Got another one for Teen Wolf/Sterek: http://wolvescave.tumblr.com/
I feel confident enough to post these now. A collection of all the existing posters after some edits from the other post that got 13k notes! These are full size/quality. Go nuts.
You may use them for wallpapers, tabletop campaigns, whatever. Consider tipping me or buying a print or sticker on ko-fi here! If you do use them, let me know what for, or send pictures!
"Hey, angel! Why are we even here? It's the fifth time we're celebrating the Doc's birthday this year! Being a time traveler, it doesn't even make sense anymore! He's so old, I'm sure he doesn't even remember how old he is anyway. And there are two of them today? Shall we celebrate this one's birthday too? How does this even WORK?
Can you behave for a minute? We are here because it's fun, because it's a great occasion to be together again, and because he's our FRIEND. We are enjoying ourselves!
Are we? I mean, is he going to regenerate and go PshHhiTt at the same time as the candles? *That* would be entertaining!"
Am I saying this will be your new favourite show? That it will make you smile and shiver and puzzle and delight? That it's something really special? That it will ease the pain of waiting for other shows to happen?
"Also, John is so Gen X that he's narrating his slow descent into madness by insistently and continuously making Pop culture references for literal aliens."
a lot of older filmes are not availabe any longer. Even from famous directors or with famous actors.
French movies from the 80's-90's virtually disappeared. They are not on DVD, nor on streaming, not in libraries. I have some on tape, but I don't know if the tapes will still be playable on my anciet VCR.
I'm glad I still have the DVDs from classic Hong Kong Bloodshed classics, the ones by John Woo, or with Chow Yun Fat. These movies were a huge influence in western movie makers, but now they are forgotten.
It's sad.... :-(
Every person [surveyed] said they worry about losing access to films – a not irrational fear. Cillian Murphy just won the Oscar for best actor for Oppenheimer, but the movie that made him a star, 2002’s critically lauded and commercially successful 28 Days Later, is virtually impossible to stream. It’s also out of print on disc, with used copies fetching $60 or $70 on eBay.
It’s partly for this reason that the actor Timothy Simons, best known as Jonah on Veep, prefers physical films. There’s a notion that, “you know, ‘Everything’s available on streaming,’” he told me. “Well, it kind of isn’t. And the thing that is available on streaming could just not be tomorrow, if two companies you don’t care about get in a fight about licensing.”
