AAAHHFGOIFJODIJF TYSM FOR THE ASKK!! I am still taking asks for this game yes!! I'm so SO excited to talk about them!!! I have yet to talk about my beloved idiots in depth, so here we go!!!

So in my canon, Jessie and James quit team rocket! The reason why? Me!

Our story starts as I'm a lone Pokemon trainer, and it's a running gag that I'm always bumping into Ash and his gang, and they start to think I'm like the Jenny's or the Nurse Joy's, but nope! We just so happen to pop up in the same areas at the same times! Which led me to eventually meeting Team Rocket, and the shenanigans began!

At first it was me helping Ash with them if they had ever actually succeeded in capturing Pikachu, and it wasn't the hardest task in the world considering I'm not a 10 year old. And even then Ask always finds a way or Team Rocket just...flubs the whole thing. So they became to know me via defeating them in battles. Although they weren't *real* battles. I always went stupid easy on them, and they never caught on until things got more real down the line!

Eventually I began to mysteriously bump into them by myself, even before I would eventually find Ash and his friends. They might have been in disguises, hiding in "inconspicuous" places, or downright attempting to jump me for my Pokémon. All things that I found rather cute after a while, and I would tease them and they started to seem flustered even!

Then there were moments when they weren't the common enemy, it was some other cruel person/people who might just succeed in causing trouble and terror. That's when I would genuinely pull out the big guns and start to actually battle.

Unbeknownst to me, during all those times, Team Rocket would be watching from someplace I couldn't see and low-key swooning over me from the shadows. They both at some point came to the realization of like, "uh oh we like like her don't we?" So from then on it was a lot of playful flirting and them attempting to flatter me into joining them in Team Rocket, which never worked out.

Way way down the line, probably in some parts of the anime that I haven't seen yet (I've only watched up until the first Pokémon movie, but I'm working through the anime!!) I help them realize that they don't actually really like being with Team Rocket. It's too much stress, they're the jokes of the entire company, and they aren't treated right by their colleagues whatsoever. I would express to them that they're super creative and ambitious people who have actively created entire schemes and businesses just for one goal and they could apply that elsewhere! It seemed to compel them, because they ended up quitting Team Rocket and joining me on fun Pokémon adventures!

That's just the brief summary of why they quit!

Probably right after they quit and they said they'd dedicate themselves to me, which included a long-winded confession from them both and I happily accepted. It was the beginning of all of our upcoming wholesome and fun adventures, with no villainy! Only it's cute when they're doing wholesome things with the whole villain act, I can't get enough of it!!

They definitely shared that happiness with me, and it's something we look back on fondly!

Great question!! I love it!!

So, for me, I'd say Country Roads, Take Me Home by Yuji Nomi, the violin version in Whisper Of The Heart! Myself in Pokémon canon is all about trying to find a place that feels like home, traveling from place to place, country to country, region to region. I battle for a small living, and actively am trying to find a permanent place to call my home. This obvious starts to happen after Jessie, James and I get together! I'd like to think we find a lovely house to call our own with plenty of space for our Pokémon to roam and have fun!

And for us as a whole item? I'd say Lovin' You (Lucky) performed by Tom Snyder! The entire song really fits us perfectly! They felt like they had the entire world at their hands, no matter how true it actually was-- and when they met me they felt like everything was changing, maybe at times in a bad way, but then they realized that their life would be all the better and more loving if they had me. They couldn't help but fall in love, and that to them now is the luckiest thing they could have ever had happen to them!

I cut off my super long hair!!

I've been growing out my hair for about 4 years now and yesterday I went and cut it all off!

I started growing my hair out in 2019-2020 and it started out as a depression growth but eventually I began to grow it out for cultural reasons! My hair was very special to me and it still is, but after so much drastic change and removing people from my life it was time to let go of all that energy and let go of all of the memories it held. I don't think I'll grow my hair back out but who knows! I've always searched for a hairstyle that felt like "me" and this one seems to fit the bill! I will always still hold my hair dear to my heart and take care of it per my culture. This is one way to take even better care of my spirit, by lessening the amount of pain and discomfort and damage!

It's also a 70's/80's inspired shag! I've always wanted hair like this, but every haircut I've ever gotten has never gone well but I found a hairdresser that really knows her stuff and I trusted her with this! Last time I got a major haircut they fucked my ass up with a bowl cut and ever since I've never been the same with trusting people with my hair. But now I get to look extra gay and like my favorite eras!

