Life is really simple, as is recovery. Love God, love neighbor, love yourself. Do unto others as you would like done to you or for you. Do the right thing. Do it right the first time. All these truisms are true because they've been tried and tested by generations that have gone before us. Yes, specifics may vary from time to time, but why look for exceptions? Why look for excuses? Just be good. Stay sober. Stay clean. Most of the time that'll be good enough.
