see his profile more and I see he has highlights but no posts and has some followers so I know he’s real...anyway, he then an hour later liked 2 of my stories from my highlights. Does he want me to message him? Should I? Idk what to think lol
Hey Bestie 💕
I must confess, recently we've received numerous messages regarding men who come to a lot of you ladies with the absolute bare minimum, and this greatly annoys me due to their ... audacity! because no.
He could be shy and testing the waters but there’s two important things to consider.
1) you don’t know him at all but he’s stalking you 🚩
2) then after stalking your page he decided to finally follow you but doesn’t introduce himself or shoot his shot directly and respectfully 🚩
No.
Besties what do you think? Let me know in the comments
I really want more for all of you 😭

Tumblr media
Rethink everything you knew about shorts. This spring, we’re elevating this staple with sleek blazers and sharp button-ups for that ultimate power move. It’s about creating a look that’s as ready for a café hangout as it is for that Zoom call. Aim for high-waist picks and get playful with textures and prints to really stand out.
Long Pleated Skirts: A Must Have !
Tumblr media
The long pleated skirt is having its moment and it's not hard to see why. These beauties add a level of sophistication and fun to any look, swaying with you with every step. Dress them up with a fitted top for that silhouette-snatching effect or go casual with a simple tucked-in tee. Pleated skirts are all about versatility and statement-making this season
Maxi Dresses: The Ultimate Classy Flex
Tumblr media
Maxi dresses are here to claim their throne as the go-to for that flawless transition from day to night. We're talking flowy fabrics that feel like a second skin, patterns that demand attention, and cuts that flatter every body type. Whether you're channeling beach goddess vibes or city chic, a maxi dress is your secret weapon.
Accessorize to Maximize
Tumblr media
The right accessories can take your outfit from 0 to 100 real quick. This spring, it's all about making statements with bold jewelry, killer shades, and bags that pack a punch. Think of accessories as the exclamation point to your outfit – they're there to make your look pop and show off your unique style. So, layer up those necklaces, stack those bracelets, grab your cutest silk scarf and let your personality speak through your fashion style this season!

had this problem of fantasizing of guys after i meet or spend time with them. to end this i just started not paying that much attention, being kinda dry and purposely not thinking about them when they are not near me. (Never purposely been mean ew) This results in me literally ignoring guys who just wanna have short convos with me in my friend group esp in school. I just want to strike a balance of not fantasizing but still talk to guys without being rude
💞Hey bestie,
I think it takes a level of maturity and self-awareness. A lot of women think about their "dream guy" from a very young age. We underestimate all of the romanticized scenarios we consume from a young age (Disney, TV series, movies like "The Notebook," "Twilight," or the classic "popular boy falls for the shy quiet girl" movies).
I would try to simply accept things for what they are and not what you want them to be. It's difficult, but please hear me out:
- it helps when you get the game, it’s easy to talk about it & it takes time and hard work to fake being about it but guys will do this for as long as they can babe. Waiting it out and accepting it for what it is will help.
If a guy compliments you, receive it and leave it there. If the conversation gets deeper, actively listen and ask important questions, this will help you establish a connection without getting carried away.
- it helps to have trustworthy friends/family member/counselor who can give you their perception of the situation, key word trustworthy! If you have someone who gives you the real on what they see, be prepared to take it in and not be so consumed by your feelings. (It’s a maturity thing, takes time) and if you don’t have a trustworthy companion, journal it out. Write out all your feelings and then reflect. Is it based off realistic expectations and actions or fantasies and feelings?
- don’t completely close out the idea of it becoming something, this is where self awareness comes in, you can allow yourself to feel what you feel, but you know what you want, what you need and what you won’t tolerate for the sake of what you want it to be. Boundaries are important and when we fantasize that’s one of the first things we abandon!
And finally, TAKE YOUR TIME! Focus on building a friendship first! This will keep it authentic and not so nerve wracking. By building a solid foundation of friendship, you can better gauge if the connection has the potential to grow into something more meaningful.
Don’t rush into things: This is key, I know sometimes the rush of new feelings can be overwhelming and sometimes even feel like a dopamine rush but this is where you have to remind yourself: it takes time. Feelings come and go, you need to know for sure this is something you want take serious and if this person will take you serious.
I hope this helps!
Best of luck,
The Black Feminine Society 💋

