One scorching hot Thursday in June I went to work at 5am that morning as I completed every cleaning task in each room i finally made it to my final hotel room. as I used the key to unlock the door to start cleaning I discovered the room was in shambles, the room was full of empty alcohol bottles, there were clothes everywhere, i started the cleaning in the bathroom because i know it would be the easiest task to do, but when i opened the door to the bathroom I discovered a white thick substance on the bathroom sink, I slowly examined and touched the substance as soon as i touched the substance it tingled my hands I knew then that this substance was some type of drug and i wanted to try it! I slowly put this white substance in my right nostril and collapsed instantly, two hrs later I woke up in a hospital surrounded by law enforcements and my family. Then i finally realize that I did not want to die transitioned into a rehab facility as soon as I checked out the hospital and it changed me for the better that was when I realized i can be a drug abuse advocate in order to stop drug.

2am, It was dark and rainy out but I was roaming the streets, alleys searching for street drugs as I walked down maple street I spotted a local drug dealer wearing all black disguised , but i recognized him because he is usually always on this same street at the same time every night. As I approached him he already knew what i wanted to purchase he could tell by the way my hands tremble that I really was feening, I was not leaving his eyesight until he gave me the oxycotin. I would meet him on this exact street every night. Each week I would get paid for working at a local hotel and i would spend my whole paycheck on this drug leaving me with no money, food.

At the age of 23 I felt darkness and rage , fear overcame me as I (zuri) stood over a 100 count oxycontin pill bottle as Im staring at the pill bottle I can hear eager voices and laughter in my head whispering to take at least take half of the bottle of pills. Drugs help me overcome any fear and anxiety these drugs act as a stimulate to help me concentration and take away the depression that i feel from not graduating high school, dropping out I do not feel like a failure when I take drugs and that is a feeling I want to keep forever to feel no pain , no anger , no regrets just freedom .

Has anyone ever tried dieting and music relaxation to suppress depression ? I found that music was a stimulant to me in times I was depressed and felt like giving up .

I also found that peanuts/ nuts help me with depression as well whenever I wanted to relax and unwind I would buy packages of Brazil nuts.
