Okay. Don’t worry. I’m still planty as hell and have so many big plans for future items but for now, I’m making some adorable jellyfish. And maybe. Just maybe. They’ll have their own place in the shop. Stay tuned 😉

They may be twins, but only one can be shown off everywhere you go. While the other you can only show off to mildly interested houseguests. Unless you’re one of those people who likes showing off their monstera plants via phone pics. It’s okay. We’ve all done it. 💚

Don’t you just love when you’re inspired by something so much that you HAVE to make it, only to find out that you just can’t execute it properly? Yeah. That happened to me. Saw this absolutely stunning Echeveria lilacina and tried to recreate it. Not terrible. Not great. Despite the countless minutes put into the details. That’s the problem with being a perfectionist with a limited creative medium. It’s all good. My girl has a new backpack keychain she’s obsessed with so the effort wasn’t for nothing. 😂

🌱Monstera Leaf Charms are now live!🌱 Please enjoy this picture of one randomly hanging on my shelf that I totally didn’t buy from the kids section of Target. I mean, these aren’t exactly meant for this but I’m not opposing that you do it yourself. Nor am I opposing you buy something for yourself, a grown adult, in the children’s section of a store because it’s awesome and because we CAN. There are no rules in this dojo.

Stop what you’re doing right now. Look at your wallet. You’ve had the same wallet for too long and now it’s looking a little worn out. Alright, a lot worn out. Like it’s lived a life. Seen some sh*t. Throw a bright, pretty Monstera leaf charm on there and no one will notice. These charms also come with the guarantee of a compliment from every Target cashier who sees it. If they don’t, you get your money back. But trust me. They all will. 😉 Arriving in the shop tomorrow!

I guess you could say this little Monstera leaf is…charming. 😏 See what I did there? Yeah it’s lame but hey I never claimed to be cool. Working on some itty bitty Monstera leaf charms to decorate your wallets, purses, keychains, wherever your plant loving heart desires. 💚 Don’t forget to check out @shemakeswhatever for the pattern and all of the new exciting things she has in her shop!

Propagation pro tip: Mix different houseplants in one prop planter. Why? Because you can, and it looks pretty as hell.
🌱
These jars are absolutely perfect for that, with their wide bottoms and more narrow tops that hold your cuttings just right. Mix and match or just fill them up with whatever your plant loving heart desires.
🌱
In the last picture I have Manjula and #wanderingjew mingling together in my hanging planter and they look like such a fantastic pair I almost don’t want to take them out when they’re ready to move on. But I will because duh, MORE PLANTS! 😜

Don’t let your keys be lonely. Sure you may have other keychains mingling around, but much like people, without a plant are they ever really complete? Take your monstera love everywhere you go. 💚 Oh and don’t forget your partner. Valentines Day is just around the corner…😉

So, remember on my post for my Hindu Rope jar plants about how I don’t own one myself despite my weird obsession with them?
Probably not. I, uh, tend to ramble. Especially when it comes to plants. But I digress.
An amazing stranger on the internet saw my post and sent me these absolutely stunning cuttings.
Guys…I can’t. You have no idea how stoked I am to watch this baby grow.
Okay, now back to our regularly scheduled programming. 😉

For an adorable little cactus friend you can actually touch and carry around with you.
🌵
Cacti have to be the most friendly looking plant there is. They always look like they’re waving at you. How can you see one and not want to name it?
🌵
Go ahead. Name your cactus keychain. I’ll go first. That one in the picture? Her name is Karen. She loves dry desert air, Arizona sunsets, and there’s a 95% chance she’ll try and sell you essential oils. Maybe watch out for this one.

🌱HINDU ROPE JAR PLANTS ARE AVAILABLE NOW!🌱
I worked hard to replicate the Hoya carnosa compacta as accurately as possible, with its gorgeous random twists and thick rope sections.
I’ve been in love with this plant forever, but you know what? I can’t find this thing ANYWHERE. Sure I could just order one online, but where’s the fun in that?
Part of being a #crazyplantlady is the thrill of the hunt. I’m determined to find one myself but in the meantime, this totally fills the void.
Choose between an adorable slouchy planter cover for the jar or a hanging planter. Or you can leave it naked in its jar and wait to see how long it takes for you to forget its fake and water it. At least no one will be around to judge you....hopefully.
