yes, she does canonically have a chest/ "heart" star mark, I just forgot to add it in her OG design. she was designed a while before the other leaders so the star marks weren't really on my mind at the time :P

some bonus Crestedstar lore since a lot of ppl have asked about her collar's star shaped tag-

Her collar is part of why she was chosen to be the next leader of Singingclan! She had been taken by twolegs and had been given the collar by them, but she escaped and returned to the clan. When she returned it was at a time when the old deputy was ready to retire, and the star on her collar was seen as a sign from Starclan that it was time for her to be the new deputy!

i have accidentally done it (oops) and I have also done it bec some of my faves died LOL

idk if i have (purposefully) rerolled on Whisperingclan tho, I have defo accidentally lost some moons though. but don't ask me what happened in them... i don't remember

the closest I got to rerolling was Weedpatch's death lmaoo

She has a chest star, I've drawn it in the comic but for some reason I forgot to add it on her ref.

i looove the lil star detail on all the leaders- is there a specific reason for why some have it on their chest and others on their forehead? or is just purely aesthetic-based? :3c

I was waiting for someone to ask this! There is a reason! I have lore~

When a leader is given their 9 lives they are asked "which is most important? Heart or Mind?" If they choose "heart" they will have their mark on their chest, if they choose "mind" they will have it on their forehead. This is ment to symbolize what a leader values most and show what kind of a leader they are!

fun fact! even though Scorchstar is known for his wisdom he still stands by his choice of heart he made all those years ago

yes! in fact here's everyone's sprites! they are all so pretty I lov them <3 (Hollowstar is my fave tho)

fun fact! i fudged some of their ages in the code so that they would all be in different age groups (Scorchstar is the only one i kept I think, his ancient status is perfect)
