DEPRESSION
“Death is a choice” — at least for those people who had suffered depression.
Life is like a day; A good morning will come and kick you but all of the sudden the sun will fade away and the rain will fall. The worst is, the sun will go down and there will be no light to ease you, and a certain feeling will hit you saying “there will be no sun tomorrow.”
Gloomy days can turn into weeks, weeks into months, and months into years.  Life is full of uncertainties, as well as our emotions — it is dynamic.  Just like the salt water in the ocean, perfectly reflecting the blue sky; calm as the mirror. And sometimes can be dark and so deep.
Sadly, many people fighting this dark feeling.  Depression is out of our control and it has no exceptions. No one wishes for this, no one wants to feel blue and all that. The reality is it is inevitable; we’re all — at some points in our lives— going to experience depression especially when tough times occur.  However, this does not mean that we’re going to neglect those people who are diagnosed with depression. What they need is our attention, support, and love. Some people didn’t made it through— they felt that no one truly cares and just had enough with this world’s dreadful treat to them.
Who knows? Maybe one of our loved ones is currently stuck in their own island. Reach out, tell them how important he/ she is to you, make them feel loved and secured. Start raising awareness and be responsible
