I’ve decided to move blogs!

I’m currently setting up the new one, and will post it here as soon as it’s done. When that happens, this one will become an archive. As the semester will only end next week, activity will likely be slow regardless, at least until classes are over. Hey everyone, I hope you all have been well

I haven't been here in a while really, both because the end of the semester is being rough and a couple other rl things but mostly because I don't feel comfortable writing here right now. I don't know exactly why but being here was making me anxious and ended up killing my muse for a while. I wanted to be here and write but every time I tried to, it made me anxious.

Anyway, now I'm also feeling insecure about being here and my portrayal and writing. To anyone waiting replies, I'm sorry.

This is me just saying I haven't abandoned this blog, but that I'm not sure when I'll be properly back either. Maybe during the holidays, but I'm not making any promises since I'm not sure I'll keep it. I miss writing here and I miss all of my writing partners.

Just didn't want to disappear without a word ^^

can you rant about the lack of older female character in sansa's arc? cersei is one but they don't interact as much as they should considering sansa's status as hostage and joffrey's betrothed. does myranda count? she's older, yeah, but she's young.

Honestly GRRM has a big problem with female friendships and relationships. He has no scenes with Catelyn and her daughters for instance although she clearly adores both of them and thinks of them a great deal and vice versa. Plus, Sansa’s female friendships straight up don’t last because everybody uses her and not that it’s not realistic but it’s just sad. I wish there was more focus on the relationships between women that weren’t rooted in like jealousy or manipulation because personally speaking anyway, some of my most important relationships are with women both older and younger than me, whether I’m in the position of a quasi mentor or just a friend. Like Sansa is greatly affected by women because she’s a very femme character in every which way possible, like nothing really to do with the fact she wears dresses and I wish that was more a factor in her storyline.

         Return was not nearly as joyous as she had once expected, instead filled with UNCERTAINTY and insecurities she hid best she could --- whispers did not escape her, but Myrcella was a PRINCESS and marred face didn’t change it in the least.

        There was little desire to meet Tommen’s wife ( such a weird thought, that her younger brother was already WED ), little want to meet anyone known or new; situation wasn’t most favorable to it either, since Lady Margaery was to be judged ( as was own mother ). Yet the LITTLE QUEEN, as some had taken to call her, had been conditionally free as of Myrcella’s arrival, and after days of avoidance, they were to officially know each other better, having only been introduced. 

        Truth be told, with Margaery Tyrell’s current condition, ‘twas hardly imperative that Myrcella tried to befriend her --- even so, she mattered lots to Tommen, who saw in Queen Margaery a FRIEND. And so effort was made to at least try and be friendly, which was why they were now in the gardens, why the princess tried to be most polite and welcoming towards her. 

        “ ------ My brother has spoken well of you, queen Margaery. ” More than well, though she wouldn’t say that much. Golden curls mostly loose, as to hide her scars, though they only half did, Myrcella placed some behind the ear she had left. “ Naturally, I was most GLAD to finally meet you as well.”
