-When we first officially see the turtles fight in the 2014 film in the subway, if you listen closely you can hear Leo cheering and laughing just like Mikey as he beats up the bad guys

-Donnie has a tattoo, but because of all his tech in the first film it's stated to be hidden. SO WHERE IS IT THE SECOND MOVIE WHEN HE CONDENSED HIS TECH?!

-Donnie licks all the icing off of pop tarts and puts them back in the box. He also drinks Asian milks and teas

-Donnies bed is literally a round cut out in the wall which includes a PS4 and/or Xbox

-Raph and Mikey share a bunk bed

-Mikey has a drum set that we saw him sitting at when Kraang attacked NY. But we never hear him play a song

-When April tries to claim that the turtles are mutant ninjas to her boss, she refrains from showing the video of a baby turtle headbutting the glass and breaking it. Like. Dafuq? She refrained from providing clear cut evidence.

-Mikey, Raph, and Leo have multiple tattoos on their arms and graffiti on their shells (some were shown in promotional pics but never made it into the movie)

-Donnie literally wears solar pannels in the first film

-each brother has kanji printed on the tails of their bandanas

-The fact that all 4 brothers have their funny moments and are silly and not just Mikey

-Leo laughs when his brothers tease Vern and Casey

-Raph joins Mikey and the two team up to tease Casey

- When Mikey introduces the group to Casey in the alley, Donnie willingly strikes a pose like an adorkable model, Leo smiles and crosses his arms all tough and mighty and then immediately frowns when Mikey says he's "silent but deadly" cc

-"GET AWAY FROM HER" is said from teddy bear protective brother Raph

-in the 2014 film during the snow chase, Leo gets electrocuted (or something happens) and he literally is unconscious for some time. In this scene, Donnie and Mikey take turns slapping him across the face

-"HEY RAPH, I'M DRIVING" from Mikey as he shoves his fist through the roof of an enemy car, grabs ahold of the wheel, and crashes the car

-We actually see a truly angry Donnie and Mikey on the plane ride back to NY, like literally fuming which is rare

-When the boys first encounter Bebop and Rocksteady, Leo gets punched in the face so hars it throws him onto his back, Raph gets picked up and slammed onto his back as well

-5 seconds later Leo is spinning and kickin BB like a true ninja pro

-"WATCH IT, CAREFUL" from Donnie as he treats the "portal thingy ma-bob" as his baby

-When the boys fight the foot in their lair, Mikey casually talks while simultaneously swining his nunchucks and blocking tranq darts from hitting him like it's no big deal

-The boys literally run into the foot when Donnie said it was the elevator

-Donnie jumps out of planes like it's natural

-When Leo goes over the snow cliff, he is only holding onto the cable and April. If Vern let go of Leo then he would be gone forever down the edge of the cliff

-Shredder is still with Kraang and we have no idea what's happening to him

Things from TMNT Bayverse That NO ONE Talks About and Should Talk About

- Raph CANNONICALLY lets April call him “Raphie” as a pet name. He also calls April’s wasabi peas “O’Niel’s Rabbit Food”.

- Master Splinter is a Lionel Richie fan. Also the song Mikey sings to April at the end of the first movie is called “Happy Together” by a band called The Turtles.

- Donnie cannonically has a crush on April. April cannonically doesn’t notice Donnie’s said crush on her.

- It’s been 5 years and Mikey still probably doesn’t understand the end of Lost.

- Raph is a Vin Disel fan (aren’t we all) and is afraid of heights. Poor boy belongs on the ground.

- Mikey has a LITERAL hoverboard. Like LITERALLY. WHEN DID THIS HAPPEN I NEED TO KNOW.

- Tiny Leo used to cut pizza with his katanas.

- Raph is pretty good at sculpting. He’s also really good at knitting. He’s an arts and crafts nerd no one can confide me otherwise.

- In a deleted scene, Casey asked April to kiss him. Sure it was to somehow “distract” Vincent so that she wouldn’t notice him??? How does that work?

- Michael Bay literally almost made the turtles aliens and the fandom almost threw hands with his bitch ass. (I hate him, but I love him too)

- Bebop and Rocksteady’s first reaction upon becoming mutants was to check their manhood’s size. Literally.

- Correct me if I’m wrong, but we still don’t know if Sax is dead or not.

- There is a banned pickle commercial in Germany (I think maybe) about Raph’s dick that no one really talks about for some reason.

- How did Raph and Leo get their scars on their face? (Raph has a scar on his eye and Leo has a scar on his cheek)

- Vern LITERALLY sold BAGS OF HIS AIR LIKE WTF VERN YOU LITTLE BITCH.

- Donnie still snorts when he laughs, we forgot about this and the fact we forgot makes me really sad.

- Casey literally beat up the Allstate insurance disaster guy in a bar.

- There a Bumblebee reference in the second movie.

- Donnie wears a retainer and drinks Asian soda.

- April had a roommate, who probably moved out because everyone thought she was batshit crazy.

- Megan Fox (who I’m TOTALLY GAY FOR) was nominated for “Worst Supporting Actress” for her role in both movies (I HATE THAT I STAN ONE QUEEN AND ITS MEGAN FOX MEGAN MARRY ME PLEASE).

- Raph has only seen Batman once.

- The only two turtles we’ve seen without a mask are Mikey and Leo. (We saw Leo in a flash back and Mikey on the rooftop).

- There’s a hip hop Christmas album that I NEED TO HEAR.

- The turtles call Splinter “Dad”.

- Karai has GREAT cheek bones.

- Lil’ Mikey has seen a murder take place through the sewers.

- Most of the NYPD now knows about the turtles.

- There’s several reference to the movie in the 2012 series. Mikey mentions that he met Megan Fox on a rooftop. Mikey also tries to recreate the elevator scene, only to be punched by Raph.

Things from TMNT 2007 That NO ONE Talks about and SHOULD Talk About

- The 2007 movie is a continuation on the 1990 film series. It came out almost 11 years after the last 90’s movie and they made it CGI. Also, the turts are all in their late 20’s early 30’s. Also, there was a point in my life that I had every line to this movie memorized.

- Casey Motherfucking Jones is played by CHRIS MOTHERFUCKING EVANS. YEAH THAT’S RIGHT, AMERICA’S ASS PLAYED HOCKEY BOY. I AM NOT LYING.

- April is literally living her best life. She has a mans, she owns her own company (who knows what happened to the news reporter thing or the antique shop tho), she’s a NINJA. Girl has her life together and I’m kinda jealous.

- Someone called Donnie’s tech support line thinking it was a phone sex line.

- Casey Dumb as a Brick Jones was the only one to figure out that Raph was The Nightwatcher.

- There is a deleted scene in which CASEY PROPOSES TO APRIL IM HERE FOR IT I STANNNNNN.

- Karai is kinda hot tho. And like what’s up with her and the turtles?? Friendship I presume??

- The soundtrack is a BANGER. PLEASE PLAY THE TMNT 2007 SOUNDTRACK AT MY FUNERAL. FALL BACK INTO MY LIFE, BLACK BETTY, ROSES, THERE’S A CLASS FOR THIS, AND RIP IT UP ARE LITERALLY BOPS PLEASE I BEG OF YOU.

- Leo was able to sneak onto a plane to get back to America?? Like yeah it’s 2007, but someone would notice??

- Splinter watches the Gilmore Girls and likes Soaps.

- Casey and April literally argued while being chased by the monster. Karai was disgusted.

- Karai hinted that Shredder was coming back (where’s my sequel?).

- It’s been like over 10 years and Casey is still afraid of commitment.

- Casey HATES dubbed anime. He’s also played by Josh Peck from Drak and Josh.

- April was failing trigonometry at one point, but at the time she was still tutoring Casey.

