you may have seen the post today, and i'm happy to say that i am slowly but surely trying to get this blog back up and running! since 2019, there has been new packs, new cc and new friends!

i will be reaching out to old members, and maybe looking for new ones in the future. and i hope to bring back this blog from retirement.

Hello!

We have created this brand new blog to share our favorite CC with the community, in the form of Top 5/10 posts, lookbooks and Build/Buy Item Catalogue posts. Some of you may (or may not) remember a certain blog called @s4ccfaves, where we used to do this as a bigger collective of members. The blog has gone inactive over time and we've missed it so much that we decided to bring this idea of creating our own blog to life. hello, everyone! first off, i want to thank everyone who has been apart of the blog, followed the blog and also interacted with and sent us asks for the last 2 years. TWO YEARS! crazy right? your support and the members support through all of this has been so nice and appreciated and much needed. which is why we are here for a fresh start. --the blog has been around for 2 years, so we want to bring a little life back into it!

which brings me to my second point. for the time being lookbook prompts will be closed. not because we don’t want to do them, but because we want to get back to the basics of this blog. and the basics being showcasing the cc we already have in our game and giving you a look into cc creators and what they do. while prompts and lookbooks can be fun, they can also take the fun away from posting because we have to hunt for something that is not readily available to us and when we can’t find something it can be super discouraging. don’t worry! they will be back, but back in moderation soon.

my third point, is that as the blog grows people leave the member team and we haven’t had people join in quite sometime, so be on the look out for a survey to complete to join the member team! --we’d love a few new faces and i know that fresh eyes can be a good thing!

so how is the blog going to work? for now, we are doing cc fave posts only. for example, someone can share their favourite hairs and then someone else can share their favourite pants or skirts or tops. there will be one member per post and a post can contain between 5-15 items. we will try to not repeat items, but if it happens; it happens. we have some ideas floating around as to what we can also do during the month, so themes or something may come into play soon.

now that i’ve babbled on long enough, i hope you continue to support us and the s4cc faves family. and thank you for allowing us to keep this up for two whole years. hoping for more years to come as well. if you have any questions, feel free to ask the blog and we can answer your questions on anon or not. please also bare with us through the changes we are making. i know change is scary --but we’re trying to make things go as smooth as possible.

* EDIT: feel free to send us asks with fave ideas you have or fave questions like “what are your fave clothes” or “what is your fave cc by so and so” and one of us will answer it. i cannot guarantee the person you’d want will answer, but maybe they’ll make their own post for your question. the questions will be added into our discord channel for fave suggestions.
