Homeward Bound tells the story of how the City of Bell along with the Salvation Army have created a community and a renewed sense of purpose for a population that is more often than not forgotten. The film tells the story of the construction and completion of the Bell Oasis Apartments, a 65 unit permanent supportive housing complex for persons experiencing homelessness. This complex not only houses but it helps, heals and restores. Homeward Bound is a redemption story. It is a story about finding your way back home.
