The lower shoulder blade pain is back :( sübhanallah, it has been there for a while and I was trying to monitor the pain intensity and yesterday it was almost gone but today it's back and increasing. And this time I really don't wanna take any more meds because about 4 weeks ago I was on very strong anti-inflammatory and muscle relaxers, but I know if it reaches a certain level of pain I wouldn't have another choice, and also another session of mésothérapie which is a no thank you I ain't finna faint again lol. Allahim, ya shafi, grant me shifae and cover me with your lutf and mercy ya rab.