But I feel so so much better now. I love how it feels, and it suits my energy levels a lot more. Being depressed with several feet of hair is-- not fun to say the least. But I'm proud of the progress I made! I do think some versions of myself in *fiction* will keep the super long hair! Since that hair is the second closest thing that's felt like myself out of everything that I've tried! But here we are! It also shows off my waves a lot better when it's shorter!

This is as much of my face/body I'm willing to show as of right now, but who knows? Maybe I'll post some makeup looks in due time!

Well, I hope my f/os like my new hair!! For those who canonically get the new look, that is!

For me: Shogeki by Yuko Ando! (stole this from an ao.t outro! one of my faves) But I think it fits for me in canon! Depressing and wistful! But it also goes hard so, that's what really matters!

For Giyuu and I: Sunset by Makoto Matsushita! I LOVEEE THIS SONG FOR USSS esp in canon too! But it fits for both canon and modern! It's slow, somber, but romantic. This song for us is definitely supposed to be for like a, end game/end of the anime moment! Something to signify that our hard journey is over, and now we can live and be together and just be in love for once. Not fighting for our lives.

🩺Doctor: What is the worst injury that you/your self-insert has sustained in canon? If so, what was the cause and did you recover? What was your f/os reaction?

OH WOOF where do I begin?? Since my breathing style relies on me being completely unaware of pain and overexertion while I'm asleep, every single mission and battle I end up injured in one way or another. Hence why none of the other hashira like working with me outside of my true friends.

My worst injury though? WOOF. where to start? This was a moment in which I was protecting Zenitsu and really going over my limit. This was supposed to be one of those throwaway missions, something easy, but it was more devious than anticipated. Tens of demons all at once, it wasn't anything we hadn't dealt with but I was still healing from a previous injury, and when I get into that sleep state? Caution is thrown out the window and into the sea, it's GONEEE

I ended up almost getting disemboweled to be frank, and it was an injury that took MONTHS to recover from. I wasn't allowed to do anything basically. It left a hefty scar as well, it healed pretty well all things considered but it was not fun. But in the end I was fine!

And Giyuu's reaction? Oh boy that man was TERRIFIED. This was before we confessed anything, but we were getting closer and closer. This brought us even more close because he had finally realized like, oh shit, I could lose her. And with all the loss in his life? He wasn't ready to go through that again. So he stayed with me when he could, which was quite a lot. And we did get to know each other quite a bit during the recovery period! He would cook for me too, and took over some of the medicinal duties to take pressure off the butterfly mansion girls.

Some of the moments between us were really romantic in a way, it's hard not to feel that way when someone you have a huge crush on is bandaging you up and making sure you're okay!

This was also the period in which Zenitsu was starting to side-eye us, wondering if Giyuu was tryna pull the moves out on his mom, but since he saw how happy Giyuu made me during such a miserable time, he supported the idea of us becoming a thing!

curveball lore for this one! A canon i have yet to talk about! Myself in The B.ear! (F/os there being Carmy and Richie! Separately ofc)

🌧️Rain: What was the saddest moment in your lore for you/your self-insert? Who in canon knows about it?

Probably when I quit working at The Beef (before it became The B.ear) suddenly due to the pressure.

I felt suddenly unimportant, disregarded, and overwhelmed and I just up and left, it was a whole ordeal, lots of crying. The pressure was just too much, and despite beginning to learn so much and being pushed out of my comfort zone to become a real chef, it just broke me, I knew I wasn't cut out for it like the rest of the kitchen was. It was also interpersonal stuff too, in both canons with both my boys, this would be a real struggle era for us all in terms of romance and I had lost hope in reciprocation and felt frustrated with myself for believing that I could be with them.

After the fact, things got resolved. I would talk it over with them after they realized like, ah shit maybe I was a big dick munch about things (which is funny cus, once again, this applies to both SOMEHOW), and they apologized, so did I. In both canons they talk me back into coming to work with them again, saying how it wouldn't be the same without me on board, and instead of cooking/prepping/chef-ing up a storm, I wanted to provide hospitality instead with Richie.

It was less pressure to me, and I could preserve a lot of my relationship with Carm since I wouldn't be in the kitchen where there's a chance I could be yelled at in one of his more mentally ill moments. (I love that man but he needs therapy!) In the end of both ordeals in each canon, I do end up with my boys romantically since it all put it into perspective on how they didn't want to lose me and I didn't want to lose them.