Why would a guy I’m talking to saying he wants to get to know me and a relationship be (it seems to be) only complimenting me swiping up on my stories then be dry otherwise and not be opening up?
Hey bestie 💕
Thank you for trusting us enough to share your situation with us! We love you and are happy to give some perspective on this.
#1 Actions speak louder than words
I feel like as woman we forget this truth, a man who wants to get to know you will put in the effort, period. Just swiping up is not enough; what we truly require is consistency and true attempts to get to know the person past the pretty face.
You deserve more effort 💖
I don't know if you met up with him yet, but I would see if the vibe changes before you let him in your presence. Talk on the phone a few times instead of just texting and interacting on social media. This will avoid any potential discomfort or unpleasant situations that may arise from not being aware of his true intentions. It's always important to trust your instincts and pay attention to the energy someone gives off. Sometimes, people can put up a facade or hide their true nature, so it's crucial to be cautious before inviting them into your personal space.
#2 As a woman, your intuition is a valuable asset! Trust it.
Another thing we do as woman is ignore the red flags & our gut feelings because we get caught up in what we want and what it could turn out to be.
Your gut feeling is often a reliable indicator, so trust yourself. If something doesn't feel right, it's always better to err on the side of caution. This doesn't mean you have to completely shut him out immediately, but it's important to prioritize your peace, guard your heart and well-being.
#3 Learn how to reciprocate energy!
Again, this doesn’t mean you have to completely shut him out but in the early stages of meeting anyone: friends or potential partners, you are teaching them how to treat you! Don’t bend your boundaries or make yourself more accessible to him than he is to you. Keep leveling up, in the meantime, do what you love and try not to romanticize this situation too early!
Hope this helps, please comeback if you need to vent, get more advice or even just an update! We got you!

REMINDER FOR THE GIRLS 👑
Hey 🫵🏾 ,
This is your sign.
Remember who you are and stand on what you believe in. They mishandled you, which is a huge loss. It's difficult to come across genuinely good people, so don't allow them to affect you negatively. Instead, focus on healing, stepping into your personal growth, and finding happiness in the fact that they are no longer in your life... If you come to realize this, I assure you, the time will come when you realize it was a good thing. 👑

🔥HOT TOPIC: The Girls Are Talking, Should We Bring Back GATEKEEPING 🔒🤔
Tumblr media Tumblr media
Hey queens, gather 'round 'cause we're diving deep into something that's been buzzing on TikTok lately and we are interested in hearing each and everyone of your thoughts and opinions.
Welcome to our cozy corner of the web, where black feminine society is all about vibing in our divine feminine energy and linking arms with sisters who get it. We're here to uplift each other and our communities, 'cause, let's be real, we're stronger together. 🌱✨🤎
Now, onto the tea that's got everyone typing away: The Girls Are Talking, Should We Bring Back GATEKEEPING?
It's the convo that's lighting up our group chat (join us on discord) and, honestly, it's a vibe worth examining.
Some of our sisters are saying, "Hold up, gatekeeping ain't all bad." They're all about keeping certain things on the DL to maintain that exclusivity and authenticity. And, okay, there's a point there. Like, imagine your signature scent being your little secret sauce. It's special 'cause not everyone's in on it. Here's why some think a lil' gatekeeping can be a good thing:
Preserves uniqueness:
When something is kept under wraps, it stays rare and unique. It's like having an insider secret that only the cool kids (aka us) know about.
Builds a stronger community:
Sharing secrets within a tight-knit group can actually bring us closer. It's like, "You know, I know, and we're in this together."
Encourages self-discovery:
When you're not spoon-fed everything, you gotta dig deeper and find what truly resonates with you. It's all about that personal journey, babes.
But then, there's the flip side. Not everyone's on board with the gatekeeping vibe. They're saying, "It’s not that deep!"
Here's why they're anti-gatekeeping:
Inclusivity is key:
Sharing is caring, right? By ditching the gatekeeping, we're welcoming everyone into our circle and spreading the love.
Promotes diversity
When we share, we learn from each other. Different perspectives and experiences only enrich our community.
Fosters growth
Knowledge is power. The more we share, the more we grow. Why keep all the good stuff to ourselves?
So, besties, where do you stand in this garden of thoughts? Are you team #Gatekeep or team #AntiGatekeep? 🤔💖
Drop your vibe in the poll below and let's see which way the wind's blowing. Your voice matters, so don't be shy. Let's make this a convo to remember, 'cause together, no matter how big or small the topic, we're rewriting the script for our generation!
