Throughout your life, your power to control your mind and emotions will be yours alone. Nobody can make you stop worrying. Worrying is a choice and can become a habit if you choose not to stop it.

Can i atleast defend and protect myself!!! This few weeks im totally drained!! I dont know how to breath, to rest and to eat properly! I want to sleep peacefully like i dont have problem and everything just fine!!!I make mistakes but i learn to get up and fight!
Im fighting this anxiety on my own, i didnt tell my family that im having this feelings because if i try to tell them they well say that "You made that in your own and learn how to get out" like can i atleast make me feel that they care for me and love me!!!
Im trying myself to pleased other people😭