- April has an aunt that we’ve never met. Casey has a dad and a sister. Karai and Shinigami had been friends since childhood and Karai never mentioned her.

- Alopex and Tigerclaw probably killed their parents and joined the circus.

- Raph has a drum set in his room. He also sleeps with a teddy bear.

- Karai’s makeup has never smuged and it took us 5 seasons to see April with her hair down.

- Raph grew a beard, so the turtles can grow hair?? Maybe idk??

- The guy who played Donnie played Raph in the 1987 series. Mikey’s VA plays a character in ROTTMNT. Leo has had 3 voice actors.

- Mikey wears a pair of underwear because he can.

- Irma was LITERALLY A ROBOT and they kinda just forgot she existed.

- What happened to Timothy?? Like is he still in Donnie’s lab??

- Master Splinter has cheese popsicles in the freezer the entire time.

-THE FREAKING HILARIOUS FACIAL EXPRESSIONS UNLIKE ANY OTHER SERIES!

-New heroes and bad guys we've never seen before. Like Todd, Buddy, and Bullhop <3 hilarious beings

-The freaking randomness of some episodes, like the lair games and what Leo and Donnie do at the end with a slippery Splinter in order to win

-the fact that Splinter goes along with their silliness

-Donnie wanting to literally blow things up and pouting when his brothers tell him no

-the adorable black (or red for Raph) spandex they all wear!

-this is the first series that I know of where grandchildren are ever mentioned

-the spastic Foot girl is the greatest and funniest Foot Clan villian I've ever seen and I laugh at every one of her outbursts

-the all mighty Foot Clan disguise themselves as a shoe store

Things About ROTTMNT NO ONE Talks About and SHOULD Talk About

- First black April since the 80’s, ayyyyyyyyy. (Where is Casey tho. Where is Casey tho Nick?).

- The sometimes call Leo “Leon” and Mikey “Michael” and sometimes Donnie is called “Donald”.

- Donnie draws on his eyebrows.

- Donnie hates seeded fruits.

- Leo’s face markings are the only real markings in the series, everyone else paints theirs on.

I love this so much. Lioe this honestly makes me wish that Nick was simultaneously continuing the movie series as a cartoon along with Rise. Love this!!!!

Needed a break from commission work and drew my favourite boys in the new style. They’re  so much fun to draw,I love them dearly ♡♡♡ (Even made the Bayverse logo into the Rise style!~)

EDIT: I just want to make it clear that these are NOT a redesign of the Rottmnt designs. I LOVE the style of the show and the boys designs in it. These are just MY version of what the Bayverse turtles look like in Rottmnt. It is not a dis on Rise, it is not me hating on them or redesigning them. I just love the style and wanted to draw MY favourite turtles in the style. Thank you.  (I’ve seen in tags and reblogs people have been saying the original designs aren’t that bad and don’t need redesigning. This isn’t what it is.It’s just done for fun.)

Dang, I feel like I'm the only person who would make Mikey my hubby in a heartbeat!

I mean, being brutally honest I would date all of them, but I've always loved his sense of humor the most. Plus, I feel liek there's a lot more to Mikey then others allow to be seen. Certain versions like 2012 Mikey I would need to get to know for awhile first since i think that was his most childish version, but every other Mikey I would definitely get along well with and would gladly date/marry them 💛

One of the many reasons I love this new series so much is the animation style alone. Things from the characters movements to their facial and body expressions is just damn hilarious. And the voices going along with these movements just makes everything even better. Loving every bit of this twisted series xD

Liike damn Donnie!

However, I feel like he would have these spread across both arms. I feel like he wouldn't have a sleeve like Raph, but would have them spread out more so like Loe and Mikey. Plus it would be cool to see them behind his gear. Makes the viewer want to take the gear off to take a better look at his arms ;)

But i love this!!! Especially since the 2014/16 creators said he had tattoos that were hidden from his tech, but then when they freed uisbarms up the tattoos were never seen -_- so this piece is a gem <3
