"he would not fucking say that" but about injuries. he would not fucking recover that quickly. those scars would not fucking heal like that. he would not be fucking able bodied after that. he would not be fully lucid after that.

And if there are any other conditions/qualifications (like, you would only read such a fic if it were an author you are already familiar with, or if it was specifically recommended to you), please leave those in the tags! I'm curious to see what people say!

in one way, governments regulating pornography is worse than the drug war because at least in the case of the drug war people can agree on what cocaine even is. There is no consensus on what pornography is. It would be like if the government decided to regulate "junk food" and then defined junk food as "food which appeals to the glutton's hunger".

Whumpee awakens curled in the backseat in someone's arms.
They look down, their entire torso is drenched with blood.
They start to panic, but someone holds them tightly. "Shhh, shh sh, it's okay, go back to sleep. Close your eyes." Someone grabs a blanket and covers their chest with it.
"You're going to be fine, I got you. Go back to sleep... Please."
A hand brushes over their face and closes their eyes. Whumpee finds themselves doing what the voice tells them to.

Whumper likes to record Whumpee’s screams and begging so Caretaker, often kept on the other side of the building, gets to hear it on loop every night as they try to sleep.

half-conscious multilingual whumpee asking caretaker for something. but they're asking in the wrong language; caretaker doesn't speak it. in their hazy state, whumpee can't remember the words in the other language, meanwhile caretaker feels bad for not knowing what they want

the dizzy, begging-for-death whine of someone whose body has been pushed beyond its limit to process pain. as they are lowered from a stress position, or released from restraints, or their wounds are tended, this pitiful sound chills the caretaker more than a scream would.

“How the hell did you get all these wounds?”
Whumpee whimpered, pressing themselves further into the wall behind them. They wanted to scream. It was them. It was Whumper who caused them. How could they act like they had no idea?
Whumper smirked, as if daring them to say something. “Oh, honey. They look painful.”
You know what you did. You know what you did. You know what you fucking did to me.
“They do, master,” they whispered shakily. “They hurt very much.”

random whump aesthetic: the rattle of a teacup against a saucer because whumpee is shivering so badly that they can’t hold it steady (whether it’s from fever, fear, shock, cold, you decide!!!)

two cowboys forced reluctantly on a journey across the country together, slowly bonding. But one cowboy (the more naive, younger) gets injured, and the wound becomes infected. Other cowboy uses their scarce money to book a room at an inn - though he can only afford one bed - so younger cowboy can get real rest and recover from the infection. But he's only getting sicker - raging fever, shivering and sweating and borderline delirious. Older cowboy can't sleep with all the teeth chattering (or so he tells himself) and ends up holding the younger cowboy all night to ward off the chills and fever dreams. After so long on the frontier he'd become jaded and hardened, but this younger man has worn down a soft spot on his heart.
