here is day 6: flowers/flower meanings!! i think Sonic is pretty awkward when it comes to this kind of thing, he's not one for very traditional romance but he does like flowers, and well, they can mean so many things :]

Sonic's flowers are peony, tulip, a rose and stocks flower. Elise's bouquet has sunflowers, roses, tulips and forget-me-nots, of course! @2023sonelise

anyway i think Elise would be a bit more surprised abt it than Sonic, who's been thru so much stuff and barely blinks at seeing his past self lol

SonElise Week Day 4: Alternate Timeline Fun headcanon matters below! TL;DR--what if Elise's parents were alive?

I figure the way those two would have met in this timeline would be Eggman still gunning for some tool he can use to take over the world; just not with as-drastic matters since Solaris was never split up. For simplicity's sake I figure Elise has been pretty closed off from the world for protection--just the main difference is her at least having her parents around. Once Eggman is defeated I figure the two'd find time to steal away and have time to go on fun adventures! In this alt timeline, Elise's mom is a free-spirited duchess, while Elise's father is a lead scientist that married into the royal family when his wife set eyes on him. Considering he wasn't born royalty, he might take the matter much more seriously and at times might eye potential royal-consort Sonic over taking the role more seriously. Sonic would never want to be stuck in a castle as a king, the two might not see eye to eye for that reason. Even still, Elise's dad would probably be happy alongside his wife to see their daughter with someone who makes her happy. At the end of the day all that talk can wait--those two are just teenagers!

SonElise Week Day 4: Alternate timeline

"Elise... I'm sorry..."

I didn't really know what to do for this prompt, so I redrew an idea from a previous post 😅

Alternate timeline were instead of Elise and Sonic being transported to the flame of hope after the Solaris fight, it's just Sonic who gets transported.

Sonic realizes he has to blow out the flame without being able to say goodbye to Elise... he won't be able to see her smile one last time before he forgets everything... it hurts to think about...

and... he hesitates.

This isn't how he wanted this adventure to end.... not like this...

...but he knows what has to be done. He has to blow the flame out, whether he likes it or not.

....poor Sonic...

I ended up keeping this after all! If I -really- wanted to be cheeky I would have made Elise into Guinevere, but I wanted to stay within the prompt so I kept elise as a humble mage (that might also be a lost princess?).

here's day 2: hobbies!! i think Elise and Sonic are very similar in many ways and this is a hobbie i think they would share, music :]

i think they both know how to play various instruments, but i definitely think these would be their favorites! i think Sonic would be a big fan of guitars and electric guitars, the way they feel through you when you play, feeling the chords, etc. and i think Elise would be quite fond of pianos, probably the first instrument she learned and she has a childhood care for it as well as just enjoying the beautiful melody she can make with them :)

Sonic and Elise are both bookworms and love to read together.

Sometimes, when he's feeling tired, Sonic also enjoys listening to Elise read while he rests. He finds it very relaxing.

When he's too tired to read his book, his gf can read it for him instead 💙🤍