And who knows about it? Everyone in that kitchen and Carm's family. I tried not to make a big show out of it, but Richie has a big, sensitive mouth, and he will talk about shit when it's bothering him on volume 100. So yeah!

☄️Comet: What was a moment where you/your self-insert really shined? This can be a badass moment, a moment where you felt important to the overall lore, or just a really cool and important moment!

When Richie and I got sent to that really upscale and high profile restaurant to improve, and it ended up being a life-changing realization on Richie's end, and a real lesson on mine that I also did have purpose and meaning and a place with our crew. I learned so much about hospitality and the ins and outs of exquisite eatery, Richie and I got into a groove and we really succeeded after a while, it was a very special moment for us individually and shared! Even during the tense and high pressure moments, I finally didn't choke and went through with my tasks with newfound ease and way less trepidation.

I was also extremely proud of Richie, and I made sure he knew that. And what was really unexpected on my end is that he expressed how proud he was of me individually, and it really changed things. I definitely cried, they were good tears though!

🌈Rainbow: What was the happiest moment in your lore for you/your self-insert? Who all shared that happiness with you in canon?

When we all found the money that Mikey (Carm's brother) left for us. It was a huge win for everyone, and we all shared a really beautiful moment in realizing what was next for the restaurant. I definitely cried in realizing what Mikey had done for all of us, since he was like a big brother to me. Knowing that things were going to be okay for a while was comforting, and seeing the collective sigh of relief was like nothing we've ever had before.

But also when my boys confessed to me would be another great happy moment! It was comforting to know that after all the shit we had gone through, and all of the scares we've had, that we still ended up together.

So yeah!! Lots of crying basically but really amazing moments too-- but I'm a rather sensitive person so it's no wonder! But I really enjoyed lore-dumping about this, thank you for the ask!!

I'll be choosingggg Crona for this one! My lovely child!

Soooo! I decided to adopt Crona in a very impulsive decision after realizing what their birth mother had done to them for so many years, it was a shock to everyone but I just couldn't stand by and watch it happen to Crona and not be there and be what they needed as a parental figure. I understood Crona on a personal level and I was never put off by their disturbed nature and inclination to self-hatred, I very much saw myself within Crona and that allowed me to connect with them on a very deep level right off the bat.

Crona and I had a very close friendship before I made the decision to take them on as my child, so it really worked out for both of us. I absolutely adore them with all my heart, I will always protect them with my entire being!!!

And being with Stein, he cares very deeply about Crona as well, despite the struggles with betrayal and Crona falling back to their birth mother and intentionally making the madness within Stein worse, after everything was over and done with, Stein held no grudge. He was also very willing to help me continue to raise Crona, to be there to guide them and allow them to continue to grow and get better!

We have a sort of "no pressure" household, Crona doesn't have to call me mom, or even think of Stein as a father figure more than a guardian- but Crona has called me mom more than a few times which makes my heart full because they never got to call their birth mother that. It's very special!

We frequently have people over and Crona is allowed to curate their life however they please now! They never have to do anything they don't want to, and I hope that makes them feel safe and sound. We're quite the family photo, we've all struggled with madness in one way or another, and most of our friends acknowledge that we're a weird trio! In a wholesome way, though.

fellas. i got bell bottoms the other day and im sooooo SOOO in love with them!!!

to be frank in my wording, i'm a big bitch (almost 5'9), and i have a lot of curves, my hips max out at the biggest part of me so I've been looking for a pair of flared pants that make me feel a bit more confident in that bodily trait! and I've succeeded! It's already hard to find good plus size clothing, let alone for mid-sized girlies and tall girlies who also want it to be form fitting- but I've never felt more like myself in terms of clothes, it's crazy! I'm slowly achieving my dream of looking like i walked out of the 70's/80's!! They fit like a glove!

I've been wearing hand me downs of hand me downs for so long and my gf's mom was kind enough to take me on a shopping spree for new clothes since I don't have anything that fits anymore. I'm very grateful and I'm feeling so much more confident, even if it is just dressing the way that i'd like. It sparks joy!!!

I had a sort of "oh shit" moment looking in the mirror in the dressing room, like it all just CONNECTED and the body dysmorphia was set aside for once. It felt good to not see something distorted for once, also to have a bra that actually fit!

anyway, now i know why none of my shirts and bras don't fit anymore. Having properly fitting bras has been life changing already! But also whoever invented the shitty sizing system and having bra math exist, lichrally eat my foot it was so hard finding a size.
