Founded on March 20th, 2004, Misty Hallow started as a small community in the province of Ontario. Over the twenty years, it rapidly expanded as more and more supernatural sought refuge in this crazy new world. Now, it boasts a population of 1.5 MILLION people. The city has a lot of rain all year around – thus the moniker Misty Hallow was born.

SONDERS
Our story takes place in two different periods: Chicago 1936, in the height of the Great Depression, which is our NOW; and Paris 1896, during the great Belle Epoque, which is our THEN. Characters can reside within either period but those who are known as SONDERS exist in both, maintaining two separate, and sometimes very different lives (or identities!) as they are transported without warning from one period to the other. Come join us for Season 2, set in Paris of 1896. (Note: site plot is optional! If you're curious bout what's been going on, here's a season 1 summary.)

Having opened in early Feb 2024, we are excited to be nearing our third month of play! We are a dark fantasy ACOTAR AU roleplay loosely based on the book series 'A Court of Thorns and Roses' by Sarah J Maas.
Currently our major plot vibes with the first book where an evil Queen has taken over and is generally causing chaos and strife through all the courts and for the High Lords. The theme generally follows a fantasy tone when it comes to buildings and clothing with modern ish touches like indoor plumbing, heating and lighting that runs on magic. We encourage creativity for our members to make up quests, fight beasts and RP out some exciting adventures.
