oh stars, the last update was, uh…

… almost a year and a half ago?

I’m terribly sorry for going dark out of nowhere. Life kind of stomped me into the ground for a while there - a lot of personal stuff I will not go into - and it has stopped me from regaining motivation on working on my little side project here. I’m not going to call it quits though, I’m determined to continue work very soon, especially with the remaster releasing in just a few days!

For now, I’m still taking a little bit of time for myself before trying to come back to this blog in full. Also, throwing away the idea of a posting schedule because to be frank… yeah that’s not happening it doesn’t work for me and stresses me out more than anything. This blog was always meant to be for practice doing regular digital art, and having fun drawing my favorite little guys than anything else... and I'm very happy people seem to like my work, haha

“... usually we eat lunch on Earth on those days, or not at all. Depending on how long we’re out for, I usually eat dinner there on the longer workdays.”

“We, uh... don’t really ‘celebrate’ Earth holidays ‘cause Grodus doesn’t want anything to do with Earth traditions, but that doesn’t stop us from making costumes around the Earth time of Halloween! Grodus can’t stop us if we say they’re for ‘recon’ purposes, hehe.

Shoutout to @thegroduschronicles fantastic fanfic The Forgotten Chronicles of Dysfunctional X-Nauts on AO3, it only worsened my brainrot and made me have a good day and I mean that in the best possible way

Y’all should check it out if you like gritty sci-fi vibes, X-Nauts, and good writing (Definitely pay attention to the tags though. As of the time of writing there are multiple descriptions of dismembered limbs/organs, unethical science experiments, and a few violent flashbacks.)
