Haven’t posted in months but Rise ended and I’ve been going through the seven stages of grief haha so to cope, I drew these:

I don’t have the energy to clean them up but I really REALLY want to see a Rise version of “Adventures in Turtle-Sitting” from the 1987 series. I feel like it would have been a fanstastic episode for Mikey to grow in his independence (like “Hot Soup: The Game”) and the others to realize he can and will step up if he needs to.

Anyway, catch me crying in the corner asking @netflix to pick up the series.

Redrew the bard mikey design i made a while ago! this was a wip for several months until i got the sudden motivation to do all of the shading today

I was very disappointed with my art style, so I decided to study rendering, and yes, it is complicated at first, I was very confused on how to apply the intensity of the shadows and lighting in the drawing, but here are the results:
