I wanted to share what it looked like finished. I did indeed thwack it after watching videos about it. It's mostly alright, not a whole lot of yardage, but it's ok for a second go.

I've been spinning recently. This is my second spin. I had a bunch of tension issues in the plying stage, but I think it eventually came out alright.
