I’m leaving mommyclan.

i just don’t feel like I belong there. I feel ignored anytime I chat. I feel like most people there didn’t give a fuck about me so i left the server. not to mention it felt kinda intentional in some cases ngl

and not to mention, i have some hatred against one person there in particular and it sort of ruins my experience. (I’ve blocked this person yall don’t worry it’s not any of y’all) and I always feel a sense of anxiety there as well feeling like I could upset someone any minute.

I don’t see a point to stay in a place where I feel constantly angry, anxious and upset.

so um. it was fun while it lasted but this is goodbye.

I’m still gonna keep this blog up but just know that I’m not going to be posting here anymore.

Since lots of people are doing Whumptober and Kinktober and Fictober and other events, I’d just like to put it out there again that drabbles and ficlets and oneshots are stories in their own right. 

Posting them as separate works makes them easier to find, easier to filter, easier to reread. Posting them in as separate works in a series allows readers to subscribe to the series and get notified of each new story you post, just like they’d be notified of each new chapter in a single fic.  

Posting them as separate fics also lets readers know which tags and characters and ships are involved in each separate story so they can better decide which stories are for them and better filter out the ones that they won’t enjoy. 

Plus, you can only kudos a single story once. Let them show you all of their love!

Short fics are still fics. Please consider posting them independently from each other. 🧡🖤

hey. you should talk more about your mediator oc if ever you felt the call to 👀

i have no plans i was just mentally coming up with revisions for the mediator role when reading and thought it would be funny if one of the sisters saw how bad tree did and went ??? wow you guys need HELP

like right off the bat, it doesn't really make sense to me that the neutral mediator lives with one of the clans (like. there would be bias! obviously there's always going to be bias but come on.) sooo this random Sister would:

-live in the outskirts off clan territory

-be considered a neutral party

-could be fetched for clan specific conflict but would otherwise appear every gathering.

-given a basic overview of the code but should not be expected to adhere to it all the time. i think this would depend on your mediator tbh, maybe another could be more code-abiding while other's focus more on what works best outside the code.

i also just thought it would be funny that if in this series that heavily prioritizes the arcs and feelings of male characters, it would be kind of funny to have this character just be Unconcerned with them lol

you just inspired me to make a mediator oc now 💕 not part of the sisters or clans, just a loner minding their business until the clan cats come to them about needing a mediator. they. do not care, but are offered a safe space to stay in whenever should they choose so they agree. they hate their evil bigoted neighbors and talk shit about them to their kittypet girlfriend.
